Do this.. get manic panic 40 percent bleach kit.. you probably need 3 boxes.. mix it brush hair and on dry hair slap it on. No foil nothing .. when hair is wrenched in it then put it up in a loose bun clings wrap your hair.. get your hair dryer and get it to warm/hot whatever you can tolerate.. start blow drying .. after 45 minutes you will see your hair be a blonde colour .. then get your 10 percent peroxide and your toner of choice.. mix mix mix .. then slap it on all over.. the less time you leave toner on your head the lighter it gets .. the longer leave it the darker ..

Chichi Acevedo: Ok first....section's are sooo wrong. U want to do very small not to small but smaller than that section and do one piece at a time. Also one thing I forgot to mention is please do a strand test before anything. You may be using the wrong peroxide which can burn off you hair. 2. DO NOT USE YOUR HANDS TO ADD THE BLEACH. Bleach is not shampoo it doesn't lather. 3. The foil should not crumbled, instead lay ur hair on top of one foil then place another on top of the hair once it's bleached. 4. Do the roots last....wait at least 20 minutes after you are done with your whole head of hair and then do the roots since they process faster from the natural heat that comes off your head. 5. Retouch and add toner Bleaching your hair is hard i should know. I hope this helps anyone looking to bleach at home and if you're really skeptical just please pay the $200 or whatever the price is for this process by a professional...if you do this wrong not only will you be out of money trying to do this at home but you will also pay for color correction and fixing which is more expensive.
