Hey guys, I just got back from working out and before I hop in the shower, I'm going to all my Scout with this mixture here: castor oil, rosemary, essential oil and peppermint oil. I spray my hair with warm water because it seems like it reactivates the product that I already have on my hair. I apply the oil to each area of my head before massaging it in castor, oil has antifungal and antibacterial properties, the rosemary and the peppermint oils are known to promote hair growth by stimulating the hair follicles. I like using this oil mixture after working out while having my mini twist early since the oldest part of the hair, is the ends I like to spray with warm water and fill in the moisture with my whipped shea butter. This will also ensure that my ends are not frizzy, when I do eventually take my hair down for a twist out. So since I wear these twists for about a week and then wear a twist out, I skip my weekly wash and wash on the second week. When I have my mini two strand twist, then I usually go for four weeks with the twist in so I may wash my hair once within those four weeks which is after two weeks of having them in after I finish, only my scalp in Illinois ends. I'M going to wrap the hair around my head. This process will elongate my twist. Of course, this stuff isn't necessary. I just wanted to elongate my toes after wrapping and pinning the twist down around my head. I had been applying my satin scarf and head into the shower before taking down my twist I'll leave this bar on for a few hours or overnight, if I'm heading to bed after a few hours of leaving my scarf on, I'm ready to take my twists down And today I'm going to go ahead and unravel my twists for a twist out and many three strand twist head on over to the next video to check out the results of my mini three strand twist out. Thanks for watching
