How To Color Brown Hair With Highlights | Wella Professionals

Join Wella artist Jaspreet Singh in this tutorial and learn how to create a stunning brunette look with highlights using BlondorPlex and Koleston Perfect.
Discover all his top tips on color application, care and styling and get your self set up for success to replicate this impressive look.
STEP BY STEP
Step 1: Take a box section at the top of the head and a C section at the crown area. Start in the nape and apply weaved highlights in a brickwork pattern through the back and C section.
Step 2: Continue through the sides and box section. Develop until you have reached a nice and even lift, for up to 50 min.
Step 3: Rinse with water and apply WellaPlex no2 and leave for 10 min. Wash with Color Motion Shampoo and follow with Blondor Seal & Care.
Step 4: Apply the root shadow formula on the transition areas and the toner on the ends and develop for 15 min.
Step 5: Rinse the color and style the hair as desired.
FORMULA
Highlights: 30g Blondorplex + 45g 6%
Root Shadow: KOLESTON PERFECT 20G 7/17 + 40G 1.9% WELLOXON PERFECT
Toner: 30g 9/17 + 1g 0/11 + 62g 1.9% WELLOXON PERFECT
