Mom miss boyd said my braids and dress are out of school policy and won't. Let me take my pictures ella. You cannot have your phone out in school, oh hey, vidconicus, family. I know it's been a long time since we've talked and trust me. I'Ve missed you guys so much but hey. I got some really great news for you guys on christmas day at 7 00 p.m. Vid chronicles is going to premiere our video special, which is going to be about 30 to 40 minutes long. We'Ll still have our original episode at 11 o'clock, but remember at 7 pm and christmas day december, the 25th. You want to see this special, it's going to be really really really good. I love you guys so much, and i hope you guys have a merry christmas and uh yeah about the tree. Still not climbing it teacher. We have about 15, more minutes and i'll be packing up. I'Ve got two slots left, so send me two and we're done. Thank you very much. All right. Children today is the final picture day. I know some of you have been absent, which is fine, but today is the last chance to get your pictures taken. So let's light up and get moving yes picture day ella. Can you step on a line for a second? What did i do your hair and outfit are not in school uniform? No, i have braids, my dresses go in my knees and i have leggings on you're, not within school policy. Either you take out your braids or put on a school beanie, and your dress is too flashy it's inappropriate and it's offensive to other students, i'm not taking out my braids everything i have on is well inside the policy you're. Just singling me out for no reason. If you're going to have an attitude and talk back, then i can just send you to the principal's office. I will go after the pictures my mom paid for a premium package. I can't miss this. Oh, so you want to be written up. I did nothing wrong. You'Re being insubordinate now i'm about to call school safety to escort you out hello, mom, mom, miss boyd, said my braids and dress are out of school policy and won't. Let me take my pictures ella, you cannot have your phone out in school. Ella put the phone away or will be confiscated. She told me to take out my brains or put the school beanie on mom, she's being so mean. Okay, ella give me the phone. You are well on your way to being written up young lady, i'm not giving you my phone. My mom is on the way and i'm going to take my pictures, my mom paid in full already for premium. If you miss boyd, if you touch me or try to confiscate my phone, you will have to answer my mom well, the cameraman leaves in 10 minutes. So if your mom's not here, then i'm sorry, but i cannot allow you to get your pictures taken just like that, hey baby, since we lined up, i just want to take the pictures principal hughes, i'm glad you're here, ella's dress is too flashy. Her hair isn't proper and school policy dictates that all students should be in school uniform for picture days. How is her hair, not proper jessica admits, has twist in her hair. You must be new. No teacher has ever complained about her hair or her dress. This boy, ella, is well within policy. I don't know how they did things at the catholic school, but here we allow students to express themselves freely. Her braids are unkept and her dress is inappropriate. Are you serious? She is just a little girl who wanted to look nice for her picture day and you singled her out. She just got her hair done yesterday. It is neat and it's clean, i'm just doing my job ella. Why don't you run get your pictures made before the photographer leaves okay boy here at quality elementary? We don't judge students on the way they wear their hair or the price they pay for their clothes and besides she's well within policy, and her hair is beautiful. Maybe we should take a walk to my office and discuss other options of schools that would better suit. You you're going to transfer me because i upheld what i thought was policy, no ma'am. I'M transferring you because your attitude and your work ethic is not a good fit for our standards here after you know, i don't see what people get out of bothering others for the way they look a good dose of karma. She can't be around kids acting like this. I agree i agree after ella gets done, we'll let you check her out early you'll go spend the day together. Okay, i'm really sorry you had to come down for this. That'S fine! I'M just glad she got her pictures worth cause i paid for the premium package. Thank you. The moral of the story is judging someone, you don't know, doesn't define them. It defines you. Children should have the right to express themselves freely without cause to be targeted. Thank you guys so much for watching be sure to like and subscribe so you'll always see when we upload new videos. Video videos are made to inspire people like and share this video, so others can receive the message and remember to always let love lead the way.

Brittney Alphonse: No matter what race you are, don’t judge a book by its cover. Show respect like you show respect to other people. Racism is still ongoing since the beginning of time and we have to work together and look past the color of the skin and hairstyle. We are human beings. Don’t change who you really are and never be ashamed of it. Always let love lead the way ❤️

Wilma Jackson: People express themselves in different ways and just because another don't approve don't mean you pick on them and cause them pain .

H.A.S.: The teacher: That dress is inappropriate and offensive to students. Translation: I'm jealous of that nice dress and I assume others will be too. Also Wasn't the Christmas special supposed to be yesterday?

MySherr’ee Smith-Dixon: I didn't see anything wrong with the little girls hair or her outfit. I'm glad that she called her mom & the principal had gotten involved. I almost wanted to punch her in the face for saying what she said

Jordan mahony The blind world: I’m glad you guys highlighted this because as a society we judge people on looks every day and we should be hell for accountability because of us and we should judge people on the inside not on the outside or how they look

Gina Robbins: The teacher was awful I'm glad the mom taught her daughter to speak up for herself Ella looked nice and nothing was wrong with her braids or her outfit and she was properly dressed let kids express themselves in a positive way long as they Appropriately dressed ! shame on the teacher for picking on Ella I'm glad the principal is transferring her out of the school !!

Tashea Dias: I love how she stand up for herself❤I hate when we are expressing ourselves and we hear that we are giving attitude..... Always let love lead the way❤

Tamara White: The moral of the story is you should never judge a book by its cover. Tall, short, child, adult, old, young it doesn't matter we all should be treated like family no matter what

Shelia Alderson: It’s extremely sad that this happens everyday. Props to Mom for standing up for her child!

Interstate 20-11: Ella really can stand up for herself no matter what! She's her own heroine, just as is true with her mother on her behalf.

Jasmine Smith: Ella mom's pull up game was strong I'm so glad that teacher got reprimanded. No child should ever go through this.

It’s Marie: Parents please teach your kids to stand their ground just like that

ndidi nwosu: Never judge a person by what their wearing or how their hair looks

LSP the Redbone Artist🎨: Her braids are beautiful. There's nothing wrong with the dress but it looks kind of tight. No teacher shouldn't judge that child like that. I'm glad it was handled properly..

Aleczander the Master: Never judge their looks based on their style.

Grace& Love: Apparently this ignorant teacher don’t realize you just can’t take braids down just like that, the child was beautifully dressed and I love the way she handled herself, not a drop of disrespect came from her even though the teacher disrespected her. I know this is just a video but Kudos to the parents of children that respond this way when they come in contact with people like this.

Peter Martinez: The moral of the story is never to disrespect or judge people of what they look like, racism is never okay, & always respect people of who they are ! REMEMBER TO ALWAYS LET LOVE LEAD THE WAY ❤️❤️

𓆉Random𓆉: I love how the principal is nice and is not racist like the teacher ☺️

Gina Tru: That little girl was dressed beautifully.... There is no reason that she should of been singled out SMH

MY INTEREST GALORE: Way to go for the good things mom taught her daughter...If that teacher going to judge kids like that teaching is not for her...

Eileen Simmons: My granddaughter would have responded in a similar way. What a wonderful video! Thank You

Koolazzmike: Yeah, get that teacher out of there! She was very out of line! Treating kids like that! She thought the principal had her back........wrong! And the girl stood her ground and didn't back down from the teacher! Btw, the teacher herself needed something done with her own hairdo!

Marjorie Nathan: This is real life! No cause for her to change for others. Shameful. Excellent!!

Saunsiaray Broussard: It's sad that this racist teacher treated Ella like this! It's amazing how quickly Ella's Mom and the Principal showed up! Nobody should ever have to go through this! As a Black woman/Single Mom it breaks my heart that people do this and hurts because I have been through this myself!

Mz Vetta: Treat Others Right, The Same Way You Want To Be Treated... And If A Person Doesn't Understand Someone Else's Culture, Get To Know Them First, Before You Judge!! *"ALWAYS Let Love Lead The Way"* ♥️

Angerlean Hammond: I am so glad the mother and the principal arrived in time, that woman had a serious problem

𝚇𝚡𝙱𝚊𝚍𝙱𝚘𝚢22𝚇𝚡: Love it, Always let love lead the way. happy late Christmas! Love you guys!

ZeZe: Treat people how you would like to be treated and treat people as equals.

Shirley Clark: The board of education needs to give that teacher her walking papers because that is discrimination

Eric Nettles: I love this one! That's right, you go girl! You stould your ground! You shall never judge people's with out getting to know them.

kiryu13: I have a feeling the kids mom was someone very important to the school so karma has great timing

Rose Seward: She's not just doing her job! She's racially profiling a kid!

Toyin Animashaun: In the end, the teacher had it coming and good job for Ella for standing up for herself and for whats' right.

Wurud Asulaily: I’m glad Ella stand up for herself and Ella’s mother taught this Racist teacher a lesson. Like excuse me? Her braids is a part of her culture and you want her to change this just because you don’t like it? How cares about what you like! Omg! People these days..

Miss JayJokerFan21: Ella's dress and hair style looks lovely That rude teacher doesn't know what she's talking about

Caleb Burgess: My Bigbrother And Grandfather Always Told Me That We Should Never Judge A Book By It's Cover

Charlie: Thank you for adding the comment about the Catholic schools in this video. I went to a Catholic school, through no choice of my own. And today, I'm not a Catholic any more. The horror stories you may have heard about catholic schools is true. It was like being in a concentration camp, and, at times, more like a death camp. I was beaten like an animal by the nuns for 8 years.

Aaliyah Furtado Voskoboynikon: I’m so proud of Ella for sticking up for herself.. what a queen ❤️

BRENDA STOUGH: She looked beautiful for her pictures and the teacher shouldn’t have pulled her out of line for that. I’m glad mom and principal stepped in and took care of the situation. The teacher was very cruel and mean to that child.

Emily Johnson: How old is Ella!?! Geeeez! She’s better at dealing with adults than I’ve ever been! Straight to the point, polite and stands her ground. How can I do that!?

Icewearaja: This happened to me the other day at school, My white male teacher said my hair was inappropriate and I was wearing shorts and a short sleeve tank top and he said it was too revealing.. like what? I'm really happy Ella sticked up for herself, You rock girlie!

Tina Ross: She was a dirty teacher I love that little girl she is very brave stands up for her self

Victoria Lucas: Ella looked nice from head to the toes that teacher is out of pocket someone should judge her on her looks well I’m glad went to the Principal and took Care of things

Susan Chretien: It's true you see you shouldn't judge somebody the way they look when they look all right and fine leave them alone and let go about their business

QUIT: I love the way she stood up for herself it will teach people to stand up for themself and never let anyone else be mean to them Thank you for making this!

Enrique Sanchez: i don't even give a damn how children dress for school. they can dress however they want. i don't care if its appropiate or inappropiate.

Jacqueline Amponduro: Yes that little girl knew her rights. Good for her.

Judith Jeffers: The young lady that played the student was really talented at her age. Merry Christmas everyone!

Cockerspanielfan 56: Yeah exactly, Ella didn’t do anything wrong. She was just wearing a pretty dress and there’s nothing wrong with wearing your hair the way you want it. Students have the right to wear whatever they want, as long as it’s school appropriate. And thank goodness, not many students at elementary schools violate the dress code cause they know better.

Maritza Agosto: A heartbreaking reality . There are millions of teachers , principals , all other school staff all over the world - UNSUITABLE for the job . The girl done the right thing by standing up to that STINGY teacher , who was looking for an excuse to mistreat the student . The child's grooming is appropriate for the class pictures and paid by the parent/s . Not the teacher . The child won her case .

Lizazlocz: This how schools should handle these type of situations

Hi-tone Productions: Romario, I'm liking the content of your videos. They look to be getting better and better. Keep up the great work .

Alisher Brown: Never judge a book by his cover. This One was good just like the other ones

Loretta Hudson: The boldness of that young girl to stand firm on the principles and contact her Mother for adult interference! The principal took care of the situation very well!

Tanatswa Chamisa: "You should never judge a book a it's cover" I agree.

JTransportBuses2022: Always let love, lead the way! Merry Christmas!

Max Thomas: The teacher Karen just got owned.

Kriss Vector: Love your videos guys keep up the work!

Evelyn Collier: I am glad Ella stood up for herself and called her mom. The big clincher, the Principal knew his job and about Ella's rights. God bless the mothers who stands up for their children. For the teacher, she needs an orientation on Civil Rights and school policies

Patrick Butler: "You are well on your way to being written up young lady" Ooooh, I bet that has her shivering in her boots

Patricia Rodriguez: "What I THOUGHT was policy". That was the problem, because the teacher, if she had doubts, should have talked to the principal to make sure if it was okay to let her take the pictures before treating that girl like that!!! The principal would have said yes, it's okay, let her take the pictures. End of story!!!

Judith Duhaney: I am so proud of Ella how she stood up for herself and how her mom and the principal felt with the situation a brave girl.

Christy Gruber: Looking back. I really wish I had a cell phone in high school so I could call my mom in an emergency

KeKe Channel: That teacher got some nerve. I am so glad Ella stood up to her.

sandra Sandoval: I liked that the principal stood up for the girl. And was respectful and kind to the mother. Ella was so pretty with those braids and that beautiful dress. A

Kayla Wells: Ella Did The Right Thing I’m So Proud Of Her I Was Always Scared To Stand Up To My Teachers When I Was Young Like Her

Jacqueline Garden-Marshall: I had a similar situation at least 50+ years ago. I as in parochial school & in the 7th grade. I wish I had felt enabled the way this child is! I didn’t fight the power until I was in high school.

Boom boom Boom monomer: Hey I missed the Christmas special but I’m gonna watch it now thanks for all the vids you make your changing the world along with all the other content creators like you out there!

Gemma Bryden: I don't like Racism or tolerate it.I loved Ella's braids what the teacher did in this was not right.I am mixed race And I had braids at school and I had no problems but if someone does not like it shame on them.

Derrick Gentry Humble&Blessed: The principal handled that situation very well that little girls hair was flawless ❤️

T'ANA PHELICE (LIFE LESSONS): Get it Lil Mama!!! So brave and confident in herself. Love it! Loved the mommy pull up too!

Nerdy and Nice: This actually happened to me one year in 1st grade. i feel seen.

Tanya campbell: This was touching I hate people judging one another

AnimeVampireFanGirl: Ella's hair is absolutely beautiful, It takes a long time and effort to make it so neat while the teacher's hair is just a messy bun. As for the Dress, It's so pretty and I didn't see anything wrong with it, She was even wearing leggings but I guess the teacher has a problem with her eye sight. In comparison, Ella's outfit is pretty and appropriate for a school photo whole the teacher's attitude make her look unkempt. I'm glad the headmaster and the mum stood up against the teacher.

Becky Heath: That is awful that teacher treating kid's like that

Karen Spelman: Ella looked darling!! If there was a uniform dress code, then, yeah, the teacher should uphold it. The principal even commented on how nice she looked and said she was not out of policy.

Matthew Myers: That teacher shouldn't be transferred she should be fired and never be allowed to teach ever again.

Perry Clouse: When A Teacher Acts LIke That She Doesn't Deserve To Be A Teacher

Ajamu Hetep: I can't believe this teacher tried to be racist to this little girl . I will pray for this teacher ..

Drake Black: Always let love lead the way

Ella F L Robinson: And her name is Ella! (My name also!) But I love how she respectfully stood her ground. Great message!

Cathy Terrell: It’s true that students should be able to express themselves in how they dress. However! There ARE things they shouldn’t be allowed to wear.

Stacy Saint-Ilma: I’m glad the principal taking one of the student’s side and removed ms Boyd out of the school.

Ruthan Stephens: Always let love lead the way❤

Fivestarrmommyof5: This makes me sick to my stomach. As a grown woman I've experienced racism and felt less than a human being so I can imagine how a child would feel in such situation when will it end?

IKEMEN Osaka-ben!【大阪弁】: Oh no! This is so rude!

Akhil Muddam: Everyone is beautiful in every way. Do not judge people based on their looks.

Major Payne: You don’t get to treat people like that just because they’re not a certain race or gender

Carol Granger: This little girl is so cute. That teachers like need to be called out. I had teachers like this one when I was in school.

Esthee Veeramah: Always let love lead the way.. Be kind generous.. Don't let negativity rule your life... Always spread peace love

Evangelist Cotton: I agree with that mother what the girl had on and how her hair look had nothing to do with the picture and I was so glad that the principal and her mother was there to stop that teacher from doing that cuz you do find some schools or like that and will try to stop a child and I have seen it on TV and on the news where a teacher had a student cut her braids and same with boy on the basketball team to cut his dreadlock and I think that's wrong your clothes and your hair do not define you and what God put in our mind and our soul in our heart and that's so bad that some kids have to go through things like this all we can do is pray for all the school and the parents and the teachers and the principal that they will stand up for the young kids thank God

Catso 7: Wow I cannot believe the teacher had the audacity to say that shit wow her hair and dress are both beautiful however I like the moral of the story! I love it❤️

Madeleine Christiansen: The black girl was immediately very brave to her teacher.

Jason West: If I was the principal I'd tell the teacher either she allowed to get her school pictures tooken or you no longer will be employed here.

Shannon Perry: Glad Ella stood up to the teacher

Ry ry: Well in some case that girl was a bit rude to the teacher, and actually teachers have the right to their phones if they think it’s necessary
