Is what's up welcome back to the channel? If you are new here welcome so today we're going to be doing these mini twists with some added hair. You know for a length or if you ball head like me, then yeah. This will be really quick and really easy. This is a new method um, unlike the method that i did the last time that i did this. This will be easier to follow, because i know some of the girls was having trouble trying to figure out how to attach the hair. So this is definitely an easier method and you won't have to use the clips because the last time in a other video you had to use the clips in order to make the roots lay this one, not so much so yeah, let's get into it okay. So this is the hair that i'm gon na be using. As you see it comes with like three bundles. I have one of the bundles in my hand, um, and i used one full pack and then one bundle from the second pack, i'm using some wet line. Extreme gel some curly curl cream you're also going to need a crochet hook and a spray bottle. So this is the section that we're working with today. I already washed my hair deep conditioned it and you know leaving and all of that stuff. So i'm just detangling and then i'm gon na add a little bit of the curly curl cream and then i'm going to do a braid. You know your girl loves to do a braid. This is um a different method than like, when the last time that i did this style. This one is to me um better because you don't have to put the clips in to keep the roots smooth. So i'm literally going to start a braid um and i'm not going to braid it down too far just far enough, so that the roots are sleek and the hair has something to hook onto so. This is the little twist i'm just going to unravel it and then i'm going to crochet it in and, like i said, the braid is not like too far down. That is like super noticeable, so it really does look like a twist from root to tip. So now that i have it crocheted in i'm going to separate my hair in half basically and then do a twist with this. I think it's my preferred way now because you don't have to add the clips um and, like i said the last time that i did this if anybody's interested i'll leave that video linked um somewhere. If you want to watch it, but the last time that i did it, i had to use the clips, which i didn't really like to real for real, but it was necessary for my roots with this. I don't have to do that, and so i love that um, but once i got to the end, i was like i'm not twisting this all the way down, so i kind of like just grabbed the hair and then kind of like wrapped it around each other. Um, which is kind of like the same thing as a twist, but this was just like a messier version um, but yeah and you see you can't see no braid. It looks like a twist from root to tip, and we love that so now, i'm gon na show you a like shorter twist. This is more so in line with how i did it the initial time um, except again, like i'm still gon na braid the root, but last time i cut the hair in half and that really does help to like not use so much hair. If you cut it in half like, if you don't want them as long as i have them, then you could definitely cut each twist in half and use like a half a pack of hair on your whole head, which i love. So i'm just going to snip. It down the middle and then i'm going to pull it apart and then i'm going to fray the end, because i don't want it to be just like super blunt and crisp and then i'm going to crochet it in and then i'm going to twist it down. Now, like i said the first time that i did it, i did all of them kind of, like short, so um, i did all of them like this minus the braiding the root, and so when i get to the end, once i start to twist, i'm also Making sure it's like kind of like one side is longer than the other, but once i start to twist it all the way down. When i get a little bit further, i pull all my hair to one side. So that way, the only thing that's left at the end is kind of like the curly hair um. So i always take a little bit of gel too once i get to the end, because i need my hair to like respect me and do what i tell it to do. Um but yeah. So, as you see, i'm pulling all my hair to one side and then i'm gon na twist twist twist and then kind of like wrap my hair around the hair. So that way, it is just the curly piece at the end and that little piece - that's thickened up, i'm gon na go back in and fix that and just kind of like re-tuck it but yeah wrapping that around making sure it's good and i'm gon na tuck. That little piece, so it doesn't disrespect me and that's it very simple, very quick, very easy love this for me. Look at the roots you! It doesn't even look like a braid exists period and we love that so now i'm just going to cut it, because i wanted it to be like a little bit shorter, um and then i'm gon na try like a couple of styles but yeah. It looks so natural y'all love that okay y'all, so that's it. This is the style that i'm probably going to keep. I mean i have still got to take pictures, so i'm going to obviously take it down, but i like this, this is cute um. This took me maybe about two and a half hours um. I did like some. I was doing like some rough estimates based on like the stuff that i was watching. While i was like doing the first half so yeah about like two and a half hours, not too long this time, i did do it um. I did do the the twist a little bit smaller and these were longer so you know but yeah y'all. That'S it like. I just really wanted to do something really quick with my hair, because i'm low-key, just i'm not really like i'm tired of wigs right now. I go through points and phases where, like i just don't want to wear a wig and usually that's the summertime and like so you know, we are approaching protective style season, um you usually in the summertime like. I just do like a lot of different like styles and stuff. I don't really wear um wigs too much. This light is getting on my nerves, with the glitching um but yeah. I don't really wear too many like wigs and stuff like that in the summertime. Unless it's curly and i could keep it wet so you know it'll keep me cool um or if i want a server look, but so yeah a lot more protective styles coming. I just you know it's around that time of year, but i wanted to do this. Like super easy, super quick style probably keep this in for like either a week or two. The front of my hair is LONGER than the back (you only seen the front of my hair in this video) AND I had an undercut so the very back of my hair is EVEN shorter than ALL of my hair. When I said baldheaded I was being funny AND I was referring to my UNDERCUT because it was taking a long time to grow out My hair is NOT long so it's short.. for me there is no in between. Whether you think I have long hair or short hair the technique for this style can be used on any length of hair that is at least long enough for a box braid.. thats all a sistah is tryna show you in this video
