‘Hi-Flyer’ Pawan Sehrawat scored his fifth Super 10 while Saurabh Nandal scored his second High 5 of the season in their team’s win.
A fifth Super 10 of the season from ‘Hi-Flyer’ Pawan Sehrawat and a second career High 5 from Saurabh Nandal helped Bengaluru Bullscurb their two-match losing streak and beat Tamil Thalaivas by a scoreline of 32-21 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai on Saturday.
Sehrawat was off to an unbelievable start as he scored a point in all but two of his first seven raid attempts. The Bengaluru Bulls defence, too, starved Tamil Thalaivas’ offence for points and tackled Ajay Thakur and Shabeer Bappu as the visitors raced off to a 7-0 start. The last man on the mat for Tamil Thalaivas, Manjeet Chhillar, went in to raid and picked up a bonus to get his team off the mark, but he too was tackled as the reigning champions inflicted an All-Out in just under seven minutes.
The home side fared much better after reassembling on the mat and outscored Bengaluru Bulls 5-2 over the next five minutes to cut their deficit to seven. Shabeer’s two-point raid and Thakur’s touch point on Nandal got the momentum on Tamil Thalaivas’ side. But three unanswered points from Bengaluru Bulls put them back up by eight points. Tamil Thalaivas added two more points to their score while allowing the visitors just one as the teams headed into the half-time break with Bengaluru Bulls leading 17-10.
After a cagey seven minutes in the second period, V Ajith Kumar’s touch point, followed by a Ran Singh tackle on Rohit Kumar, saw Tamil Thalaivas cut the deficit down to just four points. Thakur and Mohit Chhillar then added two more points to their team’s score to reduce Bengaluru Bulls down to just two.
But the Season 6 champions responded with a Super Tackle followed by a two-point raid by Ankit, which extended their lead back up to six. Nandal’s tackle on Ajith Kumar not only gave him his High 5 but also reduced Tamil Thalaivas down to three men on the mat. Two more raid points from Sehrawat and a self-out from Ran Singh helped Bengaluru Bulls inflict an All-Out and take an 11-point lead.
Both teams added a couple of points to their score over the final three minutes of the contest as Bengaluru Bulls emerged victors by 11 points.

Indian Flipping Art: I remember 4 years ago I broke the ankle of one of my classmate while playing kabaddi. I was more of a defender than a raider even though I did both. I was the only left in My team...they had three left. In came a raider from their side. I was so nervous. My teammates cheering BOI YOU GONNA DO IT. but they said it sarcastically as the opponent team was WAYYYY better. They had a elephant in their side lol. The raider touched me ran...I ended up holding his ankle and stopped him in like some WWE lock move. I ended up getting a point...also with my torn t shir from my arm and broken ankle of the raider. I got so fucking nervous cause I literally broke his ankle. He was lying down crying. He went out with the medical team. The it was my turn to raid. I wasn't able to focus cause I literally borke his ankle. And ended up getting caught by the defenders and straight ran to that guy and said sorry to him and also alomost cried. ( I was just 15 ). He just said that this happens in sport...and I was really relieved...that evening me and my friends went to his home with some gifts. He was lying on the bed with plaster on his leg. Then after an year of that incident we also celebrated one year anniversary of his ankle breaking

Hsuya Archives: Basic: Raider has to finish the raid in one breadth. He needs to tag as many opponents as he can - every tag is one point. If he is able to return to his side or at least touch that marking line then the players he touched are considered out of the game. Defending team has two goals: to ensure that they do not get touched/tagged easily and if they do get tagged , stop that raider from going back to his side. Or even touching that line. If some of your team players are out, then you have to play with remaining players only. Defending players can initiate the attack without getting tagged but it's calculated and risky move since if the raider managed to touch the line or return to his side before they can force him to take extra breadth, they are out. At least that was the original concept. I hear they changed the rule with giving the raider time limit of 30 seconds. How to score and how to "revive a player back in the game etc are also regulated so there are more rules. Game needs good breadth control, quick wit and endurance etc. And is fast paced. It's fun to watch these matches even if you do not know all the rules. THANX RIZA HAYEKE........
