Knot Updo (Easy Version)

Hi everyone, it's beth from sweethearts hair, welcome back to another video another tutorial, i'm with the lovely, laura whitehurst. Who is a makeup artist. So today we're going to keep it easy, breezy we're going to knot and we're going to pin i'm going to show you how to create this amazing like mohawk updo, hopefully, you'll, love it and find it easy. Let'S get started so to start with i'm going to comb this front area a little bit, so you could use hairspray or backcomb spray. I'M using sexy, hair clay spray, i'm just going to give it a little push down with my coat. So this piece of hair, i'm just kind of twisting it and pushing it up just to create a little bit of volume at the front of the head, so i'm just getting a pen pushing that off pushing another one in just to secure that. Okay, that's optional! I'M just creating a little bit of volume at the front. I think it'll look prettier with this style and then alls, i'm going to do guys is just not this hair. So literally, i'm just tying a knot in the hair like that. So the little tail comes out, you're going to get a hair, pin and just push it straight through that knot and then going to grab another section of hair. If you notice that i'm not even going to bother with like brushes and cones today, i'm just going to use my fingers, so i've taken one from one side, taking a little section from this side just to anchor it again grabbing holes, join them together. Tightening up - and then you guessed it guys, i'm just going to keep taking these sections of hair, i'm moving the tails out of the way for now i'll kind of pin those in a bit. So last one i'm just knotting, i kind of want it sitting up off the neck, a tiny bit so i've just lifted it there and we're going to go in and we're going to pin these tails and then i'm going to pull it this style until it's The shape i want it to be so next, i'm just going to grab these tails guys and i'm just going to start pinning them into the style wherever i feel like. I want them to go and i'm going to tease and pull all this style until it's exactly the shape that i want it to be. So i have finished the last pin i'm going to do a quick spin, so you can see from all angles. So as always, thank you so much for watching guys, don't forget!
