Dannielleroset: @Shelita9 Water aerobics or anything that’s in water. It's low impact, helps you lose weight or get fit depending on the type of workout and plus it's fun! You can do it all year round (heated or indoor pool in winter and a normal one for summer and if you wanted to you could work on your tan too :D. I hope this helped.
