Hi friends welcome back to my Channel today, I'm here with my lovely Bridget, we're just out here: quarantine together, you know you don't got to worry about it, we're roommates, so we're not breaking any quarantine rules. Okay, so super excited about today. I had a lot of girls message me. Most of them all had really long hair about just some quick, simple updos that they could wear to work. So not anything too fancy nothing that takes too long. So I wanted to show just three very simple, quick updos. They'Re not gon na, take you very long, but they look cuter than just your plain old ponytail every day. Okay, as you can see, I have her hair parted on the side. I'M going to continue that part all the way down the back, but instead of going straight back, I'm gon na go on up angle, so we're gon na come back I'll show ya. Okay, so I went from her part down to kind of the corner of the bottom of her head. So that's her ear there, okay, smooth everything out, you're literally going to take these two sections and tie them in a knot. All right, then, you know you can see how it's kind of parting, like this, we'll fix that in a minute, okay and then you're literally gon na, take it and do that again all right grab a bobby pin. I like they say not to open them. I like to open them just a little bit you're going to twist this and tuck the tail just wherever it kind of fits, and then you take your pin and, as you put it in, I like to wait a little wiggle wiggle that just helps grasp the Hair as it goes in the other tail give her a little twist, then, whichever way it kind of fits, I'm gon na do that. Wiggle wiggle wiggle, wiggle, wiggle and then just kind of take this pinch and pull just a little bit and that's going to cover that up. Then you can either leave it like that. Be done. If you feel like it's not sturdy enough. Just add a couple more pins here and there you could totally make this looser look, so I would not pin it right at the tail. Just it'll give it some more room. You can pin that after you can just kind of a pinch and pull pinch and pull now. I know you're. Probably thinking like oh well, I'm not going to be able to see it from the back. You couldn't literally just feel with your hands. You don't need it to be perfect. Then take your PIN pop that in I like to have this be loose. You could totally make it tighter, but I just like to you just pinch and pull it a little bit. I kind of I hold the updo in the back just so you can kind of feel if you're pulling too much do that all the way around. So here you can probably see it good here, pinch pinch and pull pinch and pull. That'S our first quickly. Look do cute. Oh totally, do this. If I had long hair like how simple is that probably took like just a couple minutes this next one? All you need is a regular size, elastic and a couple bobby pins, so I'm gon na use an invisible just because it grips the hair a lot better, and so it's gon na last you all day, especially if you have slippery hair. So all we're gon na do give her a little side pony this one's nice, because you can see what you're doing so. On your last turn, you are going to only pull the hair part way through, probably about half, and so you have this tail hanging out and we're gon na give her a little twist bring that over. So then, this little tail is underneath. Take a bobby, pin and you're just gon na pin it underneath wiggle. I pop a couple pins in there, so I'm literally just coming underneath popping a couple pins in here, then you can pull this out and I'm gon na take a little bit of texture spray or you can use a hairspray anything just gon na piece that out A little bit I personally like having a little bit of like peace enos. If you don't take another pin, just grab it tuck it under right and that's it. So it's basically a ponytail, but you just kind of spruced it up a little bit. I like it and then you do the same pinch and pull technique. If you don't want it so smooth, you can definitely pop it up a little bit with some volume and it's just a super cute, simple. Well, updo, okay, one more this one, I'm gon na leave her part on the side. We totally do this with no part. That would be totally fine, so you're gon na need someone like the little clear, elastics or colored. It doesn't matter just the little ones and then some bobby pins as well. You know try and section this, so you can see so her part is here on the side I'm going to take from her crown and do like a teardrop shape. So following her head and where it curves, it doesn't have to be perfect, but just make sure there is enough hair on each side, so they're about the same amount on all three I'm going to separate these with elastics. Just so you can see the partings. So I'm going to do that quickly. Okay, so now we have these three sections. The side ones are kind of just behind the ear, so here's her ear and then same with this side, there's her ear, the middle one has this teardrop shape to it. So I'm gon na start with the middle one you're gon na do this is not a fancy braid! It'S not a fishtail. It'S not a French braid! This is just a regular old braid, so you do need to know how to braid for this one. But it's just over into the middle over into the middle over into the middle over into the middle. That'S how you do just a basic braid for those who don't know how to do it. So when you get to the end, you want to leave out into the half two inches and then that same pinch and pull technique. We used for the top earlier we're going to use on the braid, so you are going to pinch the outside of the braid and pull hitch and pull pinch and pull you're just gon na work. Your whole way up go inside to side we're gon na. Do that on both sides as well, coming to the back, don't go to the side with them. If you do it to the side here, it's gon na look funny. So what you want to bring this whoops stay, where I tell you, okay, so bring this back. Smooth that out and then do your braid. Now we have these three beautiful braids, I'm going to take the middle one, get your bobby pins already and you're just going to take it and twist it up and over take a pin. Ripper wait! A wiggle wiggle wiggle push it in then you're gon na take this tail kind of lift with a little braid and then just tuck that in so then it doesn't show wiggle, wiggle wiggle, we'll go cute and simple. That is so now we're going to do another. One here and another one here so oops when you're making sure you're pulling this back, because you want this look, you want the part here to be covered. Then you're gon na pinch and pull again at the top, see how it splits splits. Here we don't want that, so I mean a little bit of volume had a little bit of spray in. There is gon na help prevent that. So these are kind of drooping to the side. I would kind of push it together, just give it another pin just to make sure they hold really nicely. I like these little bit, ease that stick out just gives it more of like a casual feel, but there she is for last one another super simple, just braids and pin them. I love this. It'S so cute!
