Hey divas, to start off this look you will need to put your hair in a high ponytail. You'Ll also need elastic bands and rubber bands to complete some of the styles. Today I also went to Hobby Lobby and purchase these two decorative pieces. They look like they go on trees or in some type of floral arrangement, but I said you know what it has a cute long stem that will go great with a bun and an updo style to add more volume to my updos. I will be using Kanekalon hair. This is by the brand Harlem braid and it comes with three packs in one. So let's get started, I'm going to start off with one pack of hair, but first let me twist my hair up. So I can protect my hair and put it in a bowl. I'M going to use a bobby pin to secure and then I'm going to add on my weave just as a heads up, I did not use any gel in the back, so excuse any flyaways that you see just disregard those okay. So I'm going to take the first pack of hair and use the rubber band that the hair was on and wrap it around the bun that I have then I'm going to take it and separate it in two and begin twisting all the way down to the Bottom once twisted, I will add a rubber band to secure I'm going to take the twist and wrap it around my bun and form it in a shape that I would like I like to stack my hair and kind of play around with it. So just do it according to your liking, once you get it where you like, it go ahead and pin it down with bobby pins. For those of you who, like nice and simple styles, this style is for you to decorate it just go ahead and add in this decorative piece that I purchased from Hobby Lobby. To give yourself a flawless finish. Please use some type of gel or edge tamer. Just to clean up the look to further disguise the ball that I created with my hair, I'm taking the Kanekalon here and wrapping it around and then Bobby pinning it to secure and here's how the other piece looks just in case, you wanted to see how it Looks with gold hairstyle number two I'm going to take another pack of hair and I'm going to use the rubber band that it came with and apply that over my bun once I have that safely secured I'm going to twist my hair into one big twist and Add a rubber band secur. I really like this hairstyle. This is definitely one of my faves and while I was doing this, I noticed my husband photo/video bombed me so stay tuned for another video with him. Okay, cuz he's gon na be doing my hair in an upcoming video all right, so once twisted I'm just going to twist it a little bit more just to make it more defined, and Here I am just wrapping it around and I'm just kind of playing with It until I get it into my desired look it's kind of like a swoop, but then again it's not make sure you hide the rubber band that you secured it with, and you can do that with bobby pins, but just play around with it and place it. However, you'd like to make it look, your best feel free to use gel and any type of edge tamer on your hair. Again, I did not use any in the back, so it does kind of look a little cray-cray, but you can clean that up to add some pizzazz. You can definitely use this to decorate your hair a bit more and I am just placing it around in different areas. Just until I see where I like to place it, but I thought that was super cute. You know so it is up to you so here I am being a little extra. I decided to add both I thought it you know, hey, I had some dimension. Add some flavor. You can definitely play around with it and see what you like. You can also use two of the same colors just to make it more consistent, but I thought it was cute. You know you never know until you try it alright, so we're off to hairstyle number three. Before doing that, I will take this part down and I will take it off of my bun, including the rubber band that I placed around my bun. So once I have that removed, then we can get started with number three hairstyle number three, I'm going to take the last bundle from my package and I'm just going to place that around my bun, just as I did before with the other hair this time, I'm Going to make small twists so I'm going to separate it into small strands and then make twist twisting my hair all the way to the bottom of the Strand and adding a rubber band to secure. I'M going to continue to do this until I have no more parts to twist I'm going to take all of my twists and wrap it from one side to the other from here. I'M going to decide if I want to just continue to wrap them around or wrap them around. My bun, I believe I'm going to just go ahead and wrap them around my bun and take the excess and place it underneath. My bun, of course, as you are wrapping your hair around the bun. You will see some rubber bands. The best thing to do is to hide those rubber bands inside your bun. So what you can do is take a bobby, pin and pull some of your bun forward and place it down just to cover those - and Here I am just adding bobby pins, to secure the look all around and to make it more seamless and flawless. So far. I like how it looks, but I am NOT filling the hump that I have in the front. So what I'm going to do is add more bobby pins until I lay it down, according to my liking, feel free to add on that decorative piece. Just to give your hair some more pizzazz, one thing I like about these hairstyles is: you can play them up and you can play them down. You can add on festive pieces and you can add on just different hair accessories to make this look your own. So this concludes the video for my three festive holiday hairstyles. I hope you guys liked them. Please give it a thumbs up if you do make sure you check out my holiday lipsticks, video that I have in my previous video and also sign up for my notification. So that you do not miss an upload from me, I want to thank you guys so much for all of the love and support and I'll see you in my next one xoxo
