Thee 10 Minute Classy Twist Updo On Natural Hair || No Added Extensions | #001

Hi guys welcome back to my channel today, i'm going to be doing something i haven't done in a really long, while drum roll, pretty legendary. If you ask me, i'm going to be doing an updo today, guys and this video is really really simple. This updo is really really really simple: i'm going to be explaining everything in detail, but for now i'm simply trying to comb my hair out from the root or fluff my hair out just to loosen up the roots a little bit and make it easier to part Through my hair and proceed to make this up to so for this updo, i'm simply going to part my hair at the side and i'm parting, my right side right above the art in my brow, so i'm simply making a parting all the way from the right To my left ear and the updo i'm doing is an intricate updo, which is going to sweep across the left side of my forehead and around the back. So i'm simply going to make a bun at the back of my head and then do the intricate sweeping around the side. So this is what the part that i've made looks like. I try to keep my part clean because it's going to show after i finish with the updo so and i actually had this idea before i started to do this updo, so i simply brushed my hair back for this updo guys. My hair is kind of pre-stretched. It was in the braid and beat hairstyle before now, so i simply took down, and then i proceeded to start making my updo and i'm simply going to put my hair at the back into a puff for starters and i'm going to try to comb through that. As much as i can and then proceed to tie that up using a black elastic hair tie, so my puff is going to come right out of the tie and afterwards i'm going to make sure that my puff is in the right place. I'M going to fluff it through to make sure that everything is in order and my hair is actually tangled, but i did my best to comb through and the updo actually came out as i pictured it in my head. So afterwards, i'm going to part the puff into several sections to aid in the next step for this style and the next step is going to be putting this puff into chunky twist. Some of the easiest, some of the most intricate objects, are created out of chunky. Twists and if you want to start making objects on your hair, if your hair is long enough or even if you're, adding extensions, one of the best ways you can start creating objects is to put your hair into twisted sections from there. Just go ahead and twist and talk your hair into whatever direction you want and then watch your objects come out, nice and shapely. So that's simply what i'm doing here, putting my puff into twisted sections and i think by the time i was done. I had about four five twisted sections and that was actually good for me. I wanted a bun at the back of my head and these twists served to put my bun into place and if you watch the beginning of the video, i started off trying to comb through the bun or the puff at the back. But i realized that i couldn't do that, so i just simply went ahead and twisted the sections like that and because my hair was not too shrunken, i was able to have a semblance of twist looking like this. Next, i'm going to go ahead and use bobby pins to pin these twists into a bun, and i'm feeling around the back of my head to position my twist into an intricate bone and guys because i'm not using a mirror. I can't really see what's going on at the back, i'm just trusting my instinct and, as usual, everything turned out fine, so i simply use my fingers to fill around each twist to fill around how i wanted each twist to be positioned and i went ahead to Use a bobby pin to pin the twist into my hair, and for this i was really careful, because it's part of the fact that i didn't carry this hairstyle long. I didn't want the bobby pins to prick my scalp, which is one of the downsides of objects, but i made sure that the bobby pins were extremely comfortable for me, and that was that, by the way, guys, please, if you're new to my channel - and you aren't Subscribed go ahead and subscribe to this channel. You know who would need this, so this is what the button at the back is looking like. It'S already on points guys, you can already see what it's looking like, i'm going to go ahead and brush my edges at the back and then i'll come around and focus on the front of my hair. As you can see, my hair is not stretched. I didn't lay my edges. I didn't use any edge control at all and that's it for me. I don't need to do too much so for the front. I'M also going to put my hair into twist in front, but i'm going to divide my hair into neat sections as neat as i can anyway, and i'm going to go ahead and twist those sections up just like i did for the back so remember. I said that the easiest way to get started in doing updos is to put your hair into twisted sections, and that's exactly what i'm doing here. So i'm simply going to twist these sections up after twisting the set the first section, i went ahead to see if he was going to curve to the back the way that i imagined it, and it actually did so so for this particular hairstyle. Since i'm doing a side sweeping hairstyle, i made my chunky twist in front in such a way that when twisted and when curved into the updo, they would fall forward nicely and not lump over each other. So that's simply what i'm doing here and it turned out. Well, sorry guys i had to put the mirror between my laps so that i could actually see a little bit of what i was doing, which is why i'm bending forward and now i'm done twisting up all the sections i'm going to go ahead and start bending. My twists around the back and around and underneath each other to form the side sweeping part of the updo. So i'm simply talking the twisted sections into each other and using bobby pins, to pin them down at appropriate places to pin down any lifted. Part of the updo and to make sure everything is in order bobby pins are the trick here guys to make sure you need to make sure that you have enough bobby pins to go around and to hold your updo in place, and this is the new girls. Imagine my surprise. I literally just went from looking like a anyhow person to looking like this classy lady, and you cannot talk to me anyhow in the voice of cheesy duro. So this is my final look. I hope you guys loved this video as much as i did.
