But guys they were doing a really cute fault, updo or well, it's not just for fall, but I think it looks really cute with like turtlenecks and sweater. Isn'T that kind thing yeah, it's really simple and easy. So I'm going to show you how to do it from start to finish, and today's video is brought to you by my good friends at shea moisture. As you guys know, she motion has a ton of products pretty much for every hair type. So I created a website to make it easier for you to figure out which of their products is perfect for your hair type. So if you go to a million ways to shade calm you're going to find the website for their good hair day tool, you can upload a picture of yourself. I'M just gon na grab that one and then it pops open with a bunch of options for a website to kind of figure out what your hair type is. If you have kinky coily, curly, wavy or straight hair and ask you, how do you normally like to style your hair, so any press looks good. You get to the second screen and it says yes go. I just tell us more: that's how I just like envisioned in my head sounding. I don't know why do you have oily or dry hair, fine or thick flat or voluminous damaged you're healthy, I'm gon na move it over once towards the damaged, because my hair is recovering from hair dye. Then it's gon na ask you if your natural or chemically treated now, I actually made the mistake of going over all the way to natural. My hair has grown out and a lot of the leached hair I cut off, but then I forgot that I had actually dyed my entire head black, so I still do have some of that black hair dye in my hair that I didn't cut off it like Towards the end, so I'm actually going to move it because I do still have a bit of chemically treated hair. So you get to the last screen. What are your hair goals so find your shade? Then the websites going to populate what shea moisture products, I think, will work best with your hair type, given all the details that you just plugged into the website - and I think this is really cool - it actually recommended for me to try the high porosity line, and I found this at Ulta. It'S actually interesting that the website recommended high porosity line, because I haven't actually done an official porosity check on my hair, but I had a feeling that I did have high porosity hair. So it's really interesting that this website recommended that I try the high porosity line and I have to say that I was completely blown away. It is actually going to be one of my favorites now so anyway, I had to a million ways to shave, calm, to figure out what shea moisture products are gon na work best with your hair type. It worked really well for me. I'M really happy with what the website chose for me. Alright enough, my yapping, I hope you guys enjoy the video and I will see you after alright, so first cleansing with Amon gong go and hemp seed oil, high porosity, moisture seal shampoo. That has a long name. This shampoo is so moisturizing. I was actually pretty shocked. It also has apple cider, vinegar inside which helps to seal those high porosity, cuticles rinsing bat outs. Look at that shine, we're grabbing the high porosity, moisture seal mask this deep conditioning mask was super moisturizing and with a bit of water, the tangles just melted away, so I'm just working it in then with the product. Still in my hair, I'm going to detangle. First with my fingers and then with my wide tooth comb twisting the hair to keep it out of the way and to let the deep conditioner go to work, and just repeat this: all of your head in sections to keep those tangles that they first finger. Detangle and then comb the hair out then twist up the hair to get it out of the way. Alright, when your whole head is too tangled rinse the conditioner out Everage do a quick, general rinse just to get the bulk of the conditioner out. Then I rinse out each section individually, girls poppin. Lastly, stealing the Heron, with a bit of that high porosity, moisture seal, finishing a liquor which also contains apple cider, vinegar, which is going to help close those cuticles working it in and twisting it right back up for. Safekeeping, then repeat this to all the other sections. On the head rinsing out, the conditioner sealing the hair with a bit of that moisture seal finishing a lick, sir. A little goes a long way and twist it back up now, just repeat this to the entire head, when you're done, your hair is gon na, be super shiny and soft, alright time to style, first check out the shine. Okay, now watch me destroy it woah. I know man I know I had to comb it out, though I needed stretched hair for this updo, alright, so sectioning out that top middle section of hair and clipping it out of the way for now, I'm going to start twisting up the sides first, so creating A part that goes from the top and straight down behind your ear and clipping the rest of the hair out of the way grabbing Shea moistures high porosity, moisture seal styling gel I'm using a bit of that. And yes, I want a bit overboard here, but I'm just going to grab a little bit of that. I'M gon na add to the section to help tame and smooth it down alright. So this is just gon na be a simple flat twist back. I like twists because they're a bit more gentle than braids and they're faster to install so keep adding hair into your flat twist and when there's no more hair to add just twist down to the ends like normal, then wrap the twists into a bantu knot for Safekeeping now repeat the exact same thing to the other side, making a part going from the top and down behind your ear. Add a bit of that high porosity, moisture seal gel and flat twist back and when you've reached the end just twist into a bantu knot. For safekeeping, okay working the back now we're gon na make three flat twists going from bottom to top so separate. The hair for the first row clipping the rest of the hair out of the way bend your head over to make the hair fall forward. Add some gel to help tame the section and begin flat, twisting your hair from bottom to top and don't worry for having some trouble with it. It gets a lot easier with practice, so don't give up when you get to the end as usual, just wrap the twists into a bantu knot for safekeeping now release the rest, the hair and create the second and third row by making another part - and just repeat The same process to create the next two flat twists add some gel to help tame the suction and then flat twist the hair from bottom to top, adding in small sections of hair. As you go twist to the ends, wrap into a bantu knot for safekeeping and repeat now that the back is done, we're going to create a small bun in the back using the ends of those twists, we're going to unravel all those bantu knots. Except for that middle one, so working one twist at a time unravel the bantu knot and wrap that twist around that bantu knot, that's directly in the middle, so carrying the ends inside the knot again grab the next twist and wrap it around that middle bantu knot. Securing the ends inside the knot you're, essentially going to keep wrapping all the twists around that middle bantu knot to create one large bun. Alright, and that's it. Your buns complete just release that top section of hair and we're just gon na create a bunch of medium-sized twisted bantu knots so grabbing a bit more gel to help tame the hair twist, the hair, medium sized sections and then wrap each twist into bantu knots. We'Re just trying to create a natural and textured wavy curl. So that's it! You can head to bed let that air dry or sit under a hooded dryer to speed up the drying process when hair is completely dried. It'S time to finish the style, we're just gon na unravel those small bantu knots and take out the twists. So now you have these beautiful, textured and natural looking waves to play with I'm separating them for a bit more of that natural frizz and creating some added volume by picking out the section now just bobby pin the hair in place. However, you like to frame your face, we do anything we want to, they won't be scared of falling down and that's it a really easy updo, that's perfect for the fall and these upcoming holiday parties. This is also really easy style. That'S perfect for work and the best part is you can wear it all week. I hope you guys enjoyed this video. I just really love this pattern. It just gives you so many options to just kind of play with the front another to check out Shea moistures. Good hair day tool at million ways to shoot calm, to find out what shea moisture line works best with your hair type, all informations, of course, going to be in the description box below and I'll see you in the next one. That'S when the truth, and will be anything that we wan na be gone again. What'S coming in, Oh

Joyful Joy: Hello, Ma. I've watched all of your videos, and want to say, you're truly are amazing! Keep up the good work. You're an inspiration to many, including me. I don't regret subscribing at all. Haven watched all your videos, I decided to begin my natural hair journey. Unfortunately, there's nowhere I can buy not even one of the products you've used in all your videos around here. It's that bad! I tried ordering online on Amazon, AliExpress, and Ebay, but it was either they don't ship to Russia or it was very expensive for a student like me. Please, I need your advice, anything at all. Are there any alternatives to getting some of the products here in Russia? I may not afford all now, but I want to begin my collection of them.

Jerrica H: Love the style! What are your suggestions on how to style the side/back twists if you hair isn't long enough to create a nice bun?

Ellecia Donnell: Hi Naptural85! I think your videos are amazing and should be able to be shared with everyone! For people with hearing disabilities, closed captions are a great idea! But they can also not be very effective with all the errors they contain. But, there is something you could do! You are able to manually go and adjust the way words are presented in closed captions so that there are not a ton of errors. I'm sure you have a busy schedule, but doing at least one video every so often could really help others discover your amazing natural hair videos! If you would like to try it, just let me know and I can give you more information about it!

dimplesgood3: Yes Ma'am this is an easy breezy protective style!!!...oh yeaaaaaaaaaaah..was looking for a style & Bam you came thru!!!...Thanks for Sharing>>>>
