Hello, everyone welcome back, so today's video is a very simple and effortless updo. Now i really want to share this hairstyle because it's absolutely perfect for summer, especially because it can be worn to any type of occasion. Now i decided to dress it up. Today it's been a while, but you could also wear this hairstyle to a barbecue, a picnic or any special event. I really love how versatile it is by the way. Thank you so much for all the love on my heatwave, hairstyle video. It has reached 300k in under three weeks. It'S so crazy! So thank you so much and if you haven't seen it yet, i will link it below. Alright, don't forget to tag me in your recreations and let's get started all right. First thing: i need to dirty up my hair a little bit so i'm first going in with some dry shampoo and just spraying this all throughout my roots, and this one is from living proof, and i love it all right for the rest of my hair. I'M just gon na use this texture spray from bumble and bumble. It just adds the right amount of texture to my hair without drying it out. It'S awesome all right time to gather your hair, so i like to scoop mine from underneath, just by placing my thumbs underneath my hair and gathering it up into a ponytail doing it. This way just helps to maintain the volume on the top and, if you're going for that, effortless look don't forget to pull out some small pieces to frame your face time to secure i'm just going to use a hair bungee. It'S just two bobby pins on a hair elastic, but a regular elastic will work too so to secure the bungee. I find it easiest to hold my ponytail with my right hand, and then i insert one bobby pin into the top of my ponytail behind my hand and just toss. The other bobby pin to the right then grab onto the bobby, pin and wrap it. Nice and tight clockwise around the ponytail, and once it's super tight, you just insert the second bobby pin into the base of your ponytail. I love using hair bungees because they just hold the hair so tight, allowing you to add more volume in this next step. All right hold the base of your ponytail with one hand and with the other one just begin, pinching and pulling on small sections of hair throughout your crown. You already know, but this will add volume and dimension, and if this created any frizz just run your fingers down your sections to smooth them down all right time for the bun, so just smooth down the top of your ponytail. If you need to and then just place like three to four fingers from your left hand, underneath your ponytail and then you want to fold your ponytail under the fingers on your left hand and up the right side and as you fold it, you just want to Grab onto your ponytail, with your left hand, to create that bun next loosely twist, your ends clockwise about one to two times and then just bring them over the top of your bun and should look a little something like this all right time to pin. So i just held my bun and my ends together with my left hand, and i started with a large roller pin. These are so easy to use and i first secured the bun to my head just to hold it in place and then with regular bobby pins. Just hook the outside of the twists at the top and slide your bobby pins towards the center to hold it into place, and then, if your ends are still showing just tuck them, underneath your bun and i left the very ends poking out the bottom. I just love like the casual look that this creates and then i added a couple more pins just to make sure that my bun was secured against my neck and locking my ends into place. All right, then, i re-curled the front pieces with a one and a half inch barrel and so that the curls don't look too formal. I just pinched the sides of the curls pulled them apart and then used some light, hold hairspray to lock them into place. All right, so there we have it. How easy was that now? I just wish that i had somewhere to go, because i think this looks so pretty.
