She is, she is hey. Y'All. Welcome back to my channel girl. I was so excited. I forgot my intro first things. First, if you are new here, first off welcome brain gang. Welcome back to this for another video. All right, i have been wanting to try these braids that i saw on tick tock. I will insert the video here now if you're on stack like i am, then you probably have seen these braids now i'm getting my hair braided next week. So, for me to be doing this now, it's it's a little stupid, but you know we here so they're called boho braids. Let me just pause real quick and tell you this five butter miracle mask by the gabrielle union flawless line. Every time i use her deep conditioner, it is clutch smooth texture scent and it just leaves my hair so soft. So i just clarified my hair and deep conditioned it because i'm going to be leaving these braids in for like possibly four days. What kind of scents does that make i'm going to be using this black panther strong 24 hour, braid, edges lock and twist conditioner? Then i'm going to take the bread hair cream. It'S a elastic bounce, leave-in quality black on and then i'm going to be. Taking the probably the wet lime for my braids, i, like my i like to use gels for my braids and my twists, even though i don't do them that much, but anyway, let's get into it. I think i'm gon na do it down the center. I think i kind of went on this side. I think i'm one on the side we'll worry about that later. The thing is, i am terrible at parting, which is why i don't do my own braids like if i could part it'll, be over okay, all right. So i just parted from ear to ear. It'S just. My parts will not be straight: okay, you're into straight parting and perfection, sis find another channel. This is not really like a tutorial, because i've never done this before. I just want to try this viral tick-tock situation. We were all rooting for you. How dare you uh, judge your mama? I told you i couldn't part okay, you need to do more hairstyles than watching those and do this and do - and it's like do you understand my struggle like she's she's, getting there she's getting there she's getting there. This won't be taking forever. You know that's just gon na have to do. The smart thing would be to go ahead and get your parts together, but i'm not gon na. Do that because i may want to quit - and i don't want to like do my whole head and then i have to do my whole head. You know what i mean so anyway, i'm grabbing the that's a lot, i'm grabbing the beard or what is this red? Oh okay, just for some moisture and to weigh my hair down a little bit, i'm going to go ahead and take the 24 hour. I didn't check that part. So if the part is jacked up, i don't even care. The good thing is, the curls are going to make it more of a effortless type of look. I'M gon na take my wet line and that will be like my styler and then before i start the process i am going to smooth. If you have super thick hair, god bless you, that's not my ministry, but it used to be my hair changed over the years. So we're gon na go ahead and braid down. Then i'm gon na start to take out a piece. I'M not going to break. My all the way down so now, i'm adding gel on these pieces because they're going to start to revert, which is fine now the first one looks, i think, that's kind of cute. Okay, this might be a vibe jesus. My gosh twists are just so much more easier braids and again, i'm not braiding all the way down. I think i'm gon na do four parts in the back. It doesn't have to be like perfect. You know i feel like we say that when we know we can't deliver perfection like it doesn't have to be perfect, that's parts can be whatever if you can't do it just like that. Do i want to do three because the laziness yeah i'll just do three. I mean so far so far it's live alright, so i don't want to bore you guys. Like stevie wonder, said, i'm gon na go ahead and try to finish this section and then i'm gon na come back. Okay. Where is my remote? I don't ever be. I don't be together like okay, so it's voice over bay, i'm just playing anyway, so i meant to come back earlier than this. I was going to try to finish the front on camera, but you know life. You know what i mean anyway, so i am doing big parts as you can see. I took my edge booster. I do have a video on this because i know people do experience some flaking with this gel in particular um. I have some. You know some some. Some stuff to help you out, if you want to check that out so again, i'm doing big parts, because i'm not keeping this in long. I wanted to try it on my hair. I just didn't know how it was going to look. So you know just to be on the safe side, with the takedown and all that jazz. Now it is your preference. How many pieces you want to take out per braid, be mindful that you can really control this look. You can be as crazy as you want with all the hair pieces out which can give it a really cute bohemian type of look or you can be more conservative and keep more pieces in per braid, maybe skip braids, depending on your density and texture and whatever. I feel like you can really make this style work for you, um and in your own way it doesn't have to be exactly what i'm doing or what the other girl did or what anybody else is doing. Um again, i'm not braiding all the way down to the to the um bottom of the braid or the end of the braid, because i don't want no issue with my takedown okay, i just want to i got. I got things to do all right. My time is precious okay, so anyway, that's pretty much the gist. I think you can pretty much get it. I didn't zoom in zoom in or anything like that, because to me this isn't a tutorial because we learning together all right. Okay, thank you! So y'all, it's a very, very fun easy super easy hairstyle to do now. As far as the upkeep goes, my hair has only been like this for about three days um and i have not experienced any frizz, and i think it really has to do with the products that you are using. I highly recommend on the pieces that are out to use a product that you know defines your hair and maybe weighs down your hair. And if that is bothersome to you, then just be mindful to switch your product out when on the pieces that are out or maybe not put as many pieces out to prevent that. But my hair is fine. Like i said before, so it's i i feel like it just it would have hit harder had i had smaller parts and better parts. Look at that part, sorry, um, better, better parting and smaller um smaller. You know smaller parts um. I think it would have been cute fuller, but my hair is still wet right here. I feel like there's so many different hairstyles. You can do i've seen people do up and down hairstyles i've seen people do up like this um down the center. Over to the side, i feel like from my face, shape and head shape over to the side works for me better with the um size of the braids. Now, if they were smaller, i think you know you could rock whatever, but yeah so and then to mask the parting like if you suck at partly like me, y'all, go ahead and take more pieces out. It will conceal the parts all right praise the lord saints. So you know i posted some real action on instagram and some stuff on tik tok um. You know in regards to this hairstyle and other things. So follow me there. If you would like to. We have fun as well different types of content but yeah. I wanted to hop on a little the little boho train because i thought it was cute.
