Wedding Hairstyle With Pulled Back Curls : Hair Styling & Care

Hi, my name is claire coleman. I'M a hair stylist, i'm going to show you how to do a wedding, hairstyle style with pulled back curls. Now we're going to start by just brushing the hair straight back and we don't want any parting here. So it's just going to be really nice and smooth in the front and we're just going to pull a few pieces. And i want to keep a couple forward. But we're basically going to be pulling the top crown section back and separating it and we're going to put it into a little ponytail holder. I like to give it a little bit of a twist here and then push it up. So it gives a little bit of volume at the top and then secure with your elastic that one busted, let's try another okay. There we go now we're just going to take sections of the hair and do curls with your curling iron. So i'm using one and a half inch curling iron and i'm just going to do a rope. Curl you're just going to wrap your hair around the barrel of the curling iron. There we go and just make sure to curl your hair and when you're pulling sections just be careful not to disturb the pull back part that you already did and just keep going on the rest of your hair. One more section: okay - and you just want to make sure to cover that little piece of elastic, so we're just going to take one of the little strands and wrap it around the elastic that way we hide it for when we have our pictures taken, we don't Want anybody to see it and you don't really need to wrap it all the way around just enough to cover it and then you're going to secure with a bobby pin there we go, you can see from the back and from the front.
