Wedding Hair And Make Up | Kryz Uy

Wedding season is upon us! My friends are all slowly tying the knot, and I have about 1-2 weddings a month to attend until early next year. The running number as of today is 8 weddings until April- It's crazy! Love is in the air. And although I do love weddings and celebrating the union of a perfect match, it can be expensive. Finding a dress or getting one made, having your hair and make up done, and sending gifts for the couple- it's all a bit much! So to those girls out there who want to save a little money and have a little fun, here's a DIY version to help you get glammed up for your events! Enjoy!

Hello, everyone and Happy Holidays. I actually don't know if I'm gon na get this video up in time for the holidays, but today you guys are getting ready with me. I'M actually gon na attend a wedding today in a bit, and this is the only time I can squeeze in a video for you guys. So I thought it would be fun for you guys to see how I prepare myself for weddings. Now I feel like I'm in the age where all of my friends are getting married. So just in the next few months I will be attending a total number of eight weddings. That'S crazy! You like I had to buy eight different dresses. I have to go for eight different makeup looks eight different wedding gifts. It'S super Maga, so so in order to save a little bit, I thought I would be doing my own makeup. You know experimenting and having fun at the same time filming a video for you guys, so I just came actually from the mall, which is why I'm quite splotchy already I've been out and about this morning buying Christmas presents and I bought a total number of 11 Gifts in two hours, so I'm quite proud of myself here, but now we are again a rushing because it is only ahead for me and in order for me to put on a full face of makeup, I need to first remove this little light makeup that I Have on so, let me just get my hair out of the way and we can start I'm gon na use this, which is one of my favorite makeup, remover wipes it is from bifesta by desktop, and I'm just gon na remove this base that I put on So all I put on this morning was skincare and concealer and a little highlighter. That is all I'm just gon na. Remove that, because I want to put on foundation, I want my base to be really fresh and really clear. I'M not gon na bother taking off my mascara because we're just gon na put on some false eyelashes later on anyway. It'S super easy and fast to take off your makeup using these wipes, which is why I love them now. I'M just gon na go to the bathroom, really quick wash my face, and I will come back to you now that my face is very clean and squeaky. I am gon na rebalance the pH level of my skin, of course, even for wearing makeup, we mustn't forget our skincare, so I'm gon na go in with a Chios, calendula herbal extract toner. That is alcohol-free, and I actually got this as a Christmas gift from Kiehl's. So, thank you so much and I've been loving it so far. I also have the calendula and aloe mask from Kiehl's that I absolutely love. So if you like this toner kind of just the same thing where it's very soothing, it really relaxes my skin and really balances that peach level. We mustn't forget eye cream, and this has been in a favorites video of mine because I absolutely loved it. It is the anti paws manuka, honey, skin, brightening eye cream, and I always pop this on to brighten the under-eye area and to give it a little bit of a wake-up all, even if I'm wearing makeup and concealer above it and then for the rest of my Face I'm gon na go in with Ameri Mac moisturizing lotion, and this is just going to make my face feel a little bit more hydrated without you can get super dewy sort of like a primer already for the skin. I find that if you take time to put on your skin care before you do your makeup, then it just makes your makeup look more fresh. It stays on better and it also feels better on your skin. So now I'm prepping for a wedding making content and also drinking my coffee at the same time. That is how I like to roll. So now we are doing the primer, and this is the NARS pore and shine control primer and I'm also really been enjoying this product just gives the skin a very matte finish. So everything else is so easy to apply afterwards. If you're going for a wedding or a full makeup, look, you should always remember to put your primer so that your makeup stays on the whole time and also so that your makeup applies evenly next, we are moving on to Foundation and three I'm using my favorite By state law or double we're stay in place makeup foundation, and I am in the shade one w2s and the reason why I absolutely love this foundation is because it really stays on the whole day and also the coverage is amazing and it matches my skin tone. As well to be the difference between the side of my face and the side of my face of our foundation, it's amazing! So usually, when I use this foundation, I don't need to go into the concealer already, because the coverage is really good and I also like to keep my base on the lighter side. So it doesn't kick up or it doesn't feel too thick on my skin and my real skin still peeks through. So I think I'm not gon na go into the concealer today, or maybe just spot conceal. If there is anything that needs to be covered up. As you can see, my face is completely concealed. I feel like I lost all the shadows in highlights on my face, but that is why I do only to our foundation often because it takes so much work. I feel like you're covering everything up and then you need to add everything back in so on an everyday basis. I don't like to do this, but just want to say that this foundation is really something else all right. Moving on to contour today, I'm going to be using the contour kit, light to medium from Anastasia, Beverly Hills, and this is what it looks like. I hardly ever use this because I only ever do makeup when I'm traveling and when I'm traveling I don't like to bring this whole set. I usually just bring like a small contour like this one, but today I'm gon na go in with this color in the middle over here and use that to add back the shadow that I just took out with my foundation. So also adding a little bit here to contour that double chin, I'm gon na contour this side first, so you guys can see the difference. So you want to go here in the hairline and do sort of like a number three motion. So it's like that number. Three cheekbones poppin double chin, gone and also smaller face altogether. So this is the side that is contoured, and this is the side that it's not. Can you go ahead and contour the other side as well and instantly. You will see that my cheekbones are super to go down now. I'M gon na go in with a fluffy brush and contour the nose area, and I'm just gon na use this really light brown color over here and bring that on to the eye socket as well. If you add a little bit of depth and do the same on the other side, key here is really to make sure everything is well blended out, so that it doesn't look like there's a line on your nose, so the key with contour is really to cheat. The light, so you can't control the lighting the whole time and sometimes when the lighting is really on top of you and it's really harsh. It shows all the curves of your face that you don't necessarily want to be seen. So contour is supposed to, like add shadows, other places that you want to hide and add highlight to the places that you want to show. So that is what contour is all about and, as you can see, my nose is so long already just making sure everything is well blended, gon na go to my powder brush and just make sure that there are no harsh lines in there. Moving on to blush. I'M gon na use the 3c stylenanda blush, and this is kind of like a very cool toned blush which I don't normally go for, but I feel like cool toned. Blushes are more fresh, so that is what we're gon na be using today. I'M gon na put this blush a little bit higher than where I usually put it so up here, where I put the contour just a little bit higher than normal, so it looks more tame and contained because we're doing a heavy eye look today, I feel, like The cheeks need to take a back seat, and so we're not gon na go for that usual blushing. Just keep from the beach look, but rather more of a blushing bride kind of look. Okay. Now we are moving on to highlighter. Now a lot of people usually do their eyes first after their base and then contour and then add blush and highlighter, but I like to do my whole face first before I move into my eyes. So I'm gon na take this freedom palette, freedom, Pro brush palette, and I'm gon na take this color over here and use that to highlight, and the high points of my cheek so kind of like a subtle, highlight situation going on here. The other side, also on the bridge of my nose here in the area that concave inwards, so it's kind of like you're, making an exclamation point that top of my lid on to my chin and with whatever is left. I'M just gon na put that on the center of my forehead so that it makes my forehead look like it's popping now. I'M gon na take this sort of pinkish color and apply that on to my cheeks as well, but very, very lightly, so that when I smile so the high light catches the light and it looks like I don't know it just looks a little bit more fresh. I would save so if you guys have problem skin, then you wouldn't want to go to ham on this highlighter, because adding glitter actually emphasizes the bumps on your face, but because I'm having a good skin week recently, then you can put it on all right now. Just gon na add a little bit of a whiter highlight here. Sometimes I go really crazy with highlighter, just because I enjoy it so much so, if you guys want a glow like me, then you can stop as soon as you want to stop the more highlighter you add, I feel like just gives you a more wet and Fresh look, okay, so we are done with a face. You'Re gon na move into the eyes now, and the first things I'm going to do is, of course, my brows for anything else. I'M gon na line my eyebrows with the anasazi up everything else proud to finer, and this is what I like to start with, to really extend the brow and make it longer. I am obsessed with an elevated brow if you're like it, really shapes the eye area. I don't know it just frames your face really well, so I just shaped the tail area and sort of run it really lightly through the entire brow, but I don't really fill in all the spaces and then I'm gon na do the same. It'S so crazy to have so many weddings to attend in the next few months. I feel like all my friends are getting married or we're in that age, where everybody is really settling down, and it's quite new honestly. I was talking to one of my friends recently about this. If Slater hadn't proposed - and I don't think I would be ready to get married - yes, I'm already 28 years old, but I feel like I'm still too young and there's still so much. The world has to offer me. But it's okay, because I think that Slater won't hold me back anyway, he's very supportive. So I think that even if I do get married, nothing will really change, but I wasn't one of those girls that was so pressured to get married and give birth by thirty. Like that really wasn't me, and now I feel like, because we're nearing 30 and because that is the culture in the Philippines. You know a lot of my friends are really like itching to settle down. What do you guys think about that? What do you guys think about having to get married and having to give birth by a certain age like? Do you have any experience with that as well? I remember writing an article about this on my blog and a lot of you commented that you could relate because you felt so pressured by society to settle down, but you yourself we're ready yet so I would love to know if you guys have changed your mind Or other people out there can relate or what you guys think altogether, oh by the way I'm going in with these heavy on palate. I was just gifted this by my friend Albert who developed this line, and so far this eyebrow powder is really potent and I've been really enjoying using it. I will do a separate video, I don't know which will come out first with the review of Thai Beyond. So yeah you guys should watch out for that or if it's already up on my channel, then you guys should watch it alright, as you can see, my brows are super super super extra and dark today. So I'm gon na go in with my spoolie and I'm just gon na brush it through, so that the hairs peak in even more in person, it looks really good, so hopefully that translates in camera as well now. Finally, we are moving on to eye shadows for eye shadow. I'M going to use none other than my trusty huda. Beauty rose gold, remastered palette. I love this palette. It'S probably my favorite palette ever just because the formulation is so good, but because all the glitters are kind of like creamy than this tends to happen. If you're clumsy, like me, I'm just gon na clean that up real quick. So sad, I hate it when something bad happens to your eyeshadow palette Lee. It just feels physically painful. I know there's some videos out there that destroy. I make a palette and they say it's very satisfying, but I could never get satisfaction out of seeing palettes get destroyed. It would be so traumatizing. I love my palettes so much and palettes like these are expensive. So I love taking care of my palettes in huh. I would hate to see that happen. I'M gon na take this Real Techniques brush and I really love Real Techniques. I think real taking saying Sigma has to be like my favorite makeup. Brushes of all time. Let me know if you guys want to see like how I use my makeup brushes, if you guys want me to do a makeup first tutorial, what this particular brush is for, or what's the perfect brush to use for a certain part of your face. Let me know, because I would love to do one for you guys alright, now that this is all clean again, I'm gon na start with demure. Now this is a color that I usually start with a space because it is the closest to my skin tone and it is a little bit on the pinky side. So I'm just gon na lightly dust that all over the lid. I don't know what makeup look. We'Re gon na go for it today. I want to do something a little bit different, but not super dramatic, because I don't wanna like steal the show and be even more glad than the bride. So I think I will ah I kind of want to try this color called Dubai over here. No, I haven't tried this on myself, but my friend Raisa, who did my makeup a few days ago for another wedding, that I attended, use this and it really turned out good, so I'm gon na try it just gon na apply that using my finger. So obviously, this look is gon na be smoky because we're using a really dark color all over the lid and then I feel like applying creamy glitters using your finger just make it so much more pigmented and easier to apply. So if you guys get this palette and you're not getting the payoff that you want using a brush, try going in with your finger and do the same with the other side. And then I'm just gon na blend that out using a blending brush. And this is again by Real Techniques. I'M just gon na blend that out a little bit and then using a thinner brush. I'M gon na go into the color suede, which is this one over here. This is really pigmented, so I'm gon na use a light hand and I'm just gon na use that to buff here on the outer corner and up here on top, so I'm nothing crazy. Just like a bronzy smokey eye. I think I'm gon na add a little bit of a warmer tone as well after this, and let that in a little golden there as well, it's looking really good guys. So now I'm gon na go in with a color sandalwood, which is this one over here and lightly. We need to add that here, a little bit of higher up on the lid just to add a little bit more warm into the crease. Let me go back in with the color suede just here in the outer corner and with my blending brush, I'm going to blend out this top part again just to make sure everything is, and you don't see any lines and then taking this color blessed over here. In the middle again, with my finger, I'm gon na apply that here onto the center of the eyelid. You can see that it adds a little bit of a golden glisten and I think I want to make it a little brighter, but I'm not sure. Well, maybe I'll just leave it at that for now. This is actually the first time that I'm doing this. I makeup look and most of the colors that I'm choosing from this palette today I haven't experimented Vidia, so I'm really happy with how this looks. I watched a video recently by kathleenlights and she was saying at this point in time. We have seen at all colors glitters mattes. Everything is already out in the market. So now the game is like formulation and I feel like hooter Beauty has got the formulation down. Pat, I am also watched some Pat McGrath and I absolutely love it. It'S just. I don't love the price so for now this is my absolute favorite palette. I just feel like formula is so different. It'S so creamy so easy to apply. It applies like foil and your eye. It'S not patchy! It'S just really beautiful! Alright, because I ruined this 24k color. I want to flatten it out again and begin it's already on my finger. I'M gon na use it on my eyes. So hopefully this looks good. I think I want to apply it not sure if I should apply it in the middle of my eye are here and I think I'll apply it here in the inner corner. Wow, that's crazy, just gon na soften that, with my other finger, this color is so beautiful. Let me go in with a brush so that it's not too intense, because using my finger again really intensifies the color. I'M gon na go in with this morphe brush again in 24k, and I'm just gon na apply that here. Color is beautiful. I'Ve never been so inspired to play with colors like this time around, and I think it's highly because of this palette kind of want to add a little bit more sandalwood. So I'm going to go back here very light and again with Slade just to tie up, you think together and then again, blending everything out and now with a very small brush. This is again from Real Techniques. I'M going to go in and do a little bit of color onto the bottom waterline we're gon na go in with a suede and line the outer 1/4 just there. So it's not too intense and then I'm gon na go in with sandalwood and continue that line to the center. I really like how this looks alright, guys now that that is done. I'M gon na apply some eyeliner and some falsies and I will catch you guys in a bit. Ok guys, I am back and I didn't realize that the eyeliner that I brought here is actually green in color. As you can see, it is green and I actually really like how it looks. In fact, let me add a little bit more just here on top. This is my first time using a green eyeliner and it looks really good, especially with the colors that I already have on. I feel like it makes the eye makeup a little bit more interesting, but there's something about it. That'S not so intense, but the added color is just a really nice pop of green and it really complements the contact. Lenses that I'm wearing is all today, which are from old lines, if you guys are wondering so I'm just gon na make that a little bit darker. The reason why I had to do my eyeliner off cam is because, when I'm using a pen eyeliner, I really need to concentrate, and I can't do that, while looking at the camera. So I really need to be like this close to my mirror, and that is what I'm gon na do right now, just to make sure that the line is even so guys. There are so many ways of doing your makeup. If you don't do it exactly like. I do that's completely fine, don't feel bad about it or don't feel like what you're doing is wrong. Do what do you think suits your eye makeup or just suits your face, the most and don't worry about it too much, because it's just makeup at the end of the day, you can take it off and you can put on a new color. You can play with different eyeshadow looks and you can play with so many different things. Just remember that makeup should be fun all right. I think that is pretty. Even now, I'm gon na go in with the Maybelline at total temptation, mascara, which is new and which I have also been really enjoying, and I'm just gon na coat my real lashes with these falsies. If you guys are wondering these policies are from Mequon and I just reuse them, actually, I've used them in a wedding that I attended like two days ago, and I cleaned them. Don'T worry about that. I don't like to throw away my falsies so fast because I feel like there's so Siam, so I mean one fair is like hundred bluffs right, so I try to reuse it as much as I can, but usually I only end up using it maximum two times. I think that's that's okay, better than just using it once there you go so now. The false eyelashes and my real eyelashes are kind of enmeshed together. I'M just gon na make sure that there aren't there isn't any mascara on the tip. So it's light and airy and voila. That is my eye makeup. Look now, because I still have a little time I'm gon na play with some glitter, and this is tavon's glitter eyeliner. I think I'm gon na use this one for now and just put it under my eye on my bottom waterline. So, let's see I'm just gon na dot it here and I think it adds a little bit of a wet glitter effect like I just cried kind of look, but I really really like it. I actually tried using this as my eyeliner or on top of my eyeliner, but I think it dries out too slow and it just it ruined. My whole makeup. Look so now I'm gon na stick to using this on the bottom lash line, and just here on the inner half so just a little. It really adds like a subtle kind of shine and, like I don't know, it adds a little bit of an interest to your eye. Makeup. Look alright, guys, I think you're finally done with the eyes you can now move on to the lips. So let me drink my coffee and if you guys are wondering how I keep my teeth from being stained from drinking coffee, all the time and drinking wine all the time, it is complete, reeking water immediately after all, these teeth, staining drinks, alright, guys you're. Finally, almost done moving on to the lips, I have a variety of lippies to choose from so now. I'M not sure if I should go with these NARS ones or three seee ones, but I think for today I'm gon na do something different and use an arse ones. I don't know what matches my my look more. I think I will either go with this one or this one, I'm checking myself out of the mirror to see which one I'm gon na use today, I'm gon na go with this one. This is in the shade lure. So, as you can see, it is new. Haven'T used it yet I think the color looks absolutely beautiful. With this makeup. Look I'm just gon na smudge out the edges of my lip, because I don't want it to look too perfect guys, I'm obsessed with this look. It looks really really good um. Now I'm wondering if I should put in this NARS orgasm lip gloss, which I recently got in the mail as a present from NARS. I think I'm just gon na pop a little bit onto the middle and see how that looks. It'S added a little bit of a glitter and shine just the center of the lips, and it made my lips look a little bit more healthy and a little more plump. I'M still happy with how this look turned out guys, I'm just gon na go and get my hair styling tools, and we are now gon na move on to the hair, all right guys. Now it's time to do my hair and I'm using the GHD Platinum, Plus hair straightener, and this is something that I got recently when I went to the States I purchased it on Ulta. I did a little research before I went there and apparently this is the best hair straightener in the market, so that is what I'm gon na be using today, and even though this is a hair straightener, I'm gon na be using it to make some curls onto My hair, so if you guys want to see how to use your own hair straighteners to curl your hair, then keep on watching. So I'm taking a very small section here and I'm just going to curl that outwards like so and as you can see, that is a curl right there. So I'm just gon na repeat this process all over my hair, each baby punch. Do you do camera anything and there you go. I have very, very, very curly hair thanks to my GHD hair straightener, I'm just gon na smush it up a little bit. So it's not too placed run my fingers through it just making it a little bit more effortless and there you go. This is my hairstyle or tonight. So I'm back and I've changed into my gown to see now that I'm gon na be wearing tonight. This is actually a number that I've already worn. This is the second time that I'm wearing it, and it is this beautiful, drapery silver dress, it comes in a drusy material and my favorite part about this dress is these details over here. I feel like it's. So sexy so subtle, yet it looks absolutely classy and beautiful. I matched it with these silver shoes as well, and you guys notice. These are the shoes that I wore or my pink one. I think it goes really well with this pick and there you guys have it. This is my look for 2.9. I hope you guys enjoy getting ready with me. I hope you guys enjoyed putting makeup getting your hair done and dressing up with me. If you guys are attending weddings - and I hope this look can also inspire you to create your wedding guests - look that is it for today. If you want the experience of having complete responsibility for another human being, and to learn how to love and bond in the deepest way, then you should have children." P.s. i respect those people who doesn't want to have kids also ♥ we'll go back to Morrie's idea of subculture. ☺

It gets one shade darker on the skin after a while. Is that true? Or it depends on the coffee you drink or the formula of the foundation you use? Please let me know! Thank you! :)
