The Simple Way To Do A Waterfall Braid

Hi everyone, it's beth from sweethearts hair, welcome back to another tutorial today, i'm with the lovely jess and we're going to show you the simple way to do a waterfall, braid, plus a cheeky little bonus thing. At the end, i'm going to show you how to do a hair flower. So, let's get started we're going to start this by taking a chunk of hair okay, i've chosen to leave a little bit of face framing at the front, but that's up to you all. You'Ve got to remember is we're going to break this hair into three, so we're going to start by passing this outside section over the middle like that, and now we're going to pass this one over the middle, like that, this left section now we're just going to Drop but we've only got two sections and we have to have three to be able to breathe, so we're going to just move that one out the way get your finger. Take a chunk of hair and now you've created three sections again, so we're gon na go back to the top you're gon na pass it over the middle and we're gon na add a little bit of hair into that strand. We'Re gon na pass this one over the middle and we're gon na drop. That strands. We'Ve only got two sections again, so we're gon na go and scoop up a section of hair. Now you've got three sections again, so you're gon na go back to the top cross it over the middle. Add some hair. Add it into that strand bottom section passes across you're going to drop. That section scoop another section up to create your three sections again. So it's back to the top cross over the middle. Add some hair in go back to the bottom cross it over drop that strands and we're just going to keep working our way around to the other side. And then i'm going to show you how to create a hair flower, and i think this braid looks really pretty when you just start to create a little bit of a diagonal coming down the head a little bit. So now i'm just kind of taking a really thin sliver, but i'm starting right from the front all the way across like that, so we're kind of swooping the hair on this side, adding it into that middle section crossing over and dropping that section. Picking up some hair crossing over so we're just going to take the last bit of this braid using the three sections just do a normal plait, but we're going to just tease out this right hand, side pop a little elastic in the bottom there. Okay, so you're! Just going to take hold of this little tail and you're just going to start winding it up, then you're going to take hold of a hair grip and just behind this sort of flower that you've created you're just going to kind of weave that through the hair. So i just love how this flower just kind of sets the style off and then, as you turn to the sides, you can see all that gorgeous detail in that braid with the strands falling down.
