Okay, I'm going to show you how I refresh the red in my hair without having to go to the salon. As you can see, it's getting a little dull. Let'S fix that. So I'm like new to this whole red hair thing and my stylist told me to get this product, which I will link in the YouTube Shop link below to do like a weekly Refresh on my red. So it's overtone and it looks crazy when you put it on your hair, like it's so bright red and I was scared. My hair was literally going to be that bright, which it kind of is, but it's kind of a sleigh anyway. It sat on my head and then I washed it out and then you blow dry it and I looked Fab and like look how good and refreshed it looks. I love it, but it's so easy.

Sarah Alexander: Or buy semi permanent dye like manic panic, go a bit darker and then dilute with your conditioner for a more affordable option :-)
Impetuous Porkus: “Adore” is also a good semi permanent dye to dilute with conditioner! I got two 4oz bottles for >$10 on Amazon. It’s been a year and I’ve only used one and a half bottles on my knee length pink hair.
Naughtybunny: As someone that's been a red head for over 20 years, you can also use semi permanent hair dye mixed with a bit of conditioner and achieve the same look slightly cheaper. You also use different shades to change the tone of the red from warm to cool, and it won't be permanent.

love yourself please: My mom used to use this really incredible red shampoo that only brightened the red highlights but didn't change the rest of her hair red. You just wash your hair with it once or twice a week & use a shampoo that won't strip color the rest of the time
Hanna: This looks SO GOOD but I wanna warn y’all that I used this product before and could NOT get it out of my hair. My hairdresser even had a hard time bleaching it out!! My hair is light brown, so I used the orange for brown hair. Just a heads up ♥️♥️

I will say, years ago I colored a chunk of hair behind one ear with the boiled water and powdered red kool-aid... it literally stayed in FOREVER. It never washed out, bleach couldn't remove it, it was literally there until my hair grew out and got trimmed off over the years lol I kinda wanna do it again sometime in the future!

Shade: Overtone is overpriced carpet dye. Use Arctic fox or manic panic instead. Just because a stylist recommends it, doesn’t mean it’s good.
