How To Cut Your Bangs & Long Layer Hair At Home | Full Tutorial Step By Step

Video and whatever, to try to figure out the best way to do this. On myself, I know nothing about hair, nothing. You are in the most unflattering position underneath me so be kind, but I think I got this sectioned close to what I saw. You know what I mean. I seriously wear my hair on top of my head, almost 24 7 as it is so, what's it matter, so the video I saw, I need another hair thing. The video I saw used three ponytails to do this cut um and then bangs. I'M scared. We might do bangs, we might not, but I did go ahead and section them out if I wanted to and I'm looking for another hair thing I already used too. So I guess I'm gon na use this blue one on the back, because you're coming in say hello. So I know who's here, my hair already. I spent so much time trying to part my hair already that it dried because I just got out of the shower um, so I just stuck my head back under the sink to try to get it a little bit more wet. So I'm just gon na brush the water through my hair a little bit here, but this this middle section seems awfully thick. I don't know what I'm doing. I need some input. I need some help if anybody has cut their own hair before I'm scared, my hair hasn't been cut. I mean shoot three years or more three years, it's kind of ridiculous, so, okay, so what I saw was we start in the back and we moved forward. I'M just gon na try to give myself layers again because it's been a while, of course, the mannequins that these people do. These videos on do not have curly hair, so they didn't have to deal with this frizzy Fiasco. All right got my hair thing. Didn'T I yep all right so welcome to episode of. I don't know how it's fine, whatever, let's just get to cutting so the back one's supposed to be the guide, meaning the longest of my hair, and I want to keep my hair long, but I want you to be able to tell that I've done something. This is scary, so, oh my goodness! Well this one's so long, I can't reach. I can't reach the top of my hair. So how much should I cut off? I kind of already cut the length that I wanted to keep the other day. I just went straight across. I think this back piece, I'm pretty much he's already got layers in it, though I guess that'll help but just add texture, I'm scared, y'all, I'm scared, hey Lisa! This should be yeah. I am daring no um losing my ever loving my mind. I'Ve been talking about cutting my hair forever and I just haven't done it. So if I can do this and I like it - I might get it highlighted and then maybe we'll do like a vivid treatment on top of it or something. So I guess we're going to cut. We only have a couple more, I know I'm taking forever, but this is like the one that I use to measure the rest of my head, so I want to make sure at least it looks decent help all right. By the way, so I don't even have good hair cutting scissors we're just gon na Jack it all up, like I said, if you're a hairdresser, I'm so sorry, we don't really know anybody in Grayson whatever pandemic, there was a ton of people making Tick, Tock videos And that's basically what I did all right make sure this is tight, so I guess because the curve of your head like when you do it all the same as this one now, maybe if I brush them together, I can hold it better when you do it All the same length - oh my God, this is a mess. How do you do this help? I think, let's just take part of it. Maybe it's so long, but I was scared to cut too much off that if I mess up how the heck, maybe if how do you do this somebody's smarter than me and or more common sense than me here, please, maybe if I just brush it over top Of it we'll see the line there we go. Oh God, I need some encouragement when I did my hair like this, I just did one big, oh ponytail pushed to the front of my head and put a bunch of layers in it. Well, the layers, I think, is what I'm trying to do here. Hmm God, I don't know how to point cut. These are kind of thick cheap, Conair, choppy scissors shoot I'll, just go in there right just go in there, let's go in there, oh God, okay, there's two! Oh my gosh! This is going to be a big tram. At least my ends will be healthy again. I hope I'm trying to bag up my hair as I go y'all. That'S so much! Oh, my God. Okay, all right! This is the last big piece right here in the front and again, oh, the idea is it's pulled to the front of my head. Thank you, my hairbrush. So as it goes back, the hair should hopefully be longer creating layers, oh my God. Okay, that is so much. Oh, my God, you guys! Oh my gosh. Oh it's so much! Thank you and it's right in the front. How short do I really want my front layers? Let'S just do it, let's just do it we'll just trust the process. Oh, my gosh, we throw it on our hair. Obviously I can put it in a ponytail. I can put it in four ponytails apparently right. Well, you can't mess this up too bad. We can't mess this up a little bit. You can always get it fixed. We'Ve got a lot to work with here. Somebody do hair and tell me that we can fix this foreign hold on before we do it. While I still got it, my last little Ring went so if anybody knows anything about curly hair help me because I do want to start doing healthier, hair. Okay, oh my gosh, okay! Oh no! I think it just makes it like less, even that I'm trying to keep the point cutting to the very ends, because I do want clean. Like my my hair, splits, easy, you know I'm trying to take better care of it. It'S a big reason we're doing this all right, so this piece here marked out for bangs, and I think I should get these wet again. What do I do? I haven't had bangs in years, so we're supposed to do it down there, oh God, okay, then we over direct these go this way, and I don't know how I don't know how long my shortest layer was. My shortest layer may already be curtain bangs, you guys. Oh okay, oh my gosh. What did I do? I'M gon na look emo all right and then supposed to be the angle of my face. Where do I cut it here? I know these go the other way, but how do I measure how long they go kind of if it so I'll? Take a little from the center, don't we and then what they do. Actually, I think I saw somebody do like a crisscross applesauce uh. Oh well. Maybe we can go back and fix it where'd they go. I don't know around here. I guess I lost them. Here'S the question: do I dry my hair on live or do I just dry style, my hair, and take pictures and show you all later, foreign? Okay, we have bangs, we have a mess, God, please don't be too short. I will cry, I will cry it feels so short, ouch God. This is a wet brush, so it sounds like I'm being really rough, but it's actually scratching the crap. Out of my hand, s all right, I'm gon na dry, my hair, I'm scared. We are definitely layered. Oh okay, we're layered. We have bangs. My hair, like I'm jealous of you straight haired girls, because my might look cute while it's still kind of wet, but as soon as it's actually dry, it just turns into a big frizz ball.
