FlagGov : NGL some of these are near the top of my list. Mingi's and Jongho's are at the top for me. Jongho always dresses so conservatively; I liked the contrast and it made him look a bit more youthful. Mingi is such a character, I think the flame hair is a perfect fit for his personality.
