Hello: everyone welcome to our YouTube channel blonde hair and curls. Today I will be teaching you how to do a Christmas tree style with pipe cleaners. I use different color elastic rubber bands as my lights, so I hope you guys enjoy it and, let's get it started, I'm going to part the hair in half from behind the right air all the way to behind the left ear, I'm going to try and keep This separated from each other until we put the elastic rubber bands on them to keep the hair looking smooth, I put some water and a little bit of gel on it. That'Ll also keep our style in for a while and when you're putting in the bottom rubber band, you want to make sure you put it down low, but that's gon na be the bottom part of our tree, with this top hair. We'Re going to use these pipe cleaners we're going to separate the top part in three sections. We want to make sure that all three sections that we part out are the same size and have already gone ahead and cut some of my pipe cleaners. You can measure the pipe cleaners to cut them or you can put them in the hair and then cut them. It'S completely up to you. So what we're gon na do is we'll take the two sides, the left and the right and we'll part them in half and we'll put the pipe cleaner through them and then we'll hold them tight with different color elastic rubber bands. And then, once we get left and right, sections secured with an elastic rubber band, we'll also put one on the middle. Is we're using these as a reference us our Christmas lights? Then we'll do our second one and when you cut your pipe cleaners, you want to make sure that the next one is a little bit longer than the first one, because you want that triangle shape so it'll. Look like a Christmas tree and they're parting. The right section in half putting the pipe cleaner through going over the middle section and then on the left section. We'Re also parting, that in half and putting the pipe cleaner through also putting a rubberband on all three of the hairs that we section up for this. One we're gon na use the middle section, hair part it in half and then put the pipe cleaner through the middle of those two sections and then over the two sides and we'll secure the middle hair with an elastic and then we'll also put an elastic on Both left and right sides I had to edit the video a lot because all of these little elastic rubber bands were taken up a lot of time, but I did leave in the most important. So I hope you guys find this really helpful. This will be our pattern that we're gon na keep following until we get all the way down to the end, making sure that the pipe cleaners are positioned right, as you can see, we're just following the same steps, making sure that one pipe cleaner is longer than The other and then we're also switching around our elastic rubber band colors. So it'll look like the actual Christmas colored lights that you get and put on your tree. I try to keep going with the same color on one, but I thought it would look here. So I just kind of kept switching them around, but you guys can use all one color if you like. I just thought it looked pretty with different colors in it. This is going to be our last one that we do and if you guys want to go down more, you can - and I just figured this will be a good length to stop at once. We get our last elastic on there and then we're going to tie together all three elastics to our little ponytail. Have this cute snowflake bow that I've been wanting to use forever, and this is like the perfect time to do it now, if you guys want you can leave the Christmas tree like this, I mean I love it. It looks really cute, but I'm gon na take the corners and I'm gon na bend them up like this, and when you bend, you want to push the corner in to the top corner of the other one, and then that'll give you like a joining of the Christmas tree triangle shape. I hope that made sense by bending them like this just gives them a better look of the actual Christmas tree. That'S why I decided to add this little extra. Look to it and that's our final look.
