Hey guys welcome or welcome back to my channel if you are new here, my name is cindy nicole. Today, macy and i macy say hello to everybody, say hi macy and i are here to chat with you guys about winter trends for 2022.. Now that it's a new year, i figured it would be the perfect time to do another trends - video, if you haven't seen my last winter trends - video i did one about a month ago. So there are a lot of winter trends in this video that we're not going to talk about just because they were in my last winter trends, video, so i'll. Leave that one linked below. If you want to watch it, there are so many trends in that video that i'm still absolutely obsessed with so make sure to watch that one as well. But we're gon na go over 10. More trends in this video that i am absolutely loving for 2022 and the last bit of winter here, as always, these trends videos are totally my opinion. I don't expect everyone to like these trends or even agree that they're trends - this is just my opinion and things that i'm loving so take everything with a grain of salt. I'M definitely not a fashion expert, but these are things that i've been seeing a lot recently. That, i think, are trendy and super cute, so this is just a fun video for you guys to find some trends that you might love as well. I just started this instagram, so literally every follower means so much, but let's get into this trends video, like always i'm going to be linking items below that i'm talking about today, i'm going to try and link a few items for each trend, so you guys can Shop, these, if you want to - and i think that's everything so, let's get into it - okay, the first winter trend that i'm absolutely obsessed with is chunky scarves. I love wintry trends like this, i'm obsessed with winter fashion. This year i don't know what it is, but throwing a scarf over an outfit makes me feel 10 times trendier. I swear it makes every outfit so much cuter and it's very effortless. A simple cream or white chunky scarf is a really great staple for the winter. But i also have a light tan, one that i've been wearing with. Like all of my outfits recently, i think this color is stunning and it just matches everything so i'm loving it chunky scarves like this are so cute, but they're, also very practical. If you're in a colder state like, i am i'm from minnesota - and it is very cold here, so a scarf is very practical because it actually keeps me warm when i'm out and about, but i think it is so so cute trend. Number two is tall boots with a bare knee. This one is a little bit harder for the colder states like where i live, but i recently went on a vacation to florida and this is the absolute perfect winter trend for warmer states. You can throw on tall boots with biker shorts, a little mini, skirt, a dress, and it's adorable. I think a tall boot contrasted with something short and like leaving your legs. Bare is really weird, honestly, i think it's so strange and it totally defeats the purpose of wearing a tall boot, but i'm also in love with how it looks. So i don't know it's a weird trend. It doesn't really make a lot of sense in terms of warmth, but i think this one's really really cute and trendy i've been seeing a ton of people style tall boots with a bare knee and i'm obsessed, i have tall chunky boots in cream and black. I wear both of them so much. I also think a tan tall boot would be really cute and you can also do this trend with something like a cowboy boot. So many ways to do this. You can wear them with anything from shorts to skirts, to dresses, and it's so cute trend. Number three is more of a pattern trend, not necessarily an item. It is houndstooth. This is like the print of winter 2022.. I'M calling it right now it is the cutest print, i'm absolutely in love with this. I'Ve been seeing this on anything from puffer jackets, blazers sweaters, so many different items with the houndstooth print right now and a lot of different color variations of this one as well. So, of course, the classic black and white houndstooth is so cute, but i've also been seeing a lot of cream and tan versions of the houndstooth pattern, and that is just my absolute favorite. I love neutral color palettes, so this is the best thing ever to me and i feel like when there's a trendy pattern. It'S so easy to just feel really fashionable when you put on an item that is patterned especially houndstooth, like this super easy to style, and it's really having its moment here in 2022. So if you don't have anything in a houndstooth pattern, get your hands on it. I'M calling it guys this is the hottest pattern of the season trend. Number four is another winter accessory, it is earmuffs and i cannot believe earmuffs are making a trendy comeback. I am actually shocked. I remember when i was like a little kid and my mom would force me to wear ear muffs when i went outside. I thought they were so ugly. I hated them and now they're in fashion, so i really come full circle with the earmuffs, because i love them and they're super practical. They obviously keep your ears really warm. So, if you're doing winter activities, this is the perfect way to not only stay warm, but trendy too, i have a pair of ear muffs in a light tan color. I grabbed these on amazon they're super affordable, i'll link them below, but they match a ton of my winter outfits and they're comfy they're trendy. I can't believe i'm saying this, but i'm loving the ear muffs trend. Number five is going to be no surprise, but it is long coats or jackets. I couldn't leave this trend out, even though it is kind of obvious i feel like it is a huge, huge trend that i just i didn't want to skip over talking about it. So i linked a few of my absolute favorite long coats right now. I have a few that are like a teddy material. I have some long puffer coats that are so amazing. I love the puffer coat and vest trend, but long coats, especially whether it's a puffer or a sherpa material. They are having a huge moment right now, it's very trendy to throw on a super long coat with any outfit. You can literally throw on a long coat with a pair of sweats and it is trendy and honestly i love that. Look. I think it's so cute long long, coats and jackets are especially what's trending. I feel like the short coats and jackets are always going to be in style because they're just a winter essential, but this year, especially grab one that is extra long and it's so easy to be fashionable with these long jackets trend. Six is logo printed accessories. I first saw this trend with designers like valenciaga. I think gucci has some styles like this, and i've seen a lot of brands like guests, michael kors, coach and so many more make scarves and hats and gloves all with the same logo printed patterns. I think these are really fun. I'M usually not someone to jump on a logo trend, but i'm really liking how this looks on accessories, especially on scarves when the logos are like slanted. I think this just looks really aesthetically pleasing and i don't know i'm usually not here for a logo trend, but this one i'm really really obsessed with, especially if you can get a matching scarf and hat set. That is so good on to trend number seven. It is knit matching sets matching sets have been trending for honestly, a very long time now, but this winter, especially the knit sets, are what is in during the fall and beginning of winter. The fuzzy sets like the skims type of sets were absolutely killing it. That was like the number one matching trendy set, but for the end of winter, we're moving into knit sets more like a sweater material, they're still so comfy and i'm such a sucker for a matching set because it puts your outfit together. It'S so effortless, but you feel really put together. At least i do when i'm wearing a matching set, even if it's just around the house, i feel so put together so like cool and effortless. So i'm very here for another matching sets trend and i will absolutely be grabbing some of these knit sweater matching sets. I think they are so so cute trend. Number eight is another one that i am so excited for, and i actually feel like this has been around for a while. Maybe i'm just a little bit late to this trend. I don't know, but it is trouser pants or any dress pants that are a little bit. Baggier, usually they're a high-waisted style, and there are so many ways to style these, but i'm especially loving them with like a cropped, graphic sweatshirt or something just super casual on top to dress the pants down. I'Ve seen a lot of girls wear these with sneakers. I love the idea of dressing a dress, pant down. I really might just be late to this trend. I don't know you guys can tell me in the comments if you've already been doing this, but i haven't styled trousers before and i'm definitely going to be doing it during this winter. I found a few pairs from a bunch of different brands that i'm so excited to try out i'll link them below for you guys, but i'm really excited for this one and i think it's really fun and different from dress like a sweatpant or a pair of Jeans with a casual top, i don't know something about a dress. Pant is a little bit different and i feel like it's very trendy number. Nine is definitely one that's been around for a little while i've been loving this trend, but it's not going anywhere. I don't think so. I definitely wanted to mention it. It is baseball hats with literally anything. I have been styling baseball, hats with any and every outfit since the fall, and it seriously elevates any outfit so much. I have like four baseball hats that i rotate between. I have a black one, a white one, a tan one, and i have a few fun colored hats as well, but my neutral baseball hats, especially are so good and if i'm having a bad hair day - or i just want to elevate an outfit a little bit, I throw in a baseball hat and it seriously makes everything like 20 times better. I am so in love with this trend. I don't even know what it is. I just feel like a baseball hat makes you look like you know what you're doing what you're wearing is trendy. You just look cool, but you also look like you didn't really try. You just threw on a hat and i don't know i love it. Okay, the last trend in this video trend - number 10 - is pointed heels and pointed booties. I'M sure you guys saw this over the new year pointed heels like took over. Everyone was wearing them on new year's eve. I swear, but i love them and i don't think they're going anywhere. I have a few pairs of pointed heels and i'm so obsessed with them they're just another item that feels so much more fashionable than a regular like square toe or round toed heel, something about putting on a pointed heel. You feel classy sophisticated, and i just feel really trendy when i'm wearing pointed heels pointed booties are also another thing that is coming in they're a bit of a more casual way to wear the pointed heels trend since booties go with so many more casual daytime outfits. I definitely will be getting my hands on a few pointed toe booties, but anything with a pointed toe right now is my favorite thing, they're, so trendy and just like a sophisticated type of shoe, i feel like okay, guys that was all 10 winter trends that i Am absolutely loving for 2022..
