Literally What Lace? Start To Finish Wig Install | Superbwigs

Hey guys welcome back to my channel, i'm janae mickles in case you're new and in this video i'm going to be showing you guys how i install this wig from superb wigs um. Do you guys see it? I love it. I feel like it looks super good. I show you guys from start to finish even from the wig cap to this. Basically, the final result so yeah, if you guys, want to see how to get this look right here, just keep on watching all right y'all. So my hair is already in a ponytail. I did recently just take out a braided ponytail, so that's why it's basically already molded, i'm just going to push back my edges just to get them out of the way and i will be doing the ball cap method. So i'm just going to flip this up and put the wig cap on all right. So i already cut my ears out now, i'm going to take my got to be free spray and just spray all around the hairline. So now i'm going to take my palmetto blow dryer and i'm going to blow dry the um wig cap on high heat high speed all right. So now i'm going to take some powder, i'm using my charlotte tilbury in the color 4, and i'm just going to put this all over the wig cap. This will just make it close to my scalp color. This is a little dark, but um it'll look right once the wig is on and i'll probably do a little part like i always do so. I'M definitely going to put it down the middle and then all along the hairline, and i'm going to take my shears and just cut this wig cap off. So what i'm trying to do is i'm trying to cut as close as possible like right. There i cut too much so you can see my hair, but i'm just trying to cut as close as possible to not have any of the um the wig cap loose. If that makes sense like i don't want any of it like like, i don't want any of it flipping up like this. I need to be like super flush to my head, so i'm trying to cut it very close. So when you do this make sure you have super sharp scissors. These aren't that sharp, because i've been using them, but they'll do all right guys. So this is the wig again. This wig is from superb wig and it does come with a strap to make it tight. The knots did come bleach, but i did bleach them again and the lace is swiss lace, so it can melt with any skin tone um. It did come with one two. Three four combs: i cut three of them out. I left the one in the back on and i'm just going to put that same powder that i put on the wig cap onto um onto this part of the wig. So i'm going to put the wig on the last hook, um last i'll, do the second one just so it's not too tight um, i'm gon na put it on and see how it fits. I'M gon na take my hot comb. It'S pretty hot and i'm just going to um first brush the hair out and then i'm going to take the high comb and hot comb the hair back just so it's out of my way all right. So i'm going to use this wax stick just a random one. I can't find the other one that i always use um. This will just help me get more hair out of the way. So it's not like pushing up like this because because we don't want to get this hair in any kind of glue, because then it'll just be a disaster. So i'm just putting this along the hairline and then i'm going to go back in with the hot comb. All right, i'm gon na pull it down and see how it's gon na fit my head all right. It should be okay, i might got ta pluck some on the sides. I'M gon na go ahead, pull it back so for glue i'll, be using the kiss on my bun. I use this one in my last week, video i really like it, because when i bought it i got the um remover too and y'all. It removes so good. None of my hair came out. I had no glue left over. It was perfect, so this will be my new glue that i'll be using just because the remover is so bomb only that mirror isn't distracting, but i need it so um i'm going to do some right around the hairline and i'm going to do the whole hairline. I'M not going to do it in parts now i'm going to take my color brush and just spread that glue out alright. So, as you guys can see, it's not all the way clear on me. I don't know why my glue never gets like super clear. So i'm gon na go ahead with the second layer. You know i am putting way too much glue. I didn't need all this glue like. I am tripping like that. This is way too much all right. So i think that is dry enough. I'M gon na go ahead and slide it up and we're gon na see how it looks so. I'M gon na slide my mirror up just a little bit and i'm not pressing it in just yet. I'M just lining it up to where i want it to be, and then i'll press it in once it's exactly where i need it to be. I'M going to take my comb, the back of it and just move the wig back. So now i'm going to take my shears and cut the lace off and again i'm cutting as close as possible all right, so the lace is cut off. Now i am going. I need a plug like clearly. I need a plug because i cut off. It was already pre-plugged basically to fit my hairline but um as you guys can see. The lace looks pretty good. I need some baby hairs over here, because you guys know my sides come out a little bit, so it has to be covered alright. So i give up on the baby hairs - i just it's not working out for me, so i'm just gon na brush out the hair, all right, i'm gon na take my blow dryer and just blow dry, the hair, because it is still damp from when i bleach The knots so so i'm gon na do a middle part. I'M gon na take this wax stick and really just put that against the part, and now i'm going to go in with my hot comb and just put that into place all right. So this is how the wig is looking so far um i just plugged up my t3 flat iron and i'm about to just go over the hair, really quick, nothing too crazy. Just so it's not so puffy, but so far i love it. This lace is like awesome, as you guys can see. I feel like it looks really good again. I could have plucked more, but i don't have time for that. So i'm gon na just go over it with the flat iron and again this flat iron is from t3, so all right y'all. So i am loving this wig. I love the quality of the hair, like it's super soft, no tangles um. I did co-wash this when i believe should not. I use just conditioner in it no shampoo, but it feels so good like it feels really good. I love how the lace is. I love the color, the lace i feel like it just looks so natural. Of course, you can select the glue, my forehead, you can just use some alcohol and that'll get rid of that. I have some right here like right. There, like you, guys, can see in the camera, but in person you really can't just to wipe off the excess but um yeah. Once you do your makeup and stuff, you can't even tell um where the lace even starts like if you like, blending your makeup, but i feel like even without makeup. It looks really really good like really good. So i love this wig. I feel like the hair, like i said, is great quality again. The wig is from super wig.
