Creating A Ballerina Bun Using A Hairnet, A Stocking And A Scarf

miss joyce

We know its not Halloween but this version of a ballerina bun was way too cute and a great hairstyle for those hot summer days. Sometimes you have to get a little creative with medium length hair because, you find your self with hair that is too long to do those cute styles a TWA would be perfect for and then too short to make sleek buns or some up do styles.

Miss Joyce did her bun using a hair net to keep the hair looking sleek and matted into shape. Doing a bun this way might be a matter of preference because if someone said, you can create a bun using a hair net and you would have to wear the hair net out and about, you might be a little apprehensive.

Before you say no though watch the video, her bun looked amazing and it might be something you would consider if you just need a sleek bun for the day. Now if you are not a hair net kind of girl and you want the same look on your medium length natural hair, just buy some Marley hair to wear over your own hair.

Adding hair to yours helps to make your buns alot bigger than if you tried to force your own hair into a bun. Take the opportunity to do some protective styling without all the extra tension and frustration.

If your hair is a little longer and you can fit it over a donut bun*, you can always do a sleek bun using one of those. They come in all shapes and sizes and you are bound to find one that fits your hair. They are sold at your local beauty supply store or Sallys, or you can just watch a tutorial and make one for your self.
