-- Which most closely represents you?
WHICH HAIR STYLE AND FACIAL HAIR IS BEST?
ROUND: this face shape has a lack of angles. You need a more structured hairstyle. Do not wear soft hairstyles. Shoot for tight on the sides and soft on the top. Never grow a big, bushy beard -- it's all about contrast, so you need shorter on the sides and taper. Let your chin hair be longer than the sides. Shave your sideburns to the angle too.
SQUARE: this face shape has a blocky jaw and angular on the sides. You want to avoid structured and angular hairstyles -- you need to soften the angles. Fringy styles and longer on the sides are the best. For facial hair, you may want to soften the line for the 5 o'clock shadow. Instead of a harsh angle or edge, go more natural. You will look better with a little neckbeard/stubble. Avoid anything that is too boxy.
TRIANGLE/DIAMOND/HEART: this face shape has a pointy chin. Most hairstyles look good on this face shape because they are a blend and balance between softness and angularity. Avoid boxy haircuts, however. Because of the narrow chin, facial hair will balance your face. You want to go natural and softer. Don't do goatees or soul patches.
OVAL: this is the best shape. You can rock any hairstyle or facial hair you want. You need to be honest with your selections by making sure your hair is up for the challenge. Google your hair texture and type—the more detailed, the more valuable the choices. With your facial hair, be honest with it (if it's patchy, for example).
What'S up gentlemen, so today we're talking about that handsome ass face of yours. More specifically, it's shaken how, based on your specific face, shape you're gon na look the best you possibly can gentlemen, if you're ready - and that sounds good drop me one of these and be like yo alpha, i'm ready to look as handsome as humanly possible for this Video i'm gon na help you identify which face shape. You actually have i'm gon na show you a really cool trick to actually figure it out and then we're going to talk about each face, shape individually. I'M going to talk about hairstyle, selection and also facial hair, because, depending on your face shape, certain styles are going to look better on you and make your face more aesthetic, more balanced and sexier. So the first step is actually identifying which face shape you have now. If you look online, there literally are like 17 different face shapes for me. I boil it down to four you've got round, you've got square, you've got oval and you've got triangle, so the first thing i want you to do is take out your phone and take a selfie open up the picture and then open up some type of drawing Program i'm going to be using markup and then what you're going to do is draw over top of your face. The shapes that we discussed to see, which one most closely represents you now. What i want to do guys is, go over each specific face, shape and some do's and don'ts in terms of hair and facial hair. To look your best, so the first phase shape we're going to talk about and dive into a little bit. Gentlemen is round round faces, basically are lacking, structure and strength in terms of a real defined jaw or chiseled features because of the lack of angles. With your face, it is critical that you select a hairstyle, that's going to bring more structure and angular to your face, and so the worst thing you can do if you've got a round face, is to have a hairstyle. That is super soft. All right, it is going to actually make your face appear more round. Instead, what i would recommend is shoot for a hairstyle, that's going to be a little bit tighter on the side and have a little volume or lift in the top. If you're, looking for some hairstyle recommendations, all you got to do, gentlemen is go to google all right, search for round, face, shape, men's hairstyle or square men's face, shape, hairstyle, the more specific and more detailed you get with your search, the better. The options are going to be when you find one that you like guys, save it to your phone, take it to your stylist and make it happen when it comes to your sideburns gentlemen, here's a critical detail that a lot of guys miss all right. Take your brio, and instead of going like straight across what i want you to do is actually angle them slightly all right. This angle is actually going to draw the eye down, giving you illusion of a more structured and strengthened jaw. Now, let's talk about some facial hair strategies for you, dudes with round faces all right, never grow a big bushy, monstrous beard and the reason once again, it's all about contrast. If you've got a round face, you've got a big beard. It'S making your face appear more round. Instead, what i'd recommend is? Grab your bria shorter on the sides a little bit longer down here right. You want to make sure that you are tapering your beard all right now, if you want to just rock like a goatee, you can do that. It'S all about, though, letting your chin hair be a little longer than the sides now for me, what i recommend is grab your brio and just understand and learn how to actually use the various attachments and micro adjustments in order to maximize your looks and your appearance Guys you got to understand and learn how to use your facial hair grooming tool better. The next phase shape we're going to talk about is the square all right. So dudes that have a square face right, you're, going to be real, strong and structured angular here on the sides, you're also going to have a more blocky or structured jaw. So in terms of hairstyles for square-faced individuals, you want to avoid anything that is too structured and too angular. So if you are going to go tight on the side, you want to make sure that the top is a little bit softer all about softening the angles. Gentlemen, remember it's about contrast, complement and contrast. If you have a very structured face, your hairstyle needs to be a little bit less structured, more like deconstructed and softer, and so fringy style styles that are going to be a little bit softer. A little bit longer on the sides are going to look amazing on you now in terms of facial hair. Once again same rules apply, you want to make sure you are softening the harsh angles, and so, if you are going to be rocking the five o'clock shadow, you may actually want to soften that line up here, not be like so rigid, so exact and tight. Instead of creating that harsh angle or edge, you could actually let it be a little bit softer a little bit more natural. This is going to soften the look of your face. Also the neck. You will look better with a little neck beard, stubble action, how about softening the lower portion of your face? If you want to let that beard grow and really rock it you're going to look amazing because it is going to help soften your look now. The one thing i would definitely say to avoid is anything that is too like boxy all right, so if you want to grow it natural, do it if you want it to be the same length on the sides as on the chin, do it if you want It to be a little bit longer and taper it do it going to taper that beard down a little bit a little longer on the chin, like the guys with the round face. Do it that's going to look amazing and help draw the eye down and soften your strong, structured chin? So next up, let's talk about the upside down triangle or the diamond, or the heart shape. Essentially, all three of these shapes are essentially the same meaning that you got a pointy chin and it goes up like this all right. So here's the deal in terms of a hairstyle, the good news for you is that a lot of hairstyles look great on the dudes that have a diamond shaped face and the reason is because there's a blend and a balance of softness and angularity in terms of Hairstyles you can pretty much get away with anything as long as it's not too like boxy all right, boxy haircuts on a dude that has a diamond shaped face is actually gon na make your face, look more diamond shape, which is not necessarily what we're going for. Google triangle shape face hairstyle you're, going to get a ton of options. Now, let's talk about something, that's really going to make a difference, which is facial, hair all right, because you have a more narrow chin. Adding facial hair down below is a great way to help balance your face. Do not want to do super harsh tapered styles like the round or the square face dudes all right. Instead, you want to go a little more natural a little bit softer. The whole idea is to soften the lower portion of your face, but do not do goatees do not do like super triangle, soul, patches, all of those are just going to make your face, look more pointy and last, but certainly not least. Let'S talk about oval right. You son of a can do anything you want, because your face is awesome. It'S honestly the best shape out there, because every hairstyle looks incredible on you, facial hair. You can rock whatever you want. Basically, you can do anything. You want. Google, google oval shape face. Hair styles and you're going to get a ton of different options, rock whatever you got, but the one thing you do need to do is be honest with both your hairstyle selection and your facial hair right. So if you see a style you're like yo that looks dynamite, you got to make sure that your hair is up for the challenge right. One of the big mistakes i see a lot of guys making when it comes to hairstyle selection, is choosing a style. That is never ever ever ever ever gon na work for their hair, and so what you can do is google search your specific hair, texture and type. So if it's curly medium length, brown or thin receding or widow speak whatever granular the more detail, the better. Your selections are going to be you get one that you like. Take it to your salon, bingo bango. You look amazing. Now, let's talk about your beard, your facial hair. You just got ta once again be honest one month let your facial hair grow for one month and then take a look, hey how's. It look right now. The one thing you've got to do once again is be honest. If, after a month, you're all like patch adams and you just like - keep letting that hair grow, it's going to look thinner and finer and more stringy and you're going to look a little bit scuzzy. Gentlemen. Keep it short, keep it trim. Then you will always look amazing truth. You want the truth. Fine i'll give you i'll give you the truth that face right right there sexy i'm talking ridiculous. The other truth is that your face, it's a shape, identifying it and then implementing the strategies and tips we talked about is also critical to that face, looking even better than it already does, which is amazing.

Every single haircut I do is based off face shape, amount of 'effort' they're willing to put in, and frequency of visit. This ends up giving you minimum 2 styles, maximize grow out time, minimizes product consumption to achieve said look. It also translates to $ and loyalty.

If we're talking legitimate medium to long beards I think you can pretty much create the shape you want especially if you're lucky enough to have a full head of hair too. Ok: I have an oval face and the style that looks the best for me is having a pompadour hairstyle with little to no hair on the sides, while having a full beard on the bottom but trimmed and clean. It honestly looks so good
