In this autumn / fall 2012 hair tutorial without heat nor teasing I'll show you how to do a very cute an quick messy bun updo. This everyday look works great on both straight and wavy hair, it is very easy to recreate and you can wear it to scool / college / university / work / office. As messy hairstyles are very fashonable these days, you could wear this hairdo not also for a party night out, but also for prom, homecoming, graduation, ball, reception and all kind of stylish special occasions and evening events. A fancy hairband is all you need to dress up this look and make this voluminous bun suitable for a wedding as a modern bridal or bridesmaid updo.
Depending on whether and how you choose to accessorize it, it can be also a great everyday casual hairstyle.

Here in Paris, my salon is by far the most popular everyday hairstyle. There are many ways of doing it, and today I'm going to share with you my favorite Stickney. I have used my glam template in hair extensions to form this high and voluminous ponytail. If you want to know the details of the technique, you can watch my another tutorial and I put the link in the information box below I take my ponytail end up with twice through an elastic. Then I stretch both loops a little bit, making sure that they have similar size. I start taking random sections of hair and securing them in place with bobby pins, creating voluminous and messy effect. Of course, I want my bun to have a nice round shape, so I look in the second meter and make sure to distribute my hair evenly all around the elastic. I want to eliminate all the flats and empty spaces by bringing adjacent elements together and securing them in place. Finally, I take care for the small sections of hair they're sticking out and also pin them infants. Now this bulb is finished. This is how these bond looks from the Freud's. Of course, they could have made it even higher up, but to show you better on camera, how I make it I made it sound much lower than I would make it not really. AnimaSola3o4: Works with long curly hair too. This is how I make my messy buns. I use magic grips updo pins though, instead of bobby pins. And I only do one loop and separate that loop, twist and pin small sections.
