Hey y'all: what's up welcome back to the Channel all right so today I want to share with you all um a little bit of my me day that I experienced on yesterday so yeah, if you're interested in seeing what I did on yesterday. What I picked up on yesterday and um the fact that I'm really excited about the Black Friday specials coming through on target man stay tuned. Oh, this is strong. This has Bailey's in it a mint flavored, whatever with a pumpkin spice, um, cold, Coffee brew and what else I put in here and that's it right all the drizzle of Pumpkin Spice Girls. I know some people rather eat their calories girl for some parent reason. Drinking mine is right up my alley. So if you're new to the channel welcome to the channel, my name is Helen and I do all of the things okay, um yeah. I just lifestyle everything that encompasses everyday life, from organizing refrigerators, to cooking, to cleaning, to hauling clothes, to finding amazing discount deals because girl, your girl, is a deal hunter. Okay, I'm just saying um, I'd like to share fragrances, body care items and whatnot. I try to share more detailed items when it comes to that over on my second channel. Okay, I know you're gon na ask me about this hair, but it is um, actually hair Vivi, a video should be coming out soon. It'S actually down because I watched it and um tried to roll it and curl it and girl it's still damp. So, but that's neither here nor their friend, so yesterday I got up in the morning and um yesterday was just a me day. I just knew I was gon na go hit the streets or whatever and just chill out for the day. I actually had plans to take myself out to eat, but I decided not to I was like by the time I spent the money I spent earlier that day I was like yeah friend get what you need to get go home and fix your meal, but I End up making like a hot tea in the morning just to take with me. I think it was just pumpkin spice Tazo Tea. Another girls really like that tea. You know I'd rather the loose like um herbal teas, but I just got grabbed that because it was to go. I added some allspice to it a little bit of Honey, a little bit of honey, and I have some raw brown sugar a little bit of that. In there water, let's go so that's what I end up doing um yesterday morning, heading out, I will link my tea kettle down below. I know y'all keep asking me about that, so I'll make sure to link that down below so um. I'M excited deals are coming through holiday, is going to be here before we know it. It'S like when fall comes. The temperature starts to change people just kind of get into that fall Spirit anyway or like Thanksgiving or Christmas, like spirit so yeah it is. It is what it is. Some people like, oh, don't, rush it but truth be told it just. It comes, and I get it now - I'm like putting all this stuff on sale, doing black Fridays early or just having all these sales and specials and be able to find these deals early. What it really allows you to do is shop in October right, enjoy your family and Thanksgiving and then not be stressed, depressed and broke in Christmas. You know, I mean for Christmas, trying to wait to the last minute to get stuff. You can pick little things up here and there um on these deals and before you know it, Christmas is taken care of if you're, one of those people who like to shop a lot for Christmas. I do but I like to shop all year round. So if you know you know, if you don't know a friend welcome to the Channel all right, so first, I'm going to show you a fragrance that actually was sent to me from Twisted Lily shout out to Twisted Lily for always coming through for your girl. This is not a paid collaboration, however, girl, the bottles they sent me, though, all right. So if you're like me - and you like fragrances and you'll, probably be interested in this - I'm just saying - or at least interested in shopping on Twisted Lily, because it has some of the most amazing fragrances on this shop um on their website. They are a niche website. They have like hard to find fragrances very exclusive fragrances that you just don't regularly see like in stores or anything like that. I'M not gon na find it's like at your Macy's, so Della Springer like fragrances like that. So if you have someone in your life, okay, you're getting ready it's time to start saving the records girl, because you know the fragrances got expensive. Okay, you might want to check out twister letter to get you some of these Discovery sets as they come out. Get you some of these samples use my coat and sniff sniff friend sniffer, for you buy. Okay. That way you won't have in a you know a bad experience with blind buying. It'S one thing to listen to us. Talk about these fragrances, there's another one to get! It'S another one to get your nose on it yourself, okay, all right, so so they sent me out Atelier matter. I believe it's how you pronounce it. It is girl. Just first of all, this Memo's packaging is everything. Look at this bottle. I'M gon na put the bottom size y'all can see, but uh yeah, so it came in this box with this sleeve and actually they sent me some uh samples out about a month or so ago to just try. Let them know what I think they often do. These, like Zoom, calls with their um like the people who the influencers okay and we kind of get to talk about fragrances and listen to like new fragrances coming in new companies. This was popping what's new in the fragrance Community, okay in a niche fragrance fragrance community, and it's very interesting to see - and it's just listen. I just love the way things smell, whether it's candles the home sets. I mean the body y'all know I like everything that smells good. So anyway, um this one is Rose adores. I believe I I need to look at the um. I need to go and Google like how to pronounce that but yeah. So this is how the fragrance came just like this in this box and look at this blue bottle y'all. This blue bottle is so beautiful. This is actually a stone like top up like Stone ceramic, maybe Stone, and it has like these gold like detail on it. Oh yeah, it's the details in the bottle. Okay, so I've worn this twice. I actually got this a couple days ago. I did a reel on it, but I've been meaning to talk about it on Instagram, but I kind of want to try and play with it. It'S a unisex fragrance. I think it leaves masking on the first spray like the first 20 minutes or so then, when it dries out. I think it's more feminine, because that Rose comes out, but it's a hint. It'S like a hint of rose that has been soaking or has absorbed um nutmeg, which is very spice and sweet to me. I almost borderline cinnamon, but it's nutmeg. It also has like this leather note and um something else in here. It reminds me of saffron, but it doesn't say the saffron's in here, but there's a sweet spiciness up in here, and it is good. Okay, I'm just saying: oh man, if you like, sweet leather scents or like that sweet sense of a expensive cigar like a nice um tobacco cigar, a pipe, it's that sweet scent, it's nutmeg, it's so good, nutmeg and leather Willow Rose. This is so good. It'S so unique, it's different like that's what I like about Niche fragrances most often is that you can get a fragrance, that you won't smell on anyone else or you just want to smell it in the atmosphere, because it's so unique and some of these fragrances are You know quite expensive, so they have it for a certain. You know, group of people, so that everyone's not smelling the same. To be honest, but this is beautiful, check out twist a little if you're interested in trying out some of their fragrances their Niche fragrances. So yesterday I did head out to Target. I went to um Marshalls um and I think that oh and Bath and Body Works girl, that's a whole nother thing see. This is what I mean by getting on it right now for later, but my right now I messed up and I'm gon na show you what I did all right. So let me grab the stuff from Marshalls first just to knock that up all right. So just so you know I did get a fragrance in the mail today. I will share that on the fragrance channel in a whole fragrance Hall and um, but the fragrance I got from Bath and Body Works. I will share that with you tonight all right. So, like I said just follow me on the other channel. If you want a more in-depth review on that um Atelier matri line girl. If they had some fragrances on there, something could call it girl. I was like get your coins together, sis you're gon na need. It in your life all right, so I grabbed the Polish and it says I think it says, made it to the seventh Hill. That'S what it's called made it to the seventh Hill. It'S an OPI nail polish, really pretty like um. I don't know, but this is the color wanted something kind of neutral, but still like I don't know, I just wanted something so yeah anyway, I picked them up. They were. This was 4.99. I already had this one. This is just the OPI top coat always pick. These up, when I kind of see them every once in a while, sometimes they'll, put them on clearance, um and there's nothing wrong with them, but the girls use these all the time. So I'll just picked these up, but this one um yeah made it to the seventh Hill. Didn'T know, that's what that was called, but you can just look this up and see if you can find it or finding your store if you're interested. But I did get this one from Marshalls. I need to find my nails some it's from taking off that um that hard polish, the one with the lights, the gel polish, so all right. So what else did I get from Marshalls Marshalls had the cutest coffee, because I didn't really need anything, but I said if I found something I really wanted. I would pick it up, so I didn't get anything from there to have more um, Halloween, stuff out and truth, be told they're about to mark all that down anyway, because they're going to go ahead and with the fall and Christmas um items Thanksgiving and Christmas items. I should say, but I did buy some slippers girl. I saw some on Amazon I wanted and the last time I bought them. I didn't like um something about the cushion in the inside, so I was like you know what let me just try these on. While I'm in Marshall, see, if I like these - and I this isn't a color, I would normally choose but girl for some reason it caught my attention. There were other slides there like more of a brown with the brown fuzzies on the inside like this was here, and I didn't want that because y'all know, I really don't like anything on my feet unless I'm walking around the house and like following letter when the Floor started to get cool. I don't like stuffing my feet. I don't like socks, I don't like any of that stuff. So um I just didn't want that. It feel good. It looked good, but I just feel like it would be dirty like you put in your feet. Yeah, I didn't want it, so I I just got these and they had them in black and I didn't want black, I always behind black, so I just stepped outside the box and bought me a color. So this is Laura Ashley. This is what they look like. A pretty sage green - and this feels so freaking good like aerosol, like you know like that on the inside so good, and it does have like the so you don't have to slip or whatever memory foam is what I want to say. Memory foam is what's in this slipper and they're just 9.89, so this is kind of stuff. You pick up now save for later for your holiday gifts friend or for yourself, but I was in a mood for like self-care items like I wanted some stuff for me and that's what I picked up um. I think that was it for Marshall. The thing I got like some popcorn snacks for the kids um. If there's something else, I don't know where it's at, because it's not here, I'm sorry y'all. I had to stop for a moment because um Christopher has found a new friend on the street. He'S been hanging with since school started, they ride the bus together and everything and um he asked. Could he hang out at his house? You know they asked us no um, but you see him every day hangs with them they in class together. So I think that the kids assume, but we know each other. Well, I don't know your parents, so I it's my just was introducing herself but um yeah. I have to be comfortable. I'M not comfortable, like with my kids, been in other people's houses, but then I'm quick to say, or they can just come over here, it's the same thing like she might not be comfortable either. So we'll probably do they're doing outdoor play now like outdoor football, whatever we'll make this towards the backyard and then towards the house. It'S just going to be a gradual for me because I just don't do my kids at people house, I don't like them. Staying at night at family houses, like I don't do yeah I just I'm just not big on that, but anyway, that's not that's neither here nor there all right. So, let's head over to Tarjay friend, so I did walk around Target just a little bit because I wanted to see what they had going on. I was really excited about this Black Friday thing, they're doing right now. So, even though it's called Black Friday, it's actually Thursday, Friday and Saturday. So I want to say this deal that I got in on was all the way up until October, 8th I'm going to try to edit and had this up early Saturday morning, just in case someone's interested. But I noticed they had like 43 inch TVs for 100 and something dollars I should have bought one. I still might go online tonight and grab one because I need it for my garage um. They had like 65-inch TVs for 400 bucks. So if you're, like you, know, remodeling doing little things in your home upgrades or whatnot, you might have a TV like mine as an old friend, I'm getting messages from Roku saying your TV is old, I'm just saying um. They also had a lot of um like housewares on sale. Now my target didn't have them marked, but I saw it online and then, when I went to scan the items they actually came up at this sales price, which is 40 off um, they had women's pajamas like pajama sets, I'm actually wearing one. Now I will show you what it looks like. I think it stars above is the name. We all know that they're normally 24.99 a set. They were 40 off. Okay for the Black Friday special, the pajama tops and bottoms like the jogger and like the sweat top. Like I would say, loungewear, it was also 40 off the robes they had um. I want to say all the sets that was in stars above was 40 off now. The good thing about that with me is: I actually had a Target app. So if you have the Target app, you know check your Target app for in your circle before you go in the store, so my target Circle app had 15 off my total uh, my girlfriend's Target app has 10 off or 60 or something like that. Well, I grabbed this pajama set right here and it ended up being. I want to say that once scanned, it was 14 dollars from there or was it 15 14, something like that and then from their additional 15 off. So, really and truly I was getting 55 off to these items. Okay, so I only grabbed one. I went back to grab another one, but the signs were gone and I was like well, oh wait a minute, but I didn't realize they was moving stuff around the store and I'm thinking to sell this over. So I didn't buy another one that day. However, I still have time to go ahead and grab like the blush color one or the gray um. I end up getting a large in this. I just wanted something comfortable to walk around the house in no matter how much weight you lose kind of thing. Just a comfortable um loungewear I like to chill in the backyard sometime early in the morning and tell you that so I wanted something. I love the material on. It'S very like soft, like a very soft pajama breathable material. So I like it at 24, because I've bought this at 24 so to have it 55 offering I won okay, so moving forward. I also found um this right here matter of fact. Let me just show you this first, so I can put it down. I found this toothpaste in store. I had never seen this before. They have one is eucalyptus and have these other ones I saw as well. I tried to Vlog. In there the music was a little loud baby. They was jamming Michael Jackson. Let me tell you I was like: is this what is going on it's loud in here um, but I saw this um toothpaste. I had never seen this before and it's called twice. It is oral Wellness, toothpaste and y'all know I like to try new products or whatever just checking, but yeah. My teeth feel still feel good from this monthing. I don't know what time it is. I don't know if I could see that over there but um. It'S probably five o'clock right now, so I end up getting eucalyptus one and trying it it's a thick toothpaste but um yeah, it's pretty thick, but I don't remember so it smells more myth than eucalyptus to me. Um. It tastes, fine, didn't taste, chalky or anything like that, like these other, like vegan, cruelty, free ones, sometimes taste, I was trying to compare it to Dr Bronner's, I think, or Dr teals, Who is it Dr browners, Dr Brown is toothpaste, that's all trying to compare it To but I actually like this one um so far, I'm just gon na try the whole tube and then come back and let you know what I think it is vegan, sulfate and SLS for a cruelty, free, gluten-free paraben, free PBA, free or no artificial dyes or Um colors and it's recycled Beauty - I don't know so, I'm just going to keep trying it it's supposed to be a healthy mouth is a healthy self. Your mouth is the gateway to a complex inner world, where everything is connected. No joke girl from what we eat till we drink. You can tell uh, you can get a diagnosis from your mouth um. Let'S see, whitening plus brightening smiles and polishes teeth with hydrated silica and I don't know girl. I don't know what this is. I don't want protection, fights cavities, we will keep trying it and we're just gon na see, but my teeth feels like smooth - and this is like - maybe five and I guess up at five o'clock in the morning, so yeah I've eaten y'all, know I'll, be I'm gon Na eat and instead of have that, come on now all right, so I'm gon na use it twice a day, though so I'm gon na use it twice today. So y'all, you know, get a really good review on this all right, so I saw that they had the sweats. On 40, I've been wanting like a cream color one. I actually bought a white one last year through she in and it was kind of oversized, but it was crop. I didn't like the way it fit on my body. I didn't like my body, then, let's just be honest, and so it didn't fit well um. But this time around, I was like girl get the medium stop getting larger for large. What are you doing so I got the medium pants and it is this cream colored uh jogger. What'S the brand girl, it's uh? What is this something threads Universal threads and you can see here the price was 25, but forty percent off and then, of course, the additional 15. I love the bands on these. I don't see when you get the ones. That'S like this, the good ones with the string is kind of like sold in this little bitty middle part. You don't have to worry about, like this part, twisting like that elastic that twists in your waist. These are just better quality, um joggers, in my opinion, so I got this. It has like this detail on the side and then the smooth jogger there and then the um ripped at the ankle. I like that. I have an idea of how I want to wear these so yeah. I picked up these and and picking up these there is a sweat top. That'S on the rack near these um. I think they had like a rust color. Like I don't know, it's a weird color where I would have bought it, it's a weird, maybe Plum color, it didn't have like a grayish blue. I didn't want any of that. It looked faded. This looks more up my alley, so I picked this one up. They have this in Black. I don't think they had this in Black. Well, mine didn't, I might have to try it online or another one. Can I get the same deal online? Oh my try all right. So I saw these and then I went around the corner and saw this one. That'S off just a little bit. I don't know if you can even tell it's a little bit lighter in this like a hair lighter, but the light is going to go in and out all right. So it's about a hair lighter than the actual jogger, but I don't care um yeah. This one was also um 25 dollars, and it's just cream colored like I'm about to show you the sleeves uh like this. It'S like a poof like sleeve and this so I got medium because I originally got the large um. I originally got the large and it was too big, so I went back and got the medium was like. Okay, the large is too big. We'Re not doing that and I just like the details on it, the piping on it and all that good stuff. So - and I just envisioned wearing this like with my Balenciaga tennis shoes or my cute Jordan Ones, I really want the star girls and Stardust the Starbursts, whatever the orange I'm gon na put them here. I want these Jordan Ones so yeah. I think that would be cute with that and um they're sold out. So you know when it's sold out they're ridiculous price right now, I'm not paying two three hundred dollars for these tennis shoes. This is not what I'm doing. Um, no and knowing my kids are going to try to knowing my kids are gon na try to put their feet in my shoe and sneak off and wear to school, no ma'am so anyway, um that's what I got from Target. So I got uh this that the toothpaste, a fruit snack - I don't know what else, but my total was like forty dollars now. Just the top and bottom is 50 by itself. That'S crazy right! So when I went to exchange my um, my top, I realized with the coupon with the coupon, when I went to exchange the sweat top from large to medium that when she put it up, because I really didn't pay attention to the receipt. It said that the sweat top was 11.38 and that um my total was 12 and 32 cents. So yeah it's a bit less than half the price for it. I'M just saying was that's it's less than half the price right before yeah, less than half the price. Before taxes, but anyway, all right, so I left there because um the area I was shopping in also has a Bath and Body Works within that chain within the same shopping center. So I went over there to Bath and Body Works, because when I checked the app for one day only it was all men care men, fragrances, the colognes. What nots on for half off - and I was like - oh okay, so I went and I saw the one I've been wanting. I want the lotion, I knew what I already wanted when I got there and it didn't have the cologne and I was like well, I'm not gon na wear with clone, because I don't know if Christopher's gon na, like this or not, and he likes to share Some of the more masculine scents with me because I love Noir, I don't care, I don't care. How manly that scent. Is. I absolutely love New Orleans lotion. That'S some good stuff, like that's some good stuff, all right so um when I went I was like well since I don't have a cologne. What I'm gon na do is just get like a few body care items to add up to what the cologne was. Since everything was half off so I picked up the soap, and this is the um coffee stop saying: coffee, coffee and whiskey. I did a reel on my Instagram I'll put it here and it's Helen H, Beauty uh, showing the haul from this or whatever. So this is like four bucks I think they're regular, like eight bucks for these I would never girl - I wouldn't know, but I mean come on and then I end up picking up the like a body spray, and this is um once again. Coffee and Curtis smells so good. I'M gon na tell you what it smells like in a minute look at this spray. I didn't spray my sheets last night and then I picked up the um, coffee and whiskey body lotion, and this is like a body butter right body, cream, eight ounce. So let me tell you what this smells like, so the total was 21 right receipts over here. Total 21 because everything is half off, so I was like for three things: that's not bad! You can, you know, bathe with this. Put this on, throw you a coffee scent on top and go. I can use this for light days, but I just want to spray a little something or give it to Christopher was my thought and um, and I'm good right. This smells so good. So this is more of a Milky creamy coffee with, like maybe vanilla in it and a shot of whiskey. That'S what this is so y'all know. I love coffee since and although this is considered a male fragrance line within Bath and Body Works, yeah a lot of females been buying. This, I'm just saying a few into those fall stance and you want a base for your fall scent that smells a little um. Whiskey, coffee vanilla-ish, this is for you so when he smoked all this when he got from school he was like. Oh, I want to go back because I want the cologne and I was like. Let me call and see if the one that's near us have it. He said because um I don't want the body spray and I was like fine, it's half off, it's gon na be twenty dollars. Let'S go grab it, so you can either get all three of those for 20 or this so yeah. He ended up picking and I just told him to pick what you want. If you want the red bottle, I forget what it's called. I know he didn't want. No war he's sick of that. I'M not um. They have another new one out there, something in leather. He didn't want that and then I did sniff the women's sweet, whiskey. That was good and this one right here. I don't know what it's called forgot. I put it here, that's good to me too, and I'm not a fan of like the body sprays, but I do like the lotions and everything you bathe with. If I just want to try it - and I end up using so much and then giving the rest of the girls anyway, but yeah, he ended up getting the fragrance, and so, for example, if you have someone you like that, like this type of things, type of Sense, this is a perfect time to pick up these things and put in the closet for later. Here'S a whole fragrance plus, like the body care items for 40 bucks, which would have been the price right so instead of spending 80 okay, because sometimes some of these things that we really like and enjoy aren't on those like last minute after day after Christmas sales, Especially this anyway, so Curtis smells so good, so he got this last night. You could tell he's already sprayed himself a corner this morning before school, but it smells so good. I actually like the men's bottles. These are pretty nice and the tops are nice and substantial. Very minimalous packaging, too, reminds me of Dolce and Gabbana the um. It'S not Apothecary. What'S that line called um anthropology line, it's the anthropology um or is it called with the tarot cards? Y'All know what I'm talking about. It reminds me of that. The Dolce and Gabbana like Lumber, trees or whatever so yeah, so he loves it. I was like you sure he was like. Yes, my sweet coffee. I said my PO kids, but he's one of the ones they like coffee, him and Tara. So anyway, this is a cologne, so it's not a EDP, it's not extra strong. It doesn't last extremely long, I would say two and a half hours girl, maybe three so he's not gon na overspray. It and, like you know, choke out the class or anything it's gon na be a subtle soft. It'S almost like vanilla, coffee with a shot of whiskey, but a light watered down whiskey. Okay, so I think that's everything I got um yeah I um, like I said I have some fragrances, I'm gon na unbox on the other channel, so look down in the pin comment if you're interested and see what I bought recently, I'm adding another mancera to my Collection - and I accidentally watched the video this morning and this girl was talking about man, Sarah and I was like - I got ta - get that one too, but I don't. I said this would be the last man. Is this the last one? I said this would be the last man Sarah I get this year. I'M done I'm done with me. I'M done!
