Hey friends, welcome to my channel adia charelle. Today i will be showing you how i did these bantu knots and there's no hair added, i'm just trying to do more hairstyles or i'm not adding extensions. Just this is just my journey. I will be showing you the products that i use and, most importantly, i will be showing you how to part your hair. You will see the process okay, so you want to watch this. Video i'm going to do is part from ear to ear. For some reason, my videos always start off with parting from ear to ear. Okay, so now that we have this front section we're all done here, i am going to split the back into two pieces. Sprinkle, this hair just mist her a little bit. The next part will be right at the top of the ear and you're going to make a straight part all the way across next split, the bottom in half - and i made a diagonal part and it's kind of off centered. Then we're going to use our gel and pomade, i layered the gel first and then i add the pomade over the top and i'm just taking my time, smoothing that in then i brush it through and then i rake it through just at the roots with a Comb then it's nice and smooth. So i can add my pump tail holder and i spread this up just a little bit and it's all in there. I moved my head around to make sure it's not too tight and then i repeat the process again on the other side, and i just want to tell y'all make sure that it's not too tight. You hear me because later on, it's going to irritate you and bother you that's why you see me moving my head around and i'm like. Yes, it's good now here i want to show you. I am starting to part right at that intersection. Okay, so you see it's a clear line going all the way up to the crown and then i do the same thing. I start at the same point the same intersection and then i make my part diagonally up to the crown. Now i have my three sections and i just put those into ponytails there. You see it it's already looking so cute and then again i'm starting at that point and i'm making a part and it's a slight diagonal part going towards the temple. So from the crown. Now to the temple same thing to the other side, making sure my part meets the point at the crown and you're all set next, i'm preparing my hair for the ponytails same process gel then pomade really making sure it's nice and smooth and i'm laying the perimeter Just to make sure it's going into the ponytail exactly the way i want it to and putting the ponytail holder in once that is in on this side, i'm going to do the same thing. On the other side, the top will be divided into three sections. I made my diagonal part and then i'm going to make one part straight across, so i have the two in the front and one at the top i'm going in and just putting in the ponytail holders. I am all finished, okay, just giving you all a 360.. So you see how it's laying then i'm going to twist each individual ponytail. I know i look like a little girl here. All i need is some little balls on the ends or barrettes. I have decided i'm just going to twist these with my natural hair um. I did buy braiding hair, but yeah i just got just with my own hair. I heard it's a nightmare to sleep with, so that's one of the main reasons, so i'm just gon na loosely wrap it because i kind of want some um i'm going to loosely wrap it, because i want it to kind of look thicker than what it is. Let me tell you how not using added hair was the best decision ever because i was able to just unravel these at night, and i mean it's so easy to unravel them. I just take out the bobby pin or i would just take out the rubber bands and some of them. I didn't even have rubber bands, as you can see here, i'm putting rubber bands but yeah some of them. I didn't even need to do that, so it was so easy to take it out at night, and i had a wonderful sleep uninterrupted. It was worth it 10 out of 10. Would recommend folks push it up, so it can have some height to it. Just wrap it around, and some of these probably won't even need rubber bands, so whenever you could avoid adding extra work or extra pins or rubber bands or any type of stress to your hair, just go for it. Yeah see this one. I could do it too. If it's really thin and you can wrap it on itself, yeah girl, i'm doing a little dancy dance, because i'm excited it's the last one. It'S a like light layer gel made for your edge control. That'S too much gel okay! There we go and then just i just slide everything down like that and then i'll go in and shape it. How i want it, but i just want all of this pommy to cover the whole area and don't forget your little sideburns too we're just gon na. Do that not gon na fight with these, not gon na fight all finished? What do you all think? Let me just turn around okay. I love this hairstyle and i like the fact that i didn't add hair, because i heard going to sleep at night with these things in your head. It'S just torture and i need my beauty rest. I that's what i need, okay, so at least with this. If i wanted to, i can unravel it really quick and be done and go to bed with no problems, so that is the luxury of not adding hair and just using your own hair, and you know you saw how i twisted it, so it makes it a Little bit chunky, so your bottom knots can have a little bit more volume to it. But yes, i love this style. It was very quick to do make sure you subscribe to my tribe, okay, we love to be in community together. Let'S do this all right. I always appreciate it until next time. Bye,
