And you know it: yeah [ Laughter, ], welcome back to my channel. It'S your girl, kyra shawn. Today'S video is brought to you by wig types. They were kind of to send me another unit to review for you guys. Now i will be showing you guys. The install of this unit - surprisingly - it was very, very easy. However, we got some things to talk about today is also sipping slay and let me go ahead and tell you right now: i've already been sipping. Okay, stella peach has already made her way into the equation. Okay, so we yeah yeah i've been drinking. I'Ve been drinking cling, clink, [, Laughter ], but before we get into all that make sure if you're new to the channel, you go ahead and subscribe and smash that notification bell. If you want to see more videos like this in the future, let's go, you know that he can't go down like me, and you know that the can't freak like me so mommy tell me. Tell me me so baby tell me i'm crazy. So, like i said this unit was sent to us by wig types. It is brand new from zurich's. It is their diva lace, bomb butterfly lock unit. This is what her car looks like. I got her in the color 1b and she does retail for 67.94. Now this unit does come with a 4x5 lace closure, so that's laced all up in this area, two combs on the side, one comb in the back and adjustable straps the unit for me with the adjustable strap still hooked down to the back of this unit is Big head friendly, it stretches over my dome. I even have extra space in this joint. As you saw my put down, i did go ahead and spray her down across the front because i knew she was going to be slipping and sliding across my temples, and we had time for that. I didn't have time for that. The lace did take my got to be free spray, as well as my product really well. I don't see that it says this is hd lace. It doesn't say that on the card, but whatever lace, this is it's really nice. It blended down to me just fine. I don't think you can see it. I couldn't see it with my glasses on so i'm pretty sure, i'm okay right now now the butterfly locks on this unit are considered knotless, you don't see a huge knot across or around the um. You know the base of the unit, they wrap the hair around the knot to give it. You know that knotless illusion, so you know i appreciate that the hair is also heat, safe up to 400 degrees. I don't really know why you would need to put heat on this unit, but if you did 400 degrees is the max okay. This is synthetic hair, but the unit doesn't feel scratchy at all around my neck, as you can see on me sitting down at 5'6. The unit does stop around my shoulder region and that's how it pretty much is all the way around. The unit is lightweight, the hair moves really nicely um. However, it is a lot of heat. That'S building up around my neck, because all the hair is falling right here right here at my neck hold on y'all, okay, you know, oh goodness, gracious! Oh goodness, y'all see that glistening y'all see me glistening. This is the hot trend. That'S going on right now, everybody and their mama are doing butterfly locks because it just looks. It looks pretty much good on everybody. In my opinion, it looks good on everyone. So i've been real pressed to try to butterfly locks for myself and when i saw that zurich says drop this unit, i was like okay, let's just say, hmm hold up. Let me let me get my thoughts again. Let me get my thoughts together. The parting space is okay, it's a four by five. I do wish the lace went all the way across the hairline, though, with the lace stopping at like the closure area. You get that band action on the side where you can't really, you know, pull the hair back if you want to. Unless you go in and leave your edges out or you know kind of finagle it so you know, match your edges or whatever you can do. That is possible. You guys saw in the put down that i did go in and kind of swoop. Some edges over here just to kind of give it you know that natural look. I probably let me see if i pin that back to have this come down yeah. Let me do that real quick, this little one hair right here is bothering me, so i'm just going to pin her back to bring this down. I did use my trick with the concealer um, because, obviously the hair does not. You know. This is not an actual parting space. This is the actual track. I went in with my concealer on top of the track went into the track right here, went to the tracks right here on my concealer to make the parting space look bigger. Okay, i know some of you guys, don't like that. You don't like how fake that looks. But again the price points will shrink your options. Okay, so just be mindful of that before you start disliking. My video, i also feel like the butterfly locks, are not they're, not what i'm used to seeing um. These are pretty much like very, very uniform, butterfly locks in my opinion, are very like they're, not really uniform. Each one is kind of different from the next. These look like the exact same lock all over my head. You can see what i'm talking about here like every single lock, looks the same. All the locks. Look the same. It'S not it's not giving me the look that i wanted. If you want the style in a cheaper price point, get the wig. Okay get the wig, but if you are looking for a legit, butterfly, lock unit that gives you that butterfly lock. Look that doesn't look so uniform. You may not like this one. I also feel like the unit is very, very full, and this is what i tell you guys all the time when it comes to synthetic braided wigs by the synthetic companies. They cannot fill up a unit with crochet styles or certain braided styles, because it will make the unit too full okay, and that is what happened on this unit. Now they did use the crochet. You know cornrow cap or whatever to do this and they do have gaps in the unit, as you can see right here, but i know if they filled those gaps up. This would be way too much hair. Okay. It will be way too much hair on this unit. It'S already giving me mufasa fullness over here. Okay, you know that luxurious mane, okay, that's that's what it's giving me even in the middle part, it wasn't falling on me personally. The way that i wanted it to on her, i feel like it falls very natural. Looking it doesn't look as full. I do feel like they took some braids out of her unit um. The same exact thing that i did over here. You saw i cut like three or four out from this side, because i knew i was going to use the flip over method on this side. I don't feel like it was flattering my face based on you know how full it was it just wasn't. It wasn't giving me the look y'all, it wasn't giving me the look, oh and just like all the other. You know braided wigs, you get to sew down braids in the back to prevent you know the gaps from showing things like that. I went on and cut the strings out, just because that's what i like to do anyway, because this hair is so full and thick. You won't really see the gaps anyway. This is how she's looking to the side, and then this is how she's looking to the back. So you can't see no gaps on my unit at all, and this is with the hair half up half down, so my suggestion would definitely be if they're going to use this many locks on the unit, maybe make them a little bit thinner. They don't seem as thick as they are, but when you put this many on a cap, it's a little bit thicker, especially up here in the lace parting area and it snags really easily. So be careful with that. My braces kept getting caught on the locks and then the hair were kind of you know like doing this right here. The hair will pull out, and so i would have to go in and cut the excess hair that was kind of you know coming out of the unit. The baby hairs are very natural. Looking in my opinion, i just cut mine a little bit shorter. They do come kind of curly, so if you want to do little swoops, you know they do soup a little bit easier. So um, yeah y'all, tell me what i think about this unit. What do y'all think about this unit as a whole? The bob look is really cute, i feel like you can get some really cute pictures. You just got ta, do some work to it and if you plan on just wearing her in the middle part and not doing nothing with her put some concealer in that middle part, do your little baby, hairs and you'll be fine. I played around with her. I played around with her hairline. I you know tried to get her together and you know it yeah. Nothing was coming to me y'all another one. I couldn't i couldn't formulate my words. I think. That'S all i got honestly y'all, i'm not disappointed. Okay, i'm not disappointed in the week i feel like like i said i feel like it's a good start. I feel like they did. What they could do, but y'all know spend your coin. How you want to spend your coin? Okay, zurich stepped up, and you know, gave us the first one. Somebody got to be the first okay. Somebody got to be the first to give us something, but shout out one more time: the wig types for sending me this unit. I really appreciate it.
