Noches get subscribed, turn on your post notifications and, let's start the party hey welcome back to my party. So today, we're gon na be doing a pretty fun and exciting video. We are on our collab train and today I'm gon na be doing a collaboration with Miss Monique, so with Monique, I'm actually fairly new to her town, I'm more front, but I do like her style. I like the way that she coordinates her videos as well. She actually reached out to me like months ago, but at that time I wasn't really into doing anything. To be honest and I had a lot of stuff, I was catching up on and you, like, I told y'all, I got my little mojo back, so I did tell her. You know I would let you know and I'm a person of my word. If I say I'm gon na do something 95 % of the times imma do it. Anybody who knows me knows that's the way I work you know, and so I reached out to her since I'm doing all these claps, I'm like yo. You still want to do this and she's like yeah, so I do like what umm you know when I spoke to her. I do like her vibe and I also like the fact that she has like a little different style of collabs from everybody else which she she told me that she likes to do so. I'M excited about that. We go on. We won't get into that too. Let me tell you what weird I'm doing before, because it's the thing with her she wanted to do like ask me three questions that I asked her three questions so definitely make sure you go over to Monique's Channel okay, my love bugs go over to Monique's channel. Let her know there's some more love sent you over there number one and then one of those you know also check out her questions that I asked her to see where her responses are. I'M not will tell you the questions that I asked him. Are they different? Okay, they different from what she asks me. So yeah definitely try to get her little responses or whatever and see what she says. I should've went a little juicier now that I think about it, but I think I did a pretty okay job. I did a pretty good job, so the way that we gon na be is another made wig. Okay, we're both doing bob's. If I remember correctly, like hers, is gon na be like a curling sample wig as well. You know we're doing easy-breezy wig sense. That'S what I'm about here, easy breezy, alright trying to do the least amount of work possible, because I don't like doing all the extra stuff just being real. So this is the made beauty, wig, invisible, lace, part wig. Her name is Ruby. Okay, Ruby! I see you girl, I, and this is actually the same wig. If you guys are following me on Instagram some more swirls with the Z's Awards world's then you would have seen that I did a collaboration with. It was like a giveaway collaboration with some of the females that are in my wig group that I have on Instagram so yeah. We we just doing it. I actually gave away the same exact way in a different color, so anyways back to this, so they have a few different colors. They have like the cream hot chocolate. They have the FF reset. That'S the one that the girl in the picture is wearing is the rough set. It looks nice, the one that I got. I wasn't really sure how it was going to look, but I had a feeling there would be cute and I think I was right yeah. I think I was right, so it's in the color FF creme is the one that I got and I'm about to show ya. So right now, I'm just wearing my free Tris cap. It just feels comfortable. So I was like you know what let me go ahead and just throw that on. This is how the wig looks. It is one of those types of ways that don't have any lease, so you don't really have to worry about all that extra stuff. It does have a nice bit of parting space as well, and, like I told ya, with these made waves like date, is in the cup up, like I'm really looking at these made wigs like. Where have you been all my life like? I did not know that child even existed until my girl, like shiny star and wigs to waste left like they was wearing them and I'm like wait a whole of way and yeah slave. What brand is this again? So yeah? I'M definitely happy that I did so. I got about three questions on. Let me go ahead, I'm a little questions and then we're gon na try on the wig all right. So let's see what do you consider the perfect summer, hair uh-huh? That was a loaded question for me y'all. So I feel like, if you're going on vacation, then you need that nice, like you, know that wavy hair or even for me, I've worn like the wavy hair or I even wore like locks. You know like the faux lock, wigs or just doing a crochet hair. I feel like that's good vacation air, especially the locks. Like honestly, I feel like that. It'S easy to maintain you can always like you could always I put it up put it down. You got I've done like several different hairstyles with the same exact wig. You know. I'M saying so, I feel like locks now that I'm thinking about it, because first I'm like the wavy Beach hair that summer vibes hair, but now that I'm talking and giving you guys the answer, I'm like you know what for me personally, I always like to have Those protective styles, because, to be honest, like I've, done the whole bring wigs with me and have to switch up, and it's not bad, because I've had pictures with different different little mamas. You know I mean just putting them in my suitcase ready to switch it up. I'Ve done that several times, but I do like the convenience of just having the faux locs already inside your hair, yeah, your head or whatever, and just you good to go you ready for whatever you know you ready to go in the water. All you have to do is just kind of put a little ponytail and all that. So that's my answer. For that, let's see, do you think there's a strong sisterhood in the hair community um-hmm. I feel like we're getting back to that point. I do. I don't feel like it's as good as, like, let's say the beauty community, I feel, like you know, cuz and when I say Beauty community I mean like the hair girl. I mean nothing here goes though the girls I do makeup, you know they. I feel like the girls that solely to make up they don't really do hair like that, but they they're really into makeup those girls. I feel like a lot of them seem, but I feel like they'd also be having a lot of drama, but I do think that they seem to have like a pretty tight-knit community where they share each other all the time they talk about each other. All the time, but I feel like now - and this is based on my experience - it could have been people that have been doing their thing. You know that I didn't know about, but now I feel like you know, I got a little group going on and I also been reaching out to and collabs with different people as well, and then I feel like the community's getting stronger. I feel like if we keep this train running, then we can all help each other out because just being african-american women in general, I mean - and that's not all that's in the wig community, but it is a large base of the weak community. I feel like we're ready. We already have our struggles. We already have our issues. I feel like people like to see certain skin types are in, you know, and this I'm getting deep, yeah love it deep deep. You know people like to see certain skin types. A lot of times with certain facial structures, different types of things like I feel like certain face types, and I forgot what they call it. I remember somebody said said the word for it. You know, when you kind of you like to see a certain look. You know um, I feel like they do a lot better in these types of these types of platforms. From what I've been you know, I've been here. I'Ve been around a place for a little minute. So that's what I've seen, but I do feel like, like I said, we're getting we're getting our traction back, we're coming together as a community we've been sharing each other on different platforms on like social media stories. You know here on YouTube and wherever else like wig communities on Facebook, so I do feel like you know, it's it's getting a lot stronger and we're all realizing that if we come together, we can actually help each other out like and not allow these brands to. Like mess us up, you know and just try to play us because we don't talk and you know just kind of help, each other to gain viewers all around the place. So I do feel like it's getting it's getting better, at least in mine my standpoint and what's my favorite short wig, I don't know, I don't know. This is that's a hard question because I've done so many wigs thousands of wigs, literally that it's just hard. I remember there was one by Shaad fashions the ml, something that Bob Bob was BOM AF like I wore that all the time. Also Yarbrough bang is a nice one and there was one I think by free trous that looked like this one. I forgot her name right now. That was a nice one tool. I could go over days and days yeah. I got time to you, but now yeah. I think that ml one was like my number one synthetic bob wig Yarra being she did me some justice in a number. I think it was number two and number four that had she was real cute. Like I remember, I would, on my anniversary trip that I had and she looked absolutely amazing with the outfit that I had one so I would do with she was a little bit shorter, but she did her job, though, and I think I think those are like My two top ones that I could think of off the top of my head. There was one Bobby Boyce one, it's actually a human hair, it's red! I wear that to the Wendy Williams Show. I remember that one, that's another, one that I like to wear like. I wear at different places, depending on the occasion it's kind of loud, but it's also not too loud like you can still you'll be out there like boom, but you also kind of be in the background watching like okay, you know on some chill factor mode. I made that up the other day I was like I'm till factum. Alright, now he's like what like yeah, I just made that up anyway, so let's get inside his hair. Now that I've answered of questions and, like I said, don't, forget to check out Monique and see the questions that I asked her and see her responses. So honestly, this is like I maybe won't really do much to this way. This is all this is. What do they call? What I call it's, the plopping go wigs because, yes, you don't really got to do much. It got a little bit of flyaways that you might have to just you know, do whatever, if you wan na, be super duper extra with it and make sure that everything is nice and together, which I'm not going through right now, you could definitely you know some Of y'all has seen me those of you that been following me for a minute, sometimes I'll, just take a little rat tail comb, especially the metal ones, put a little bit of gel right here, hold it down. Sometimes I've used a blow-dryer just hold it down for a little bit and that helps it to kind of lay that little bit of lace. That'S there down, so it doesn't look Wiggy at all and it also helps it from not moving too much as well. So that's something you can definitely, you know keep in mind what I am gon na do, though, just to kind of give us a good look of this wig. Is I'm gon na put a little bit of this foundation up in that part, just to kind of make it pop a little some you see, I was looking right now we bout to make up pop alright. So here we go. You see that pop pop. It'S just coming together: alright boom boom boom boom boom boom. Look at that look at that lay it out. We looking like a scalp now, okay, I see you boo, put a little bit more and honestly, I'm not putting any heat to this. There is a little bit of flyaways what you can do to kind of combat. That is, I don't have the spray in this room right now. I again not, but you could take a little bit of hairspray and just kind of do one of these real, quick and now we'll keep it all together. So you don't have all those crazy flyaways but of course y'all know I have to turn around. So you guys can see the back. Oh, that wait a minute: okay, alright, okay! This is giving me like hot yell southern girl. You know those types of vibes like when you wear this. You ready to show out, like somebody gon na, be talking about you somewhere. It is a little bit longer on this side I do kind of or if I am gon na, keep this one. What I do is probably just cut it just a little bit cuz. That'S like annoying me a little bit. I don't know I'm way like that. Child I mean if I move it up a little bit, but I do feel like right here: it's a perfect spot, so I would just cut it just a like just a little bit just to make sure it's really symmetrical. You know, but other than that I mean this wagon is a witness. This little mama is doing it honey. You can't tell me nothin Bo, I'm ready, I'm ready! Oh, you know what hold on one second one sec all right. Oh right, the only thing that I went to do - and I was like hold dog - was that Pluto. After all, my lashes honey because I had was so. I had one some purple lashes earlier cuz. I was like record day so I had on some purple lashes earlier and I would like not ain't gon na look good with this, so I had taken them off and I forgot to put on some other ones all I uses magnetic lashes y'all. So I just said: I'm button them all the way and these things as hard to find if you drop them so yeah I went and I on I just put on my lashes. You know give me a little extra boost. You know that maybe a little pop a little more I mean I have lashes regular lashes, but I can put on the mascara. All I do is put these on and I'm good to go so yeah we're good. They gave me a little extra boost, but now we ready all right guys, so I have to come back just to do that. What'S a finish up, looking extra cute yeah, but thanks so much for watching.
