Hey guys welcome back to my channel if you're new welcome, my name is Tamara Renee, so you guys we're going to get right into today's video. This is about a unit, I'm just showing y'all what I received in the package, and do you guys see this robe that I got as well Clay Eye hair. So it is giving green moment when I saw this robe. It immediately reminded me of Christmas, and on top of that, the color of this wig that we're working with is like a reddish brown, so this reddish brown and the green robe is definitely giving me Christmas feels okay, okay, so, like I said this unit is from Clay Eye hair. They sent this to me um. This is a kinky straight unit. It is super long. I believe it is 24 inches, I'm not entirely too sure, but everything will be linked in the description box below, as always so do check that out. So you guys already know when it comes to installing my units, I'm going to prepare my hair here, my own hair, I'm just looking it back into like a low bun um. I tried putting on one of my stocking caps, but I didn't like how it looked underneath when I put the wig on top for some odd reason like I I don't know so. That is why I do not have a wig cap underneath today's wig unit video situation a lot of a lot of things going on in my mind, right now, but um I'm going to put on this unit. So when I received this unit, I did not co-wash it. Okay, you guys know how I feel about co-washing units when you receive it, but honestly for for this video I decided not to, and the reason why I feel I didn't have to co-wash was because I didn't have to bleach the knots I did receive this hair In this color, so that's how you know I got it. I didn't do any dyeing or anything like that, but I feel because they dyed the hair, that color also dyed the knots so they're not as big and they're, not as visible as you know how some of these knots be grinning on some of these laces. From these other companies no shade, but it's the truth, so I didn't have to do any of that um. I did pluck the hairline just a tad bit just a tad bit honestly, you guys, I don't be doing too much with these units because you guys know. I don't like live in my wigs, okay, like I put them on and before I go to bed baby, I'm taking it off. Okay, I do not live in my wigs like I, I need my head top to breathe so yeah. I really don't be doing a lot when it comes to these wigs that I get, but I'm still gon na you know do what I got ta do for the video, so I'm gon na go in with this ebbing spray. It'S what I've been using as of late and honestly, it's a miracle. It'S a game. Changer! I no longer use the got to be free spray spray, because, honestly, it was not laying my laces the way I needed it to be laid okay. So, with this lace spray I'm going to spread on my hairline, I'm doing two layers and then I'm going to lay that lace on top and then I'm gon na go in with this headband that I received in the package. This elastic matter from Clay Eye and I'm gon na put that on to help the lace melt. Okay, because we want this wig to look like it's going from my head top, so I'm just gon na do that cut off the lace spray! Some more of this oven spray because um while cutting, I did lift the lace that was already laid. So I'm just gon na do what I got to do and then I'm gon na go in with some of my Foundation powder on the hairline and on the lace itself of the wig to help kind of Disguise it. But let me tell y'all something I'd be finding that when I'm working with my wigs, like in person when I'm on the spot, the lace does not look clockable, but the minute I get on camera like on my computer to edit the lace is clockable and it's Just like what the heck, because I kid you not that's - not what it looks like in person, so please I don't want to hear anything about. Oh hairline is too dense or the lace is showing like girl. We already know what it is. Okay, we got these artificial lights booming in front of me, so it really be doing a lot because trust me, when I'm sitting down and facing the camera, I'm looking at that viewfinder, the lace does not look clockable. So again, it's not clackable in person, but the camera with these lights be picking it up. It'D be a whole different thing. When I see it on the computer, after laying down the lace, I'm gon na go in with some wax spray and my hot comb - and you want to take your time with this - you don't want to rush, because you don't want to burn yourself. Take your time and I'm trying to get the front part of this unit and The Parting area to be laid and flat as possible, and because of how poofy this hair is, I am going to go in with my straightener and just flatten it out. Just a tad bit, I ain't gon na do too much just need to flatten it out because it'll be doing a lot foreign, my straightener, through it really quickly. So this is what it's looking like, but sweetie. I don't want to wear it down. It'S it. I feel it's too much and it's causing a lot of like attention because of the hair, color and the texture. So we throwing this up into a high bun high ponytail situation. So I'm pulling out two pieces in the front and I'm gon na get that out of the way and then we're gon na get this into a high ponytail. So because of how poofy this hair is. Naturally, it was a struggle for me to get it up in a high ponytail, but I got it to work and my plan initially was to curl the ends of the ponytail but sweetie after looking at it, and I'm just like yeah. No, it wouldn't look too good, so I'm like the best thing for me to do, is to tuck the ends in and give it a bun look foreign foreign. So I have my curling iron and I'll be curling. These two front Pieces. Just so you know sass it up make it look a little extra, a little fun little girly, you know foreign and then I'm just going to take the ends of that ponytail tuck it in and create a bun and y'all. This is what it'd be looking like. It'S not a neat type of bun, honestly it ain't, and on top of that this is a 13 by 4 frontal, it's not a 360.. So if you're gon na wear this hair in a bun situation or any type of lace, wigs in a bun situation - and it's not a 360 you're gon na - have to do some work in the back so that it doesn't look too noticeable.
