15:11 Recap

Hey y'all: it's me slayed by Jordan. The company we will be working with today is at shamiri hair. They see me over this 26 inch. 613 wig, let's get into it. As you can see, this wig is Silky straight out the box. It was giving me no shedding it didn't smell. Weird, let's get into the inside construction. We have a 13 by 4, transparent lace that gave us four combs in the inside and an adjustable strap. The lace is transparent. It'S going to bend very good with any skin tone with the proper you know technique. The hairline is pre-plucked, the knots are small in the front. The wig is Bomb, let's get into it. It'S over here at my baby Lynn. We'Re about to get this install started. We'Re using our Ruby kisses double 11, the darkest shade in that palette. We'Ve already applied it just a little bit to her account. Her cat was already given Scout without to make up some really didn't apply. This is the cap, but we are going to apply that makeup to the bottom of the lace. Now, with my 613 wigs, I don't add makeup on top of the lace, because if you add too much makeup or you use the foundation, that's darker than their actual skin, once you install it, it's gon na look weird. So it's my 613. I like to build my makeup on instead of just like you know, going ham like we do with the black hair with the 613 hair. You cannot go ham and that's mainly because you know if you if it goes too dark, it's gon na look weird and if you get makeup on the hair, it's gon na look weird. So I just like to put the makeup underneath and then you know we do as we need to when it's time so right now, I'm starting to wig down using blood thread. If you have a 613 wig and you leave it blunt - please throw it down with blonde thread that way. When the wind blows, you see, blood, everything is blind. You don't want to see anything black so also nobody's blonde wig or do a blonde sew-in or something with black thread. That'S a look. That'S tacky! Y'All go get you some blonde thread at the hair store. So now, as you can see, I'm sewing her wig down in between, like some tracks of the wig, when the wig is too big to wear. When you pull it down, it isn't a braid there for you to sew on, because it's so big, just open the wig up, find the space that's empty, that meets where your last break stops and so right on in between. So, as you can see, I opened that wig up and I start on that space and that's what I did so now. I'M gon na peel her um lace back and we're going to apply our glue. I applied it off camera and now I'm just smoothing it out. As you can see, I laid the glue in the shape of her hairline. Do not lay the glue just straight across it's going to give you such a Wiggy. Look, you don't want to do that and you're going to make sure that you smooth this back as thin and as neatly as possible and let it turn clear before you apply another layer. We did three layers today. You can use as many as you want to the more the more security you will have, or the longevity or you know whatever, so that last layer has turned clear. We did three and now we're just going to lay that lace down making sure that the lace of the the hairline of the lace wig is a little bit in front of the glue um. That way, you don't have that way. You don't glue down any empty spots because that'd be looking weird, so you know just put it just to smidge it a little bit in front of where you laid the glue. Now I'm using my blow dryer and my comb to um secure this lace to her head and then, after that, we're going to go ahead and part out um, because you know Lynn has a very specific hairline. So these hairs right here aren't going to get glued down any type of way. So what I like to do is just go ahead and part those out the way and pull those out by hand, and I give her a custom hairline, because wigs is just more than just gluing down a wig. And then you know just laying some baby hairs. Like no give your clients give your model, give whomever give yourself a custom, hairline customize it to your head, your hairline and after that I'm actually going to go in with my tweezers and then out there front some more just so it doesn't look Wiggy. I hate a Wiki wig. I love a natural looking wig, so that's what we're gon na do and after we do that we're gon na um uh get our side part into place and then we're going to tie this wig down with our elastic band. For about 10 minutes y'all, we just ran through like the foundation of the install just like that baby. So many beaches don't come cheap. I know I know so after her 10 minutes are up. Um, we're gon na take her last event off and then we're gon na proceed to cut that lace. So just stay tuned. Why would you make it safe who you wan na stand up and now we're gon na add some makeup as needed? Go go light-handed, as you can see, I'm showing you the side that has delay still attached on the other side. That did it. As you can see. The side with the lace that was cut was giving scalp y'all. I really melted this to 13 week in like for real, and I I don't did all this talking. I didn't even tell y'all off camera. I did Tone this wig with hot water and purple shampoo, and I did pluck it um some off camera um, because y'all know I let y'all know what I did do off camera, because you know out the boxy does come a little um yellowish and I just Talked that thing right on up baby with that purple, shampoo and hot water like doing low-key, like the watercolor method and then uh condition it with my silicone mix and then after it was dry. I plucked it, and that was that. But back to this cutting up the lace. Call me, as you can see, the wig is giving scalp and I'm in the backyard too excited because I know I just melted this weekend. Lynn, looking like what is going on, but let's just get into the mouth and if you didn't realize by now we are not doing any baby hairs today, no baby hairs, I'm just gon na give you raw, hairline scalp, just straight up, slay baby, no baby hairs Cause I because you know some people really feel like when you do baby hairs. All the time like you really just don't know what you're doing and it's not even that it's just like you know, that's just what the people prefer, but let's keep it real. I can give it to you any way you want to now I'm using our hair Flex, hairspray to melt that lacer and we're going to tie down with our elastic band again. And while it's tied down this time, we're going to go ahead and press that hair out using our flat irons, I flat iron, her hair on 450 degrees um, because my flat iron goes up to 500 Degrees. But if your flat iron goes up to 450 degrees, I would recommend you flat iron it on 410 degrees, because I'm using very, very high heat on blonde hair will cause your blood to discolor. It'Ll start turning brassy on you, so be very careful with that and yeah. You know I usually spray beyond the zone of the hair when I press it, but I ran out and um. I forgot to order it on Amazon or go to status and get it so I just pressed her hair out, naturally um, but I did add some cheese to confusion uh. While I was blow drying the wig um right after I freshly glued it down. I just didn't show that on camera, so I did protect the hair some kind of way, but um yeah we're just gon na press this thing on out again. Thank you, foreign, thank you, foreign. So now we're going to take that elastic band off and you know we just don't comb everything into place and then I'm gon na stand her up and we're going to start uh cutting this wig. I gave this wig a long blunt cut. Um the ends were a little thin and I just wanted this way to like get very much like thick and just flowy and just blonde bombshell. So I gave it a cut and I actually did cut it on camera. For you all. So, let's get into it and I cut the hair even all the way around, but being at the frontal, the frontal is only 20 inches and the rest of the hair was 26 um just to make the front blend in with the back. I did like some layers in the front. I just took it from where the frontal stopped and I just angled it on downwards, towards the back and, as you can see, y'all that cut gave this wig life get into the silkiness the luster of this wig. I haven't even sprayed any shine spray on this wig yet get into it. Let'S do a quick recap. I'Ve been wondering I want to thank you all so much for watching make sure you like share, comment and subscribe check the description box on information on how to purchase this wig, and we got some more bangers coming soon. I love y'all goodbye

Bet_tina2020: I’m not a wig wearer but I love watching installations, lol. And that install looks so natural!!! I LOVE that you didn’t add baby hair bc I feel like it’s always expected with lace front and it makes looks like a typical lace front wig! I love that you created a hairline. Brilliant!

Nichele Washington: I love this color on her! She's the 1st fair skin woman I honestly believe this color fits. Darker skin women rocks the hell out of this color.
