Start To Finish Install | The Most Natural Kinky Straight Wig! Ft. Myshinywigs

Hey loves and welcome back to another video, so, as you guys can tell by the title, i am coming at y'all with another wig install and this wig was sent to me by my shiny wigs. So this is a 22 inch kinky straight wig, and this is a 13 by 6 lace frontal, and i just want to state that this wig has a lot of lace space. I didn't realize how much lace it actually had until i was actually showing you guys on camera, and it had a lot of lace space. So you can definitely do so. Many different styles with this wig is which i love also. This wig was very, very long for 22 inches, which i also liked it was kind of giving me more so, like almost like. A 28 knots drag probably like a 24 inch. Maybe it was really long, which i also love. So i don't know this is my first time ever working with the kinky straight wig and i can honestly say that it was definitely definitely very um, interesting because it actually turned out really really cute and i loved how natural this wig was giving like. It was a very natural look like i said: i've never had a wig like this before, so i really really liked it so and these clips here i'm just plucking, and i don't know if you guys noticed, but a little towards the end of the video you'll, See that i actually plugged a little too much in my frontal area, i was really mad, but it's okay. It wasn't that bad, but i did pluck a little too much. That was my fault um. I don't know. I just was plucking way too much. I didn't notice it, but in these clips here i am plucking the frontal part, and you guys know how much i always stay with my plucking. I just always make sure that i get as much as a natural hairline as i can, because that's what's gon na give us that scalpiana, okay, that's what's gon na give us that natural! Look! Okay with these wigs wig installs! So here i'm just plucking it and plucking. It usually takes me a while. I'M not gon na lie um, but plucking is very tricky because, like i said you guys will see that i actually plucked a little too much. So you just have to be very careful with plugging it's very tricky. Honestly, it is very tricky. You kind of have to just take your time and i guess i was a. I guess i was rushing. I guess you can say so. That'S how i created almost like a bald spot, but it wasn't too bad. It still worked out, it's still kind of giving me a natural look, so i wasn't too mad at it, but i was upset that i did that, but here i'm just plucking it and i bleached the knots you guys saw earlier and this wig took to bleaching Very well, i had no problems, no complaints with this wig everything turned out really good and i'm really happy. I decided to try out this wig because it was different. For me it was definitely different, but it i loved it. I loved the outcome. I loved how everything came out and i would definitely definitely try out another kinky straight wig and i'm definitely going to try out some different styles with this wig as well. In this video, you guys will see me style it in a half up half down but later on in the future. I'Ll probably try some different styles with this wig, because i really do like this wig y'all. But here i'm just showing you guys the aftermath of me plugging i'm, showing you guys the bleach knots all throughout the lace and you guys can see like how perfectly bleached these knots are like they were bleached perfectly like. I was just too obsessed. Everything was coming together, so nicely uh, so i just want to mention. If you see some white in the lace, that's actually my mannequin head. I tend to bleach my knots on top of my mannequin head and then it like seeps through on the mannequin head and then it turns like white. So that's just the mannequin head, but anyway um besides that here you guys see me taking my hot comb and this is where i'm going to be styling it into the style that i want, which is the half of half down. So i'm just taking my hot comb, i'm kind of trying to just flatten out the root almost so it's more so like a sleek half of half down and not like a puffy type of do so that's what i'm doing with my hot comb just trying to Flatten out all the bumps and all the um non-straight pieces in this parting because, like i said i want that sleek half up half down, i don't want the you know, puffy looking if that makes any sense. So that's what i'm doing here, i'm just making sure everything is just nice and sleek. So so slowly but surely everything was coming together perfectly and i was just so excited because everything was just coming out so good. So i just sprayed my part with a little bit of got to be spray, just to kind of give me that sleek hardened look. So when i put my hot cone on top of it, it did become really hard. So that's kind of what i was going for a sleek natural part, so you guys can see here, i'm just taking my edge brush, making sure everything is linked back and i don't know if you guys can kind of see. But you can kind of see where i plucked too much um on the right side here, but it's okay. Like i said we we made it work, it's okay, but um yeah. So i'm just taking a rubber band parting, my hair put it into a ponytail and what i'm gon na do is wrap hair around the hair tie. So you can't see the rubber band, so i actually like that. Look a lot um. It just adds more to the hair. I feel like it's, not just you know the rubber band showing it's hair to cover. I don't know i just really like that. Look, so that's what i'm doing here and honestly, i can say it's so much easier. I think to style your hair on top of the mannequin head, but the problem with that is, you just got to make sure everything is lined up for when you put it on your head. So what i actually did was put the wig on my head. First and kind of part out where i wanted my parting to be, and then that's when i put it back in the mannequin head and styled it. So i can kind of see more so of how everything is going to look and how everything's going to flow. So yeah, that's what i'm just doing here. You guys can see, but sometimes on american head. It is honestly it is easier, but you just got to make sure everything's like, even because there's been times i've styled hair on a mannequin head and it was just ended up being way uneven on my real head. So i just wanted to put that out there, but yeah, i'm just taking my hot comb again to make sure everything is flat, so okay, yeah so time for the install. So you guys know with my wigs. I usually do the wall cap method and this time around, i use like this cream foundation. I ordered it on amazon, but i think it's a little too dark for my skin tone, because when i did put my wig on, i felt like the lace was a little bit dark. Usually i just use my powder, so i guess i may either order in a different shade or just stick to using my powder, but i noticed when i did use it was a little bit dark, but other than that everything was fine um here, i'm just using My ghostbun glue - and i ordered this also on amazon - i really want to try out another glue. I haven't purchased any new ones. I either want to try the gummy lace glue or i want to try the erica j lace, glue, um, so hopefully in the future. I'Ll get to try out one of those, but here i'm just using my elastic band and don't mind it y'all, it's just really dirty. I honestly use this thing like all the time. It'S honestly a lifesaver. This just helps melt your lace into your hair perfectly, and it just makes everything so seamless. So, as my elastic band is sitting on my lace, i'm just going to go in with my flat iron once again, just to make sure um everything is kind of just less puffy. If that makes any sense, so i with this hair, you can leave it in the natural state as the puffy look when it comes out of the package, but i just kind of wanted it to seem more so tame. So that's why i'm using my flat iron just passing through a few times here. You guys will see me going with some powder. This is the bare minerals powder. I got this from sephora and i've honestly had this for a really long time and i use it most of the time for all of my wigs. So i'm just going back in with the powder, and here you guys will see me taking my elastic band, i'm just going in with my razor and just cutting off all that excess lace and we're going to start styling. This hair, you guys, will see me take my baby hairs now and y'all know i well. I try to remember now to use my flat iron to help me with my baby hairs and i can honestly say it makes a huge difference and i honestly love doing that trick so much. But so you guys will see me use my flat iron to get these baby hairs on fleek, hey my love and welcome back to my channel. I'M just going to talk about this hair because you guys have seen me install it. Do my baby hairs all that good stuff already? So let me just talk to y'all about this hair, so this hair is a kink kinky straight 22 inch wig, and this wig i'm gon na just tell y'all right now. This wig is long like this is way longer than 22 inches. This is giving me like a low-key 24. Maybe i don't know, but this time it's really long like up close. It kind of has like a very very natural texture like this is really it's getting very, very natural. Like look at that really long um, this wig is really puffy, as you guys can see. I just passed my flat iron through a couple more times because straight out of the package, it is really puffy, but that's what this that's the type of texture this hair is. This hair is kinky straight, so you're not really going to get that bone straight. Look! You'Re, mostly going to get that blown out natural look. So that's what this wig is giving is definitely giving me natural vibes and i'm just too upset. It'S really big hair like because of how the texture of this hair is. It'S really blown out and it kind of gives that big, puffy look, which almost that's. Basically, what gives it that natural look, which i really do like and i'm so happy. I decided to try out this wig, i'm so happy with how everything came out and this wig. Actually, i was very easy to work with. I know it may look really like big and intimidating on camera, but it actually was very easy to work with which i'm really happy about it. Kind of it's, like all the steps for me, were like one. Two three, like i didn't, feel like hard for me to work with with this hair, like everything was just one two three, i bleached the knots did the baby hairs flat, ironed it and it was like almost good to go like it was kind of really easy To work the first time ever working with a kinky straight wig, so i was really. I was excited to see how it was going to look on me and honestly, i'm not too mad with it. I'M actually really happy with how everything came out. You guys saw me: do my baby hairs bleach the knots all that good stuff it took to bleaching very well like this is giving me scalp right now like this is giving me natural hair vibes, like i'm telling y'all like if i was to walk out of The house right now with this wig on i'm pretty sure a lot of people would assume that this is my real hair, because that's what it's getting it's giving me natural, but um yeah, i'm actually really happy with how everything came out. This is my first time, like i said ever, working with this textured hair, so i was really curious to see how it was gon na look on me and i'm not mad with that. I'M actually really happy um. This wig was sent to me by my shredding. Wig, so i will have all the information in the description box down below mainly what i did was just pass, my flat iron through a couple times on the parting. I did use my flat iron um and that's about it. I just did my baby hairs. You guys saw that, but there's not much to really say about this hair after i bleached the knots and washed the hair. It dried like really quickly, i think, because of the texture of the hair, it dries like really quickly. So i put my dryer on it and it was dried in minutes or so, but i actually really do like this. Hair is different. I'Ve never had a wig like this but, like i said it kind of almost looks like my natural hair, but just blown out. That'S what it's giving me so i'm actually really happy with this wig. I think it turned out really cute um. I just did a cute little half up half down do. I was just gon na. Do a simple side, part middle part, but i'm like i could try something different for one. So i tried to do a cute little half of half down and at first i wasn't gon na do baby hairs in the front, but my forehead was just looking too big, so i had to put some type of baby hairs. Yeah everything turned out really good. I'M really happy with this install um, if you guys want to know more specific details about this hair.
