My First Time Trying Bombshell Curls! Ft Yolissa Hair

We upload a new video, so you guys today, i'm working with your list of hair, and this is a body wave wig in 24 inches. It is a five by five closure which saved my life today, because y'all know we in a moving process and i've been packing all day, and if i look tired, it's because i am tired, but you guys i wanted to try the bombshell curls on this wig. This hair is really silky and i wanted to try something different and y'all know. I'M not like really the curl type like i like curly hair, but i like curly hair, that i ain't got a curl. You get what i mean so i wanted. I really wanted to try these curls and i went by a curling iron just for this, so i hope y'all like it anyways. I am doing my one method install with my even spray. I put it along the perimeter where the lace was going to be, and then i put the lace on top blow dried it for maybe two to three minutes and then i started pressing the lace into the where i put the even spray. So i am taking off my access lace because i know i don't need it, but anywho y'all. I completely messed up this install. I did the dumbest thing ever so when you're doing your install and you put the glue on even though it may appear to be dry. Sometimes it's not all the way dry. That'S where the wig band come into play and that's why you have to put the wig band on to make sure that your lace is nice and set and dry. My stupid self putting got to be free spray. On top of that, and then i try to hurry up and put a wig band on, because i knew i just made a mistake, but it was just a obvious slime going across and i just wanted to get rid of it. So i tried to melt it. A little bit more and it it didn't work out. Okay, look! It'S way, it wasn't even sticking to my forehead at that point anywho i had to go in and do it all over again - and this is the perfect time for me to show you guys how you install a wig on a preview like a previously cut lace. You just put it on top, because i know a lot of people will be like well, how do you, how do you put a wig that don't have the the new wigs that don't have the excess lace on it? How do you put that on? And i just showed y'all, so it's so easy, it's probably easier than the wigs that have the fresh lace on it. So i'm putting my wig band on again because i need to let that settle and let that melt, something that i should have did before. But y'all look at this hair. It'S giving me rapunzel vibes. It'S really dark, usually um, my wigs be like natural color. I can kind of see the color peeping through, but it looks it just looks jet black to me. Almost it was really thick and long. So that's a plus um, so i decided to do a middle part. I could have did a side part with the five by five closure, but i don't know i just opted for a middle part um just because i'm not all the way familiar with these curls and i didn't want to do a side part, and then it just Didn'T look right, so you know you can't go wrong with the middle part when you don't know what you're doing okay, so i use my wax stick and i put it all along the top of my wig, because you know i need that to be super flat And i'm going in with my press comb on 450 degrees to make sure all of my wax melt into my hair and that everything gets nice and smooth and flat at the top i'm going in with my paddle brush, because i need to brush my hair. All the way through now this was the first time me trying on this wig um. I did bleach the knots and plucked the frontal, but this is my first time like actually putting it on and i had to wash it and it came with body wave curls but um those got lost when i started when i washed the wig. So i'm going in with my heat, protectant serum and i'm just putting it everywhere, because i need my curls to be nice and silky and smooth looking, i'm going in with my scissors to layer the front a little bit. I don't really curl hair, but i do know that if you want to get the bombshell curls, you have to layer the front of your hair, i'm not an expert y'all, i'm not a professional. I just literally wing it. I do what i feel will look great. So i'm taking small sections and i'm curling the hair down, and if i had to change one thing about the way that i did this hair is that i wouldn't do it that way. I would do it. I would do it going up if you know what i mean, because i feel like i didn't get that the look that i wanted to the curls were still beautiful, but i just didn't get the the look that i wanted so next time. I'M going to remember to curl the hair going up and set it down, so i use clips on each section because i didn't want my curls to fall, so i didn't buy any holding sprays. So i decided to use my got to be freeze spray and i figured that does the same thing as you know like a traditional holding spray and i just spray both sides. I did the other side off camera because you know it was really repetitive. So i didn't want y'all to be just in here watching me curl, my hair, so i'm taking the clips out and i'm going to take a wide tooth comb and i'm going to comb these curls through. So this hair had no tangles, it had no shading. I literally can just comb through this hair and i have no problems even with a rat tail comb um. This is how the curls turned out super pretty. I should have layered it a little bit more on the sides and i should like i said i should have curled up instead of down, but i still like the turnout. I would definitely be trying this style again. I it's a must because i i don't feel like i failed, but i just feel like it's not. You know how i like it to be so i take my wig bin off and the lace is completely melted um. This is a hd lace y'all. So when you're looking for a wig, make sure you're looking for a wig with hd lace, because that mug is gon na melt in your skin. If you, if you install it right, i'm putting concealer in my part to match with you know my face and stuff and then i'm flattening out the top a little bit more and that is going to be the look y'all.
