I Got A Good Wig From Amazon | Ainmeys Hair

Okay, y'all, i'm in the bathroom, so y'all know when i'm in the bathroom. What type of video we about to do well, sometimes it'd be a skincare video, sometimes it'd be a hair, video but um. I bought a wig and it's from amazon um and you know what let me not say too much. Let'S just get into the video all right y'all, so my birthday is coming up soon march 12, pisces gang all that good stuff right. I'Ve been natural and not doing nothing with my hair for the past year right, if y'all haven't seen my one month, big chop anniversary video go check that out um and you'll, see that i really used to like switch my hair up, like i really used to Do this hair switching up, i'm not the type of person who'd be like! Oh, you know, people gon na know it's a wig yeah. No, it's a wig the anyway, so i've never done a wig before never wore a wing. Never none of that and when i wore weaves at the end and end of my weave experience did i start wearing closures after that and i've never had a lace closure. Before ever i had a silk face closure when that was a thing very short-lived, but yeah. So, basically, i bought away from amazon here's the picture right here and i've already seen it and it looks good i'm about to show y'all. So my friends who wear wigs, told me that this is what i have to do to basically get my wig to be cute right and so it's a process. So we have to one co-wash it. We have to two pluck the hairline. It said pre-pluck with a plastic apart, but they didn't plus like the front of the closure. So i think i might pluck some of that step. Three do baby hairs, step four cut the lace and step five is trim the weave if it's needed and then put it on my head and style it. So, let's get into step one. Let me show y'all the wig, so it came like this from amazon. I already combed it out low-key, not combed it, but you know like finger, went through it. They gave me this um cap, which is actually a pretty good color for my head. It looks dark as all right, but it's not that bad, because, honestly, i'm not trying to do the most when it comes to this wig, so we trying to make this as nice as possible. So all right. So this is what the wig looks like. Let me bring it up close, so y'all see the part right. That is not a bad part. I looked at a lot of my friends pages that have curly hair and they parts be like this thick, like i feel like i'm not trying to pluck the part, because that's gon na be od right, um, so yeah, it's 14 inches. This is the curl pattern. Um this is the closure. It'S a 4x4. This is the inside of the wig um pretty nice. To me, it has like a little adjustable clip on the back. Has some lace in the back? I guess maybe, if you want to do that, i'm not doing that. Um, the only thing i would say about this wig is i'm really just not sure about cutting lace and like a little bit of string, is on like the front of this lace. So i don't know how that goes with cutting it, but i'm still gon na cut it anyway and just hope for the best um, because i don't want the hair to be up. But honestly, it's like on the edge but we're still gon na cut it. Because if anything, we just gon na do some, you know, but this is the hairline right, which is not bad, and the closure is short but like also acceptable, so yeah, i'm not even mad at it, i'm not even mad for 76 dollars, i'm not mad at It okay but anyways, so we know that we need to condition this hair and co-wash it before anything. So what we're gon na do is co wash it because i want to be able to like let it sit in the conditioner before washing it out, and then i'm going to put it in a bag too, when i condition it and on my nail and then I'M going to brush the conditioner through, let it sit then wash it out and continue and let it air dry or i think i should pluck it while it's still wet. I think people say it's easier to pluck it when it's wet, we'll we'll decide, but either way we're going to co-wash it. Let it sit brush it through and then we'll figure out if we have to pluck the hair while it's wet or when it's dry. Okay. So the conditioner that we're using is this tgin conditioner, i'm not buying. No, i'm sorry weave is weak, but you know what i did buy this though i did buy this to style it some nairobi, because i don't want to put no gel in it or nothing. Harsh so yeah, so let's get into washing i'm kind of scared. I don't know what this is about to be like, haven't, had weaving mad long and i'm thinking. Maybe i should just brush it out with my regular curly brush. I don't know i don't know, i don't know we'll we'll decide. So this is the aftermath, i'm not even mad at it, like. I literally just got it out the pack so or out the the whatever um. This is what it's giving wet um yeah. I think i'm just gon na split it and put it into two twists and put it in a plastic bag to condition for the day. Okay, guys we are back in this thing. Kenzie is here and she will probably be coaching me through this. We have our wig and we have let it sit it whoops. We have let it sit in conditioner for a whole day. Actually, i think it's literally been 24 hours, so let me show y'all what it's looking like. This is what it's giving it's satin conditioner and i put it, did you twist? It yeah. I put it in two twins, so it would stay detangle and the whole thing is detangled. Let'S see it smells very much so like my conditioner, it doesn't really have the like just smell yeah. It doesn't really have the weave smell, it just smells like conditioner, but of course it also smells like hair. In the same way, i don't know how to describe it. If you wear weave, you know what i'm talking about. So i would just leave it like this, but we're not gon na. Do that so we're going to wash out the conditioner, then i went to marshalls and i got some tweezers and we're going to tweeze the hairline while it's damp, while after i wash out the conditioner. So we're going to do that. Okay, guys so hair is washed through. This is what the curls are giving again. This is wet curly hair. I want to say the density is like 150, some regular and now we are going to pluck the front, not od, but we're just gon na pluck it. So that this doesn't look as thick, even though i'm not gon na wear the hair push back like this, but even so as it's just falling forward. We want this hairline to not be thick okay, okay, y'all! So i'm coming back after the last clip because i did not leave the wig like that. I thought in the moment, because you know that was like my first. That was literally the first day that i did anything to the wig. I was like yeah looks bad and then i looked at it and looked at it and looked at it and like re-watched the video clips, and i was just like okay, the style like the plucking and everything like that. We'Ve got that, like cue, calm, nice like doing like angles like cuts or whatever cute, but um yeah like the overall style, was not giving take a photo of me. It was not giving selfie, it was not giving birthday. The whole wig is basically for my birthday. I'M sure i'm gon na start wearing it like i'm wearing i've been wearing it like. I wore it once last week and i wore it once this weekend and i'm about to wear it today, because i just want to like get used to what it looks like on me right now. My hair is twisted um when i actually wear my wig, though, for my birthday you'll see in whatever next video that i put up, i think um that i'm going to braid my hair down. So i don't because twists are okay, but unless i tie it down with the scarf, obviously they're like still a little like puffy, but this is like tied down with the scarf. So it could look, you know optimal or whatever nice as nice as possible. When i go on my birthday trip, i'm going to get my hair braided in straight backs, so we have our wig here and honestly. This wig is really good um, like density, i feel like the only thing that scares me is like the top, because it's just like, i don't know lace, but i don't know it's fine um. This is what it looks like after i cut it like dry or whatever, but let's get into how i put it on okay, so undecided when i have braids, if i'm going to wear this cap, but this came with it. So why not? It'S low-key! Darker than me we're not even gon na you know it is, but it's fine all is long chocolate, chocolate all right, so we're out of the bathroom it's not bright outside. Let'S see if we can see y'all see y'all because i feel, like my part, looks really natural in real life. Let me see if we can give ring light, see we're going to give you all the clothes right, not bad, honestly, first wig, not bad right. Honestly. I feel like as it dries, let's see if we can see y'all you just scrunch it and and then i'm going to come back when it is like, obviously not 100 dry, but when it is partially dry, so y'all can see what it be giving. But this is basically the look i think i cut it to, like, i don't know - maybe 12 inches 10 12 inches being at my shoulders or whatever, but i really like it this length. I feel like it's really cute and fits me really well, so i'm just going to be chilling, scrunching chilling, scrunching and yeah, that's it! So when it's done, i will give you all my final thoughts on the wig okay guys. So this is the final book. Okay, hold on, let me show y'all up close what it's giving right. This is what it's giving, but honestly, once once it's like dry like this, you can pretty much. You know, do whatever little, you know like hair movements, you want to do shake it out. Um! All that stuff, i'm not used to getting the little hairs in my eye, but literally i just scrunch it up like this. That'S it on this side, scrunch it up on this side and scrunch it in the back and honestly, it is basically done like i just pull it up a little bit here. So it gives you know what needs to be gave shape wise, but um yeah. Sorry y'all i'm looking in the mirror, because i want y'all to get a good picture of what i'd be doing but yeah this is it cheap, cheap way, very good quality, though honestly only thing i would change about. This is a longer closure like if the closure was like this length or whatever that would be great or if it was already angled cut, but i also like that i was able to do that myself and just shorten it to here. I honestly would not recommend like just me personally, i feel like this wig is perfect, with the 4x4 closure or whatever being this short, because it's like, obviously you don't need baby hairs. You don't need all that it's cute, as is, if you was gon na, do longer. I would literally double it like if this was 14, i'm getting 26 28, something like that, something long and then okay, you would probably want something where you could swoop it. A bigger closure whatever so that you could get that you know feel on the top, so it wouldn't just be like. Oh, you have long ass hairs down, because for this it's like okay, you can shape it and all that stuff to where it's like these. Two little cute, like short bangs, look nice and you don't need nothing done in the in the front because it's just shoot, like short cute to the point, all that stuff but longer for sure would do like you know some baby hair action. But honestly, for this being hashtag, my first wig hashtag baby's first wig um. I really like that this has no baby hairs, that the closure is simple and to the point - and you know it's just cute, so i hope you guys enjoyed this video. It was a it was a journey uh. I definitely use youtube sometimes for like seeing how people was doing their parts and seeing how they was flattening it and stuff just from like looking, but a lot of my friends do that off the regular um but yeah i enjoyed this video i enjoyed making it.
