Hey y'all welcome back to my channel so for today's video i'm going to be showing you how i slayed this bomb, wig y'all, this wig came from a company called unite on amazon and it is so freaking cute. It was so easy for me to install. I got it on my head and maybe like 20 minutes, i didn't bleach no knots. I didn't do none of that! No bottle cap method. None of that. So if you want to see how i slayed this wig then keep watching girl. Okay, let's get right into it, y'all so here goes the wig. I had washed it deep conditioned it, i'm just showing you the lace. It does have like this fake scalp like fabric under there, so i didn't even have to worry about bleaching it. The only thing tracks are right there, so you don't get a big partner space, it's literally just a middle part, wig, but yeah. I got my meals going on, so we bout to go ahead and get started. Y'All um, this wig does come with clips in the back and adjustable strap, so i adjusted it to the tightness that i needed. I took my braids underneath and yeah yeah, and i was actually happy that this wig did not need any bleaching or anything you just pop it right on and as y'all can see, it already looks good. I do like the fact that it came down like a little past, my hairline, which is good. So if the wind blows and stuff you know, i didn't have to worry about my natural edges. You know showing but yeah the lace is pretty thin um. I was already liking it as soon as i put the wig on my head. Okay, so i'm going to go ahead and glue down this front, so i just um ended up using some got to be gel, so i clicked back the hair, so it wouldn't be in my way. I put just a little bit of glue as i can see on my fingers, and i just went ahead and rubbed that right, um right where my hairline ends at um. You never want to pull your wig down too far, because then that's when it starts to look wiggy, so i put it right where my hairline stopped at and i was wearing this unit out of town. So i made sure i like double layered the glue, because i wanted it to hold all weekend and it did. I went ahead and used my blow dryer just to help it dry faster and i just kept rubbing it in you know to make sure it gets clear. You always want to make sure whether you're using gel glue, whatever girl, keep wiping it in until the gel or the glue turns clear other than that it's going to be a sticky mess when you lay it back down. I went ahead just for extra security and spray, some gossipy spray on it too. Like i said y'all, i needed this wig to stay down. Okay, it needed to stay down all weekend, so i went ahead and put some got to be spray on it as well, and then i went ahead and pulled down the lace to where i wanted it to start, and i went ahead and blow dried. The got to be sprayed down as well. I went ahead and grabbed my red tail comb just to press that lace in that's going to help it like melt. It'S going to help the lace melt. You can use your finger too, but sometimes your fingers be sticky and stuff from the glue, so press and press and press and let that blow dryer do its job y'all that blow dryer was so hot. I was like burning my forehead, but girl beauty is pain. So we got ta, do we got ta do okay, but as i can see it laid down, it melted, good um. I went ahead and grabbed me some little bitty scissors and i went to cut the lace now watch what i do watch. How watch how i cut this lace? Okay, when you cut the lace, look how my scissors go up down up there up there up down up down, you have to cut in a jagged motion. That'S what's going to help it look natural if you cut straight across girl, it's going like a helmet trust me girl. I did not like how far back i had that wig i was like uh. Should i push it closer, but i literally did not have time. I had a fight to catch so girl. I was just giving pretty girl big forehead that weekend. I went ahead and grabbed my edge scarf. If you don't have an edge scarf girl, you need one like you can use a big regular scarf if you want to, but the thing with those they cover up. You know the top of your hair, so i like to multitask so i'll, go ahead and tie down my edges with the edge scarf. Then that keeps the rest of the hair open. So you can, you know, go ahead and start flat, ironing it hot combing it stuff like that. So i went ahead and tie on my edge scarf press it down. Okay, and then i grab my hot comb because you need your wig flat at the top y'all. Be wondering, oh, my hair still look wiggy girl because it needs to be flat at the top okay, so i went ahead and i started to flatten it, and it really be that that back part leave me a comment down below. If you know what i mean grab me, the top part, you need to get that flat, so i just kept passing my flat iron through the top, especially on the back part, to make sure that it was laying flat. Okay, i like flat wigs, i went in with a wax stick. If you don't know about it now, you do get your wax fig, that's going to really help lay down flyaways, and then it also just helps your wig get flat, especially if you grade where your hair straight, you want the top of that wig to lay flat Girl, so i use the wax stick then look. I went right on back in with that hot comb don't play with me. Oh baby, i was given natural flat scalp. I don't know i just like my wigs flat um. I went ahead and start burning out my hair y'all. I was in a rush, so i didn't really have the time to piece by piece. If you really want bone bone straight hair - yes section it off, do the chase method where you use like a brush, as you can see me, do there i kind of like chase my brush after it, but i was literally in a rush, which is why i Did not section off my hair, but it still turned out. You know cute anyway, okay, so once i got it all flattened enough, you know i went ahead with just some regular old oil sheen and sprayed it. You always want to spray the oil sheen. You know not too close, so it don't be super oily or anything and weigh down your hair um. Next i went in with some makeup just to define my part a little more. So that's what you see me doing here is just you know, putting some makeup in there, even though the part was it was okay already, but i just wanted to like, i said, define the part, so i went ahead and did that now i see in the Front it has like a little space. Y'All can see when i take off this hair wrap y'all, see that like little bald looking space, i don't like deep. I do not like big, so i went in with like a dark um. I use this color like for my contour, but i went in with some dark makeup to like fill in that spot because girl, i wasn't about to be out here with a bald spot, but as i can see it worked. That'S what i'm saying when it comes to your hair girl. You can always finesse, you can finish it, so this is actually when i cut my um baby hairs right here. I start tweezing them out. I do not like thick baby hairs so right here you see me just tweezing and tweezing, because i wanted to thin out that section of hair that i was gary cut to make my baby hair. So i went ahead and cut it off and when i do middle parts, i don't like the two baby hairs like on each side to each his own. But no i like that one swoop. So i went ahead and grabbed my nairobi foam and i went ahead and did my little swoopy whoop y'all, see that swoop boom swoopy whoop right in the front and just take your time when you be doing your little baby, hairs and stuff, i ended up taking Some uh more got to be gel and putting it on that baby hair. Just so it can lay down more. The foam helps it. You know, move the way you need, but then that gels gon na help it not move no more um. So that's why i did that and just take your time when you do your baby hair, so you can get it right. Oh look at her, oh baby, oh baby! What and yeah it's looking good okay y'all! So that's gon na wrap up this video. As you can see, it really was not difficult at all for me to install this hair um. This hair is 16 inches. Let me show y'all, it's 16 inches, so it's not too long and it gives like a real, like you know, like natural type of feel natural type of look. This is a closure wig as y'all could see. But if you ask me, i feel, like it looks pretty good. I did not uh have to bleach no knots or anything because, like y'all seen it had that like fabric or something under here. So that's perfect because i didn't need to put like no no ball. Cap, no, nothing! I just literally put it on my head um. I did put me some baby hairs here, but that's it like that's all. I did and i think it's so cute, it's so lightweight and flowy. So yeah. If you are looking for an inexpensive wig, you know something real cute just to throw on you, ain't got to worry about, you know doing the frontal and all that because frontals is cool, but after a while, we get like tired like doing all that stuff.
