So if you're, looking for the most basic wig tutorial, you've come to the right place, hi guys welcome back to my channel ashley here. So if you are new to my channel, thank you for tuning in, if you're an og as usual. Thank you for the continued support, so today i'm bringing you guys something a little bit different. It is a hair tutorial. This is a 5x5 closure wig. Yes, it looks like a frontal but no honey. It'S a closure wig! So guys. If you'd like to see how i slayed this unit, don't forget to like comment and subscribe and also hit that bell notification, so you know when i upload and stay tuned. So let's get into this unit, so i ordered a 30 inch wig from yolissa here. The hair is thick for me to tape honey. This is exactly how it looks. I washed it. I washed it in conditioner as soon as i took it out, so it is a 5x5 closure wig i purchased this for 466.03. I don't feel like it's a lot of money, maybe i'm biased, but i think it's very reasonable in terms of a wig came in this silk bag. That also came with a pair of make lashes and a pack of wig caps, so it came with two nude wig caps and a pack of mink lashes. I really love this bag because it'll be great to store my wig when i go on vacation, so i ordered again the 5x5 and i ordered a 250 density. It'S like on the inside. It also came with a strap that i sewed on, mainly because i, like my wigs, tight okay, i want them snug, i don't want them going anywhere when we get a a nice breeze out here so um. It also came with two of these clips on the sides right here. I cut them off because it keeps snagging my edges and i need my edges, so i just cut them off and between the strap it's enough for me. I didn't really need those side clips and i'll bleach it with 30 developer and the powder. Now i left it on for 14 minutes exactly now. I did it in two separate intervals, so seven minutes and then seven minutes now the one thing about putting 30 developer on your closure. You got ta watch it. It'S like frying planted. You turn around next minute. It bun, so you got ta. Make sure that you wash your closure, because you know you don't want to over bleach. So after i finished bleaching the closure, then i use the not my daughter's purple shampoo to get rid of some of the brassiness in perfectly bleached knots. Now this is a swiss closure, they had hd, but i was like you know what i'm just gon na get the swiss. I hate it's really good, but the knots bleached wonderfully like 14 minutes was perfect, so i'm very basic when it comes to my wig. So i am just going to cut this lace off and then get into styling and yeah, so i popped on this wig and i parted it down the middle. So i don't really use the bowl cap method, i'm very low maintenance. When it comes to these things. I don't like commitment: okay, a boycott messages, commitment, a lace with his commitment. I want to be able to come home and take my wig off and throw it on the bed. Okay, that's how i like my wig. So if you like, your wigs like that, you've come to the right place, so i part it right down the middle. I do have a wax. Stick. I'M gon na try, i'm not used to using that. I usually just go in with the hot comb, but i'm going to try to wax it because maybe it might make it lie down a little bit better. So i am going with the carrot care styling wax. Stick. I'Ve had this for forever and there's definitely hair stuck on it, but i'm just gon na put a little bit in the middle. I find my wigs last longer when i do this type of method in terms of parting, that bad boy down the middle and going about my business, because i just the whole gluing and don't get me wrong. I like a good lace, but sometimes i just want to pop on and go so i'm just applying this hot comb in the middle part. Honestly, i really like to do this on my mannequin head, not my actual head because i say get burned, so i'm very carefully trying to get it as close as possible. This hair is so soft y'all like this. Just don't make no sense. It'S so soft. Like look at that - and i like a lot of hair, so that's why i ordered the 250 density, because i'm a person that likes five bundles on their wigs. So now that i find that out a little bit, i'm going to go with my babyliss flat iron. Now this is the og babies flat iron honey. They don't make this anymore. I'Ve had this for, like five six years now, and i've had two bed bath and beyond used to sell this, and i remember paying like 140, but i had my 20 of coupon and yeah. They don't make this anymore, it's different, but this is the og. When i tell you this is like, if i had one tool to bring, would be this so sometimes i take my hair by sections or i just rough straighten. It like run it through, but, as you can see, it looks so silky as i'm running the iron through it and i usually flat on my hair on 410. I try not to leave it too long when i flat iron, the hair, mainly because hair burns at 360 degrees and the more heat you put on your hair, the more damage you'll be seeing like a lot of flyaways breakage. It looks brittle so i try to just run it through it. No, this hair looks so good, ran the flat iron through this, and when i tell you it flat irons like butter, butter, okay, this is lando lakes, and this is what the ends look like after i flat ironed it. I just ran it through. I didn't do like a hard press, so after i flattened my hair, i like to put a little serum just to give it a little bit of sheen. My friend put me on to the biosilk silk therapy. If you don't have this, it will definitely change your life in terms of your units, honey. I just put like a little bit. I don't even open the cap fully so just like about this much. If you can see it, and then i just run my hands through my hair, don't forget to get the tips and also one tip. If you feel like you do have some flyaways, you can just spray a little bit of got to be right. Where you see the flower ways and just press down and yeah, you won't see any more flyaways promise, so i just threw on a lip, and i also put some concealer down my middle part. Now i use the same concealer that i used to cover up my brows and straight down with the brush. I just use the flat brush to carve out my brows right down the middle and here's a little got to be. I can just spray. This is this work. Oh, i think my got to be is broken guys. This hair is definitely worth it. I would definitely purchase another awake from you. Alyssa the hair is beautiful. It feels so soft. I can run my fingers through it. I was actually wearing it for the past few days with the lace still on, because i was like i knew i had to do a tutorial but yeah and it was beautiful. I just wore it in its natural state, and i you just wash it like you, wash your regular hair, wash deep condition. I use the garnier fructis shampoo and conditioner to wash this unit, as i do with all of my other units, and it works just as great so guys as usual. Thank you for tuning, in guys, don't forget to comment down below if you've ever purchased from yolissa hair and tell me what you think about today's tutorial and as usual, guys until next time. Thanks for watching
