West Kiss Kinky Curly 6X6 Closure 28 Inch Wig Detailed Review And Instal.Curl Definition And Routine

So this is going to be my west kiss hair review and before i get into that, i'm just going to start by saying i'm so so so terrified to record this video because of my skin. I'Ve recently got some like new acne scars and they're quite dark. As you can see, i have been doing obviously skincare, like the ordinary, simple products masks and things. So i think i would like do a separate video if you want me to on my skincare um on what i'm doing, if you have any tips for me to help acne scar or acne in general. So if you didn't know, if you're new here to my channel, i did shave off my head - bold, bold, about two weeks. Well, definitely! Well, it's been two weeks now exactly two weeks two weeks ago on the 25th of october, so it's been two weeks now, and this is the two week update. So this is how it looks and i can actually pinch the hair now i couldn't pinch it a week ago, so i can pinch it now. I know it's nothing but yeah. It'S so interesting, just to see the different stages of the growth and things like that. So yeah, this is how it looks and before i start showing the hair, i'm just going to show you guys how i basically lay my hair and things like that. So the first thing i do before i put my wig on is i put the olive oil moisturizing, hair lotion and all these products will be linked in the description. So don't worry about this much, and i rub that in my hand - and i just like massage again and also you want to um start with like a damp hair, so i've just got out the shower. If you, you know, if you haven't just got out the shower, getting spray bottles spray, your hair, so it's you know moist, so that the moisture can seal properly. So i've done that the next thing we're going to go in with is the olive oil, scalp oil and you're just going to need a bit of this like that and we're gon na do the same thing again, i'm trying to not be too like rough, i'm Just trying to rub in one direction and then that goes in there and the last thing that we have is an ordinary multi density, hair serum, and this is new. I think it's the one week update on my hair and i show you guys the products i've been using and i just put a few drops of that in and i massage that in so that's basically what i do to prep my hair, um yeah and that's It so that's how i start before i put my wig on. I do those three steps in the morning and at night, so currently it's the morning, so it's done, and i won't do this until bedtime after my shower. So this is the hair. This is the part you obviously want to see. This is how it looks just to show you guys the visuals. All i have done so far is: i have washed the hair, so the only thing i've done so far is i've used the herbal essence, hello, hydration, shampoo and conditioner. That'S what i've used. I will link everything. So don't worry. So that's what i've done, shampooed and conditioned and that's it. So that's why the hair is wet. So this is how the hair looks in its natural state without any products, and you can see the wig has clips. So it's got one here and it's got another one here and i think that's it and it's got adjustable straps, but i did pay extra for this. So i'm just gon na quickly talk about like the hair details and things like that. Um just like questions. I know i'm definitely going to get so i've just written some notes about the hair, so the hair is from west kiss hair. I got it on the website, not aliexpress, so i went on google typed west, kiss hair and that's why i purchased it. I didn't put, i know, there's another whiskey's hair on aliexpress. I don't know if that's the same thing, but just go on the website, because that's how i purchased mine. So this is a 6x6 ready-made wig and all that means is. The closure is six by six. Like six inches six inches that way as well. That'S all that means in case you don't know what that is. So it's a closure. It'S not a front. I just wanted it like ready made and also this video isn't sponsored. So i did spend my hard earned money on this hair. So if this hair is trash, i will definitely let you know it's trash and i will you know: there'll be some smoke, so yeah, it's already made wig and i spent 317 pounds 48 pounds that that's obviously in great british pounds so in dollars. I don't know how much that is, but i will like convert it just to you guys can see roughly how much you might expect to spend so that is 317 pounds 48 pounds. That is not cheap. That is really expensive. But then again, if you think about it, curly hair, especially long curly hair. So this is 28 inches, and this is how long it looks. You can see it's long when i wear it. It comes to my waist i'll, probably insert like pictures and videos. So you can see how, where it comes up to on me so yeah that is not cheap for curly hair. But if you think about it, the wig has already been made. Um, it's got adjustable straps and yeah. It'S curly, hair, curly hair isn't cheap. Like the last curly hair i had, which was just bundles and uh, which was just bundles and the closure. That was like nearly 250 pounds. No, it wasn't. It was like 200 pounds from aliexpress, but that was some cheap and bad hair, like this hair gave me issues this hair like matted everywhere. So i was ready to spend a little bit more 100 pounds more to have the wig made for me and to have better quality hair, which was why i opt for this, because i watched a lot of videos and reviews about this hair. So, that's why i'm giving you guys a very, very detailed, hair review on this, so i've had this hair for a week now and i got a large wig cap so on the website, they will tell you like what size do you need. I got large and actually this is way too big. For me, i probably needed a medium or a small, but when i measured my head, that was when i still had hair. So i think the hair was making my head like bigger, because i had my corners and i measured it with a measuring tape and it came up to tell me i needed a large. I put it on my head um and it's too big. So thank god. I got these straps and i think you pay like three pounds something extra for the straps to be sewn in for you, which is really helpful, and also it's got one more clip here at the back, which will obviously help the hair stay on. I don't have any hair right now, but when my hair does start growing back, this will be very useful, so i'm going to leave it there for now as well, so the hair is 180 density, and all that means is that this is the smallest density. So the higher the density, the more the bigger the hair, would be with curly hair, because it's already got you know definition with the curls. It would already make it big, so i didn't want it to be any bigger than necessary. You don't want your hair looking wide, so i went for the lowest density, but with straight hair you might want to go higher in density because it's obviously thinner the strands are thinner and you might want it to look a bit thicker so yeah. So i ordered this hair on the 24th of october and it arrived on the 7th of november, so that was exactly two weeks and when i ordered the hair somebody sent me a text just saying: oh um are all your details. Correct is your address. Correct um is the hair that you ordered, like making sure i got the right. Texture closure, size density, and i said yes, yes, yes, it's correct, so the communication was great. Obviously, two weeks was a long time, but i think the reason it took so long was because it wasn't a wig. So the person i spoke to did tell me that it's gon na take a bit longer because they need to customize the wig for my head and things like that and yeah. So i think it took two weeks because of because it's a wig, i think, if you just order bundles, you will probably get that within a week. If you get the wig, it might take two weeks. So it depends what you want to do. Yeah. The communication was excellent, so thank you whisk his hair. So when the hair arrived, i did attempt to bleach the knots. I don't think i was very successful with bleaching the knots, so i will probably um bleach the knots again and i also plucked the hair so that i can get some melt, but i am i feel like i could, pluck it a bit more. So if you want me to do another video, because i'm gon na customize it again re-bleach the knots and pluck it again just to give it that nice melt, you know i'm talking about just to make it look more natural, then i can definitely do that. For you guys, but you need to tell me that you want that video, otherwise i'll just do it off camera and get on with it. So does the hair shed? Yes, the hair does shed it's nothing ridiculous, um, because i've had a lot of curly hair, and this hair is probably one of the best curly hairs i've ever had, but then again, i've only had it for a week. So after a month, i'll do an update. Maybe two months, if you guys really want it, i might do two months or six month updates, but most of the hair that i get usually ends up like shrinking, like sometimes i get 30 inch hair and before you know it it's on my shoulder and i'm Thinking what the hell happened like i've, not even cut this hair and it's just slowly like getting shorter and shorter. So i'm just going to show you guys the boxing how it came so it came in and i'll put a picture in what it came in and when i opened it up, this was the box that i received it's pink, it's cute. It says west kiss hair with all their contact information. So when i opened it, it came. The hair was in like a plastic bag, so which was normal. I'Ve already been that now and they also give you a like a silk bag to store the hair, which i think is really nice, because, obviously, if i don't want to wear it, i'll just put it in here, keep it away. They also give well. They also give a wig cap. I don't even wear with caps, so i won't be wearing this for the video. I don't wear wig caps. I probably should i don't know, but i don't so put that to this side, and it came with this, which is obviously i don't even know what this is for. Is it for name the edges? Is it for the extension? We don't know anyways and also it came with these two things. I don't even know what the hell this is. It looks like bra, straps um. I think it's to make it adjustable. I think it's for the wig to like. Maybe it's like a touch here for the wig, but yeah it came with these two thingies. Don'T know what that's for won't be using it, and it came with a came with this. It'S like a care tips, um comb, the hair, ensure there's no tangles turn the wig inside out wash the hair blah blah blah this anyways. It just has like all the details on how to take care of the hair. So that's quite nice. So that's everything that it came with so now i'm going to get into showing you guys how i slay this ho. So if you're wondering why i'm looking this way, it's because i do have a mirror um this way. So i will be looking in here to see what i'm doing like i mentioned. All i have done is wash and condition this hair and i did use the horrible essence. Hello, hydration, and this smells beautiful. This is my favorite thing to use for my curly hairs. I, like my curly wigs and it has a coconut scent, oh like it smells so beautiful, so i'm just going to start by putting as the wig on my head. So can you guys see this? It'S like too big for me. If i didn't pay extra for adjustable straps, that would be a big issue, because this hair will just look like a hot mess. Look at that, it's too big! Maybe it's because i shaved my head, so my hair might be smaller than i thought. So all i do to make it fit my head is you can see that i hope you can see it. You can see the adjustable. This is what i paid extra for, so i'm just going to hook it onto this. Oh, my god, and then there is another one on this side. So now we've crossed the wig like this. I'M just going to turn it inside out and what i'm going to do is i'm going to blow dry the closure, and this will make it easier to work with it. So i'm going to do that now and i'm gon na wear it as a middle parting. Today, so it is six by six, so it starts okay and it finishes here just so. You get an idea but, like i said, this is like a closure frontal hack. So i'm going to show you guys how to like wear this hair as if it's a you know, a full length closure. So, let's just start by brushing it back like with that. Oh so just hope. It'S in the middle to make sure it's middle. I draw a line to my head. I think that we'll have to do so. The first thing that i do when i um i'm laying my hair is the baby hair. So i am using eco styler gel and i'm also using like an edges brush. Everything will be linked down below, so don't worry. So this is the olive oil one and i do the reason i don't use edge control is because, once i've laid down the edges i like to brush out when you use edge control, it just sort of stick to your head and i'm not really a fan Of that look, so i've already actually done the baby hairs before so i'm just trying to find it um, so yeah. I think it was about here and then you just grab like a bit of hair and i'll. Just put some gel on there, like that. As you can see, i'm brushing the other hairs back and this one will be like brushed forward and then what you want to do is you would want to cut this here and i'm just going to do the same on this side so start by brushing the Excess hair that you're not playing just brush it down like this, and we just want to do a swoop like that. So this is what we are working with. I'M just gon na get some scissors. As you can see, this is too long and just snip it. So now we've done that. The next thing i am going to do is get the mousse, so today i'm using shockwaves. This is one of my favorite mousses for curly hair, and this is the like. The highest hold number five. So it foams quite a lot, so that much should be fine, and all you want to do. Is you want to put that on the edges and you're parting all over the closure, basically and just press that in there and apply it backwards like this in a backwards motion, so we're just going to brush the hair to detangle it and you just want to Brush it in a backwards motion like so okay, so now we're going to get a bubble, i'm just going to grab that quickly. So the next thing we're going to go in with is they've got to be glue and all you want to do is you want to spray this on the hairline? So this got to be glue is kind of broken, so, oh god, and with the hair dryer. So this is my tresemme hair dryer. I will link this in the description as well, so i'm just going to blow dry it with my curly hair, not to make it like puffy i like to spray the frontal with they've got to be so i'm just going to blow dry that again, because i've Been given this, i'm assuming it could be for the frontal, so i'm gon na use it. I'Ve never actually used. One of these before also tie it down with a scarf a silk scarf. You can use either a silk scarf or a like a silk headband. I will also link this, so don't you worry, so i'm going to go for about this size and i'm just gon na. Do it slightly over my forehead, so everything is like covered and i'm gon na tighten this like this. There we go so now. This bit is completed, oh hair, on my face now this bit's completed we're going to take this out time to now define z, curls, so we're gon na actually start because you can see we've brushed it back. We'Re gon na now brush it down. So it has some shape like this, so the first thing i am going to do is get my water bottle. All this hazard water inside. I was thinking about mixing it with some conditioner so that it can just always look nice, so i'm gon na actually do that now. So this is my herbal essence conditioner, i'm just gon na put some conditioner in here. That should be okay and i'm just gon na shake it. So i'm going to go in with the tanty curtain defined custard and we're using about that. Much and that's it just put it everywhere. It'S quite like slippery. This is like, i don't know it's quite slippery and that will go everywhere now. That is good, we're gon na. So what i like to do is so this is my travel. Size got to be, there's no difference. This is just the one i carry in my bag, i'm just gon na put some of that on the parting and we are just gon na blow dry, the parting, that's how we want it and i've defined the curls. So the next step is so i'm going to take my hairdryer and the diffuser and just blow dry, this hair. Now we have blow dry the edges, we're going to take the scarf off. Oh, that is looking nice before i take this off. I'M going to blow dry this bit again, so i'm just going to take this off at the back. Oh that looks nice. Okay, i'm just going to blow dry it and the edges we're just going to brush it out because we don't want it stuck to our head. It just doesn't look very natural, just re-brush it out. Can you see that looks more like actual hair? This looks like so i just like to brush it out like this and just give it like make it a bit 3d like that. So it's not absolutely stuck to your head and you can see the hair is flat, i'm just gon na fluff it out. So the last step is the makeup brush. So this is my real techniques brush, it's just the powder brush and i'm just gon na tap tap the edges, the pattern, and we should be good, and this is it. This is how it looks. Let me just give you guys a quick view, so this is the front this side, this side and the hair smells beautiful. After putting in the um deep conditioner, the curling defined custard and this hair is so lightweight, i'm just going to stand up, so you can see the lamp. So this is the length of the hair when it's dry. This is how it's looking so yeah. I just love, love, love, love, love, this hair, it's just making me like. Let me just brush my eyebrows. It'S making me feel so confident so i'll just run over the details of this this hair again, so it's a 28 inch ready-made wig, it's 180 density um. I got it, i got a large wig cap and i did pay extra for adjustable straps, which was like three pounds something the hair took two weeks to arrive. All i've done myself is i've ditched the knots and i've plucked the edges? If you guys want me to show you guys how i customize this hair even more because i want to bleach the knots properly and i want to pluck it a bit more to give it that melt - that flat melt then comment down below. So i can do that for you guys um yeah. This is the curly unit. 6X6 closure. I think it's a medium lace, i don't know and it costs 317.48, not sponsored. Every penny was mine, so yeah, it's not cheap, but i think i'm gon na have this hair for a while. This hair looks lush.
