Welcome back to my channel if you're new hi, my name is Natasha. So, as you can see by the title, I am trying something different um, I'm trying to do more, informative videos, videos that you guys can refer to from here on now. As I learn I'll teach and I'll show you guys my tips and tricks, because let me tell you you: girl did not know how to apply a lace front wig last year. This time I was just getting into it, but I was not good. It was such a struggle, it was so stressful, but now I can like boom boom boom. Do it in two seconds and it's super easy, so I decided to start the series on my channel, I'm not sure exactly how often I'm gon na upload, because I want to upload these. I do want them to be very informative. So - and you know, I'm gon na give you guys all my little hacks on my tips and tricks from our lazy girls because listen, I have not a hairstylist. I am NOT a hair stylist, but I can do my own hair and I can do my own hair confidently. So I just want to have about the people that you know maybe you're tired of breaking the bank at the hair salon, tired of dealing with hair stylist cuz. You know - that's probably not here. I feel like a lot of hair stylist, I'm not reliable. I feel like just a lot, there's just a lot, so I hope you guys enjoy this series if you guys have any other suggestions on video that you guys want me to touch bases on. Please comment below and let me know I'm gon na like be really breaking them up into segments, so they won't be like full install on videos, like my other, like my other videos that I have on my channel, this is definitely gon na, be more of like A watch and learn type of thing, and I definitely want you to leave this video learning something and a pink you're winking, because if I can do it, I know for a fact that you at home can do it too and excuse this line on my forehead. This is from the last man that I used to keep my lace melted, so this is going through something so um yeah. I did not forget to subscribe to my channel because I will be posting more videos. So if you are a girl that needs help, I got you so glad and subscribe and thumbs up this video and keep watching alright guys. Today we are starting off with this unit from unis hair and you want to make sure you're starting off with a old bleached up sweatshirt or something cuz. You don't want to ruin your good clothes, alright, so I'm working with this way from unis hair. This is a 24 inch curly unit with a 13 by 4 frontal, and it is a hundred and fifty percent density. So this is the front sole. This is how it looks. This is all the space you have to work with when it comes to partying and what we're gon na have to be bleaching today, and also, I showed you guys, the construction of the wig, it is pretty durable. It looks good to me so we're gon na get straight into it. I'M showing you guys the knots. Do you guys see those little dots in the part and in the front those are what you're gon na be bleaching knots are. How could I explain this? You want to bleach them, so you don't have them little specks in your wig, which is gon na, be a dead giveaway that you have a frontal on. The knots are basically individual tied strands of hair in the lace that make it look natural, but because it is a knot, it don't look natural, so you need to bleach them to basically a blond color to make them look transparent. Okay, so now I'm using some got to be spray, and I like to use this just to slicked back any baby hairs any flyaways and just get them out of the way, because you don't want to potentially bleach certain parts of your hair. It'S not a big deal, but I've just learned over bleaching hundreds of wigs um that it's better to prevent. Something then have to go back and fix it. So you can use water, you can use any hairspray literally any hair spray. You can use water, but water is not like a freeze spray. It'S not gon na dry in place, so you want to use something that has a little hole to it. So now I'm putting on some gloves, I suggest using gloves I'm very sensitive to bleach. I hate it so yeah, then I'm using my mixing bowl. It is dirty because it gets used and I'm gon na be using a whisk. It'S not necessary, but you know I have it so I use it and some BW developer. I mean BW bleach and some 40 developer by ion. I really like the ion developer. I can't explain it, but I just love the consistency of it. So if you've got it or you see it get it, so I'm giving you guys all the tea on how to get the perfect mixture. The perfect amount of bleach that you need for your frontal unit without wasting product, because this stuff is not cheap. So I use two scoops of the bleach two scoops you guys is more than enough or one packet. Then I apply them. The bleach. Okay, I'm gon na show you again. You see that little motion I do on my hand, you need to do that. Okay - and that is gon na be more than enough for your bleach mixture. I have not figured out exactly what the measurement is on my development measure, the 40 developer, but and I'm sorry, it's blurry. It'S gon na get back in focus, but I just noticed that that little motion that I do gets the job done. Okay, so I like to whisk it and it's gon na seem hella powdery and you're gon na be like. Oh, my god. I need more bleach, but no keep mixing and I can always make a mess. So just be careful, so just keep mixing and you guys can see - I'm not gon na speed. This part up, because I want you guys to see how it mixes. I cook a lot of people always skip over this part and you see a super creamy mix and then you're like what the hell just happened. So you see how a super thick add a little bit more. Do it again? Do it again girl? Yes right there? Okay, just a little bit, but you rather just add product, then over, add and then it'd be too much. So now I'm mixing it up. Mixing it up. You don't have to use a whisk. A whisk is an unnecessary purchase, but I I'm a product order and I like to buy things so I have one. I typically will use the brush too, but the whisk does help mix a product very well, so you guys can see is turning into that thick paste. The best way I can describe this consistency. It'S toothpaste! You want your your consistency to be super thick because you don't want the hair to bleed. You don't want the bleach to believe through the hair and start bleaching, your actual hair, and then you have freaking light blue light. Blue light brown Roots. That'S just not that's! Not realistic, so the best way to check how thick my consistency is is putting my brush up so once you've completed your bleach developer, developer mixture, it's time to apply it to the lay. So I like to flip the wig inside out. This is literally, I mean it's not the only way, but I think it's the best way to do it, because you see what you're doing so. I flip it inside out and you don't have to worry about your hair, getting bleached with everything's brush back and everything is, you know good to go so now, I'm just applying it with the brush. You do not want to press it in too much, but it's also not a big deal, because your consistency so thick that it's not going to bleed through the lace. It'S literally only gon na bleach the knots that first layer so not the way. I do my my bleach, no matter how much I apply, no much huh, no much. Oh, my gosh. Why can I talk no matter how much pressure I apply. I typically never over bleach. My knots like it just doesn't happen anymore. Now that I figured out the perfect consistency it just doesn't so I know a lot of people use like a spoon or a knife or something, but I just use a brush and if you do happen to get hair on your, I mean bleach on your hair. Just wipe it off take a washcloth. Take a towel to use your hand just get it off, so it doesn't actually process on the hair. It'S not a big deal, but just make sure you wipe it off, but chances are guess what you're probably gon na, pluck it out anyway. So it's not that deep and I'm not gon na speed. This part up, because I want you to. I want you guys to see how fast this process is. It'S not, as I mean it, is tedious, but it does not take forever. A lot of people want to skip this part, and I'm like I don't want to bleach my knots. I don't want anything well. If you want your week to look a certain way, sis you're gon na have to do this. Okay, I mean you don't have to. There is gon na be other hacks that I show you guys without having to do this, but if you want that look, y'all know what the look I'm talking about this step is necessary and you're also gon na notice. How the mixture that I made is just the perfect amount for the whole frontal. I never waste product because again, bleach is very expensive. So keep that in mind two scoops and a few is a developer. These are good to go so now, we've completely coated the frontal with bleach, and I'm just showing you guys up close again now, you guys can see what the knots really are and I would suggest leaving it in for about 30 minutes or so. This is the float. This is a frontal after it's been sitting. I constantly check it literally. You can see the knots when it's bleaching, because it's against a white kind of surface, so you guys can see it's lifting. It looks lighter, there's no dots great. So I go ahead and rinse it out and show you guys it's hella brassy. We don't want orange roots because nobody's stop is orange. So I go ahead and I rinse that out, I wash it out with shimmer light shampoo or any purple shampoo, just so that it can be more toned down. If you are deeper, toned and orange root will not look super unnatural. As long as you put some powder or something, but if you're lighter you're definitely gon na want to do that so now, I'm gon na show you guys how I pull up. If you guys want a more detailed, plucking video. Please comment below and let me know this is literally hype luck, but we could get in more detail if this wasn't enough for you, so we're gon na I'm not gon na speed through it, but I show you so what I like to do is section off The front like the baby hairs as we would call them, and I like to pluck behind the baby here and you guys, are gon na see the hair slowly, just the hairline just slowly thin out. I personally like this is just me I like to mimic my hairline okay, I have a very uneven hairline. My hairline does this little dis dip. I don't have that like straight across rainbow hairline. Okay, look! I'M other videos, you see what I'm talking about. Also, I have a widow's peak, so I like for my sides to be thinner, my temples to be thinner and the front to be full. That'S that's the best way. I can describe it again. If you want more detail, let me know, and that will be maybe the second. You know video on this on this segment, but we'll see but yeah I just like to pluck behind the hairline, because when you pluck before the hairline you're creating a receding hairline, that's literally what's happening. So you see how already it's giving like. If you want that, scalping look you're going to have to do that, because this I'm not gon na lie to you, though this wig actually came pre plucked and it doesn't look bad like you guys are gon na see me turn it around. This hairline doesn't look bad at all, especially compared to some of the wigs that I get. This whole plucking process took me a total of 15 minutes, which is not bad at all, seeing that most people take about an hour to pluck. This was not bad and I would like to add that these knots on this yunus wig we're not super dark, so they're very easy to lift when burst is when I get certain wigs, they have to sit for an hour or I may have to do it. A second time this was very easy and another tip there's so many tips if you're not learning anything from this on the Daisy always bleach or not, and then pluck it. You know why, because one you're able to see your scalp more because think about it. When you bleach hair, say you have curly hair. If you bleach it, you loosen your curls right. So when you bleach the knots, you're, relaxing or loosening the scalp, so everything's laying flatter. So you have a better view of what you're doing and you're able to pluck out the hair better when the knots are not bleached and you're trying to pluck it's so hard and you can possibly get holes in your legs and it's just it's just hard. So it always bleach your knots first, I know that's a big question: do you bleach them first, or do you pluck first bleach you're, not first trust me, okay, so I'm just gon na go ahead and pull up behind that hairline, because that's what I like to Do if you don't like to over pluck don't do that because guess what over time your hair is gon na naturally shed. So it's not really necessary. But if you want to slay on the first day, baby go ahead and plug, and I also do want to touch on shedding real quick. This hair did shed a little bit more than hair that I've reviewed in the past, but this is curly hair. It'S expected! It'S not the end of the world. Any textured hair is going to shed keep that in mind. So now, plucking again back to plucking, you see how I have my fingers in the middle. Do not pluck right there if you, like, a middle part, do plug right. There, because the middle part is gon na, be hella wide. It'S gon na start off big and then get skinny just avoid that area by all means completely avoid that area. So now you can see that I'm like parting out this area, because naturally, on my natural hairline, I and literally like no hair grows there. So I like to plug in that area. Another tip is, you, can pluck apply it to your head, see how it looks see if it mimics your hairline or doesn't even have to mimic your hairline if it looks natural enough for you, it's all your preference. So just keep that in mind. Everybody'S different everybody's hairline is different. I'Ve pretty much examined my hairline enough, so I know what's gon na work and what's not gon na work, but if you're new to this, I would suggest putting on the wig and trying it in between plucking. Once you do. One side and wants to do the other, so those are just my tips and tricks it. So the last step I like to do when plucking is just pluck around the hairline again. This pre plucked unit came how all pre plucked units should come a lot of them. Don'T come like this: they they have hella Square hairline and most people don't have a square hairline. So I like to just pluck little gaps in the actual hairline. You guys can see them the movement that I'm doing and it'll create a more natural look. I'M gon na show you guys. I know it may look like it's balding. I know it may look like girl. What did you do you butchered it hairline? No once you like, pull it up, you got to do certain movements with it, like you guys, are gon na see me pull it back, while I'm doing it and it's gon na look like scalp, you guys are gon na see me pull it up as if I was putting it in a ponytail and it looks more natural, so you have to just work with it play with it. It'S all fun! Okay, don't stress yourself out about it. When I used to overanalyze my wigs, they did not come out good now. I just am free and I'm just like look we're gon na figure this out and you're gon na come out good. You understand me: do you see that she is giving scalp like hello like she looks so good? I know some people are gon na, be like girls, s so uneven, but guess what that's? What my hairline looks like? Okay, so I let it air dry overnight and the next day I put it on and you guys can see it looks good to me. It looks good, I don't know about you, but it looks really good and one more thing. I did not touch on there's like 50 things, so I hope you're taking notes. I do not pluck far back like. I know some people like to keep plucking back into the frontal. I only pluck the front of my frontal because I've done it in the past, where I plucked back like keep parting and plucking, and it just follows the front, so it doesn't look good. It looks very sparse, so my suggestion to you would to be would be to pluck where I showed you, okay. So now I'm just going to apply my wig, as you saw in the beginning of this clip. My lace was a little bit on the wider side. This is transparent lace, so it's more for my latter skin girls. We have to tint it, so you guys saw that I tinted it. It matches my skin a lot more. If you guys would like well not if you guys are like, I will do it. I do plan on doing a video on how I tint my ladies in different products and what works the best in my opinion, so look out for that. If you guys want that video make sure you guys are subscribing to my channel to get all the tea. Okay, so I'm just gon na do a quick, install, I'm not gon na be super detailed, because that's not why we're here today we're here for the bleaching and the plucking. So I hope you guys learned something from this video. Please comment below and let me know how you guys feel about this little series and let me know if it helped you out and also everythings and and and also make sure you're checking out unis hair.
