Hello, hello, hello guys, so today's hair is from jaja hair um. I was. This is my first time ordering from them it's an amazon company. They sent me a well two-way cap and an information card. It is a 14 inch deep, wave, hair um. I didn't want anything too long. It'S a 4x4 lace wig because i'm a beginner and honestly, i genuinely don't know how to install these things. So i've been watching a ton of videos and um. I just thought a 4x4 would be the easiest thing to do. As you can see here, we have a little bit of shedding, which honestly it's fine like it's, not the most expensive hair i paid like 75 dollars for it um right here, i'm just looking at the lace. Then now i'm gon na bleach the knots, so i bought some stuff from the video supply store. As you can see the basic stuff to bleach the hair. I watched a ton of videos and these were like the four or five products that i saw that most people used so yeah um. Now, as you can see right here, i'm spraying some got to be glue on the hair to push the hair back so that when i'm bleaching the knots um, it's not like. What do you call it bleaching, the hair? I don't know if that makes sense, but yeah um. So now i'm putting the wig on the opposite side on my wig cap and like trying to get all the hair from you know what i mean: okay, um yeah skip to the next clip. I don't know what else to say: um, okay, so right now i'm gon na mix the clairol bw2 powder, and i was nervous because most of the clips that i watch you know said that if you let it touch your hand, it will burn you. I actually lost the footage of when i was adding the solution 20 to the clairol's, as you can see, it just jumped to me having to take a thick tick, a thick mixture um. If you want it thick um thick enough, where it's not going to go through the lace when you're, applying it and like like, like cottage cheese, no, i'm not gon na, say cottage, cheese, okay, cheese, like bagel cheese. What'S that called cream cheese like cream cheese, so you wanted the mixture of the bleach to be as thick as like cream cheese, so that it's not running through your lace and messing up your hair. So at this point i'm not gon na lie. I was hella nervous because i paid 70 dollars for this wig, i'm not trying to mess it up. It'S my first time bleaching, knots, okay, so i'm taking my time putting it on honestly, it's it's! It is what it is you're seeing it there's really no explanation. Um and what i was trying to do also i was trying to put some of the solution on the front part of the lace, like all the way to the front. So it's to see if i could bleach that part of the um, the lace also didn't really work, but it's whatever now seeing that it's solution. 20 um. I kept the solution on for about like 30 to 35 minutes, because it is a weaker form of solution. I didn't buy 30 because it was a bigger bottle and, like i said it's my first time doing this so now, after, like 30 35 minutes, i finally decided all right, i'm gon na rinse it off yeah. Let me tell you, okay, i was scared. I was so scared i was trying to like wash it off without touching it um. I was getting excited because, as you can see like, i think i did a good job honestly. It'Ll look different to me, but yeah we're just gon na pretend it it did. What it was supposed to do, i i i feel like it bleached, because some of the knots were a little bit again. I did good okay, it's my first time. I did good so right now, i'm adding the shimmery lights purple shampoo, because all the videos that i watch said you're supposed to add this to like get the brassiness out of the lace. I didn't see no difference um, as i'm saying. Maybe i probably didn't do it properly, but i'm washing this out a few times going through. Yes, i got excited, i was excited um, but yeah. I was watching it out for a few getting that hair. Then i was also like shampooing, the hair too, because, like the hair is new, i don't know if there's any like dye on it, so yeah. So after i washed it with the shimmering lights, i then went to add the silicone mix. Now every video that i watch on youtube they're, like you, should add this to your weave because it makes it nice and soft and like look hella cool and pretty - and i was like all right - it was like four dollars. I ain't gon na lose nothing. So i put it in and to be honest, it did make the hair really soft, which would yeah, as you can see there, it's really pretty and shiny, and i'm going through it now with my comb to make sure that it's detangled, i let it sit for About three to four minutes, as you can see, rinsing off the combs here: cleaning up process, so i'm just letting it sit while i clean up and then i go on to to add the. What did i add? Oh, i went on to add the um rinse. It out and then add the cantu leave-in conditioner just for like extra conditioning and softening, because it is a curly unit, um. So yeah. I didn't add a lot because, like i said, the silicone mix really did its job and it was really soft. So i really didn't really have to add the cantu mix, but i had it there. As you can see, i did have some shedding again um, so i was shedding out out of the the box and it was shedding um while washing it. So i mean it's a curly unit like i said it's cheap, it's whatever at this point, so yes, i detangled rinse rinse the lace yep, that's it! I'M not gon na lie to you guys, i'm excited about this um. I haven't actually placed the wig on yet it's currently drying, while i'm recording this i'm gon na get my hair braided today. So you'll see that in the next clip, but as you can see right here, just rinsing out the hair um and like squeezing it as much as possible to get the excess water out so after drying it well not drying but squeezing out most of the water. I then went on to attempt to pluck the hair. Ladies and gentlemen, this is my first time doing these things and the videos that i watch say you're supposed to like make a little part, try to pluck it. So it looks natural because it's you know a natural hairline isn't bulky i'd, listen! The hair was already shedding so much. I wasn't trying to take out all this hair. I felt like i wasn't doing it correctly um then. I realized also that y'all can't see what i'm doing, because my hands in the way um. I did take out a little chunk of hair but as you can see, there's a little bald spot. That'S my bad and i kept plucking it um, but yeah. Then i went to even further to cut off the little thick sides of the lace, because obviously you can't melt those - and i just wanted to get rid of those before like the hair - was dried and all that good stuff. And then the hair also comes with lace at the back of the the wig cap, and i ended up cutting that too. Just because so, as you see, i'm just combing the hair and molding the hair as to how i want it laid when it's dried, like i said, the hairline isn't plucked to perfection. It'S my first time guys i was just trying i was just trying to like. Do my best and right here now is where i'm cutting off the the back lace, i'm not planning on wearing this hair in an updo style. So i didn't necessarily care for that um yeah! Then i'm gon na go through the hair again and i think i'm gon na start adding uh. What'S that called some foam, i just used a regular old foam. I'M actually trying to finish this one. So yeah added the foam added some water. You know trying to get the hair to clump and be pretty and cute or whatever, so that when i apply it, it's like you know less work, yeah. So that's what i'm doing right there. Um you'll see the installation in the next clip or the next or part. Two honestly guys, like i said it's my first time doing this, so we will see i'm defining my part. I, like a center part, so i wanted the hair to mold in the center part um, i'm not sure if it's centered, but i did my best um so yeah this. This is it this. Is it so far if you're interested to see how the installation process go, because i'm gon na be installing it myself. Um i've been watching a lot of videos doing a lot of research. You know stay tuned, um remember to like share subscribe. I i don't know what else to say so we're just gon na like listen to the music right now. Look at me. Look at my part like yup, i'm just combing it i'm combing it i'm just combing it um, but yeah, and then i left the hair to air dry. It'S currently air drying right now. It'S been about an hour, so um and then i thought i was gon na cut baby hairs, but i was like no you not thank you guys.
