1 Wig, 3 Ways To Wear It! 22" Convertible Wig For Many Styling Options! | Curls Queen

All right, hey, you guys, welcome to my channel, so we've got a new video or another video from curls queen this time around. They sent me their convertible cap wig to um showcase for you guys you can do so. Many different looks with this particular unit. It doesn't have any lace, so you can do it's. Basically a half wig or it has this drawstring ponytail right here that you can put your hair into a ponytail. If you don't want to leave any hair out or do like the whole down wig type of look, so i'm gon na show you some options in just a second, but for now let's get into basically just prepping my hair for this unit. So, as you can see, i'm leaving quite a bit of my hair in the front out for my leave out, because i'm going to show you different styles, you can do with this particular unit. So i'm adding my bio silk heat protectant to my leave out right here. I'Ve already blow dried, my hair, my hair, is actually freshly washed so with this particular style. Today, with this video, i'm not going to be doing like crazy amounts of gel and stuff, because i just don't feel like having all that in my head, so i am actually lightly flat ironing my hair, i think my flat iron is not anything. Past 350 degrees. Just to stretch it a little bit more than what it is and get it a little bit straighter, but this is totally optional. You guys so after finishing with a light flat iron, i'm just going to get my wig cap and just pop that on my head. This go around i'm going doing like my entire head um, you can kind of you. Don'T really have to have a wig cap, but to me it just helps hold the rest of the hair in place and also keeps my natural hair from trying to curl back up, and this is how the unit is looking after. It'S been washed. So it's still a little bit damp, not too um, not too crazy or anything like that, but i did wash it before applying it and to put this unit on you guys i was just like. I wasn't convinced it was going to actually fit my head, but it did so. I was like okay, this could actually be cute. I was okay, so i'm just adding a little bit of gel here and to pop this wig on you guys just saw me, you just need the combs just put the combs into place. They are super super secure, you guys and they give you plenty of them. So i'm using my gummy hair gel and also my blue lagoon on top um, just to give you a little bit more hold because here in the good old east coast, it was actually like in the 90s for once um today. So i just wanted a little bit more hold and i also wanted my edges to last through all the looks that i'm going to show you guys, so i wouldn't have to keep reapplying so the specifics of this hair y'all. So this is 22 inches and it's their water wave texture. It'S a very, very, like a slight wave to it. I almost um, i'm gon na, add a little bit of water and a little bit like a little bit of foam, but i wanted to actually just keep it like this, but i was like yeah. Let me just see you know. I wanted to show you guys how it would look if you added more product to it and how the waves would actually look so on camera. You guys, i feel, like the top of this unit, is like a little bit bulky, but i feel like in person. It did not look like that. Like i asked darren, i always ask darren what he thinks um, because he's gon na tell me the truth and he loved it. Isaiah loved it and i really love the way this wig turned out and i don't know maybe it's just the camera angle, but i feel like the hair at the top. It was a little bit full um right in the crown area, but i feel like it's just the angle of this of this. Like video, i don't know anyways you guys. The first look is just a regular headband. I just popped a little dallas though headband on, because i think i gave everything away and i am set to go. I even took a little couple, selfies and stuff, but yeah. This is a very basic easy look. We all i'm pretty sure everybody has a headband wig by this at this point in time, they're just so freaking, hassle-free and so easy um to do in a really great protective style as well. So so next you guys you do have the option of wearing your hair out to give yourself even more of a natural look. I pulled the sides back with this particular look because, let's just be honest, my hair and this hair they're not the same texture, um, and so there was no need. I just could not just leave my hair and go about my business, but if you have more of a looser texture - and i could have also done like braids like the twists - you see how they are kind of falling with the whey. But the way this humidity and the way the summer is set up and stuff - i just was not going there, so i just simply twisted it back and just pinned them back and called it a day. So you do have the option, with this unit too, to leave some hair out to make it even more natural or put it all up and not have to deal with it at all and for the last look at this video, i'm just going to pull my Hair back into a low bun twist it up, make it as flat as possible and, like i said before, this unit does have a drawstring on it. So you can easily go from you see how many looks i'm going from like with no problem just throw your hair in a ponytail and pop this on. My only thing is, i wouldn't recommend well for me. It just didn't sit too well, it wasn't horrible if you're going to see in just a second, but i will pull my ponytail up like a mid ponytail or a high ponytail or bun it um, with it being a low ponytail like i did. I don't think it turned out horribly you guys. I still think it turned out cute. I put a little scarf over it. I just realized. I just couldn't get the um, the drawstring part to really close as much as i wanted it to be, because the bottom comb really didn't have that much space to hook in so highly recommend a bun, mid, ponytail or a low ponytail. With this look - and you will be all set, so i really like this little convertible cap - i think you've got options. I feel like i've only done this, like one other time on my channel and it's like a it's clutch for real for real for real. You guys see my hair is still straight. It blends pretty well too. So if you are a woman on the go in a rush, a mama, you just want an ease of styles and you want to stay on trend and all that kind of stuff and don't want to do a lot of work.
