I'M lying, i'm back with somebody else's hair, but i'm acting like it's. My hair and guess what it is: wine and wigs day, clink clink clink, clink clink we're back with another wig, that's perfect for summer time, because we get to expose our scalps to the sun before we get into the v part wig, i'm going to just you Know we got a couple of requests, you already know what they are. Tell me what you're drinking down below. Why am i going on about green tea when this wig is sitting on my head waiting to be talked about, so let's go ahead and get into this hair. I want to say thank you to beauty forever hair for providing this wig to me and sponsoring this video, because this wig on my head is everything. So this is a minimal leave out v part wig, look minimal, leave out on the top no leave out on the sides, just a little baby hair comb over and in the back. I didn't leave out any hair in the back, but the cap ain't flipping and flopping around telling all your she's just flapping in the wind. You can't tell me it's not my hair. If you did, we would be fighting girl windmill and this week is going to stay on my head, so we can fight all day. I'Mma lose though, because i can't fight. So let me quit rambling on and on and let's go ahead and get into the application of this wig. If you want to see everything, i did to apply this wig and get this wig. Looking like this getting very natural, please keep on watching and i'll be back at the very end with my final thoughts, and we in here with the fuzzy wuzzy hair, yes, ma'am, i'm starting to embrace my fuzzy hair because pulling this hair back in this slick back Ponytail is wearing my edges out and i got only so many years to bond with these edges. So let's go ahead and start bam. This is the all my nails aren't done. I HATE THAT this wig is the beauty forever wig. It comes in the beauty forever box and inside of that box you receive your wig, but you also receive gifts. I always like to tell y'all what gifts that i received. So this wig came with a satin storage bag. I got two packs of wig caps girl. These are not my skin tone. We have a zebra striped headband when they send me these. Oh my gosh, this is a lace, melting headband. We won't need this today. We have another one of these brushes i've been using them as powder brushes. I don't even know. That'S probably what my forehead broke out. We have a bonnet a brown bonnet. You never can have too many bonnets and some lashes for the girls that like to work out their eyelids. That'S everything that we got in our beauty forever box. Now let me show you the wig. This is the v part afro kinky, curly beauty, forever. Wig. Look at this texture y'all! I have to zoom back. Let me scoot back some look at this texture. It is the afro kinky, curly texture. This is 24 inches long and this wig comes with combs. Now this is a v part wig. If you don't know what a v part wig is baby a v part wig is a wig, it's basically a u-part wig, but elevated. It'S cut open, so you're able to have your natural hair out, and that is clutch in the summertime inside of the cap. The cap construction looks like this, so you have five clip in combs up at the top, so you have one two three four here and then one in the middle. I hate this one in the middle. Also, we have three sliding combs around the perimeter of the head and for the straps in the back now this is what got me super excited. There are adjustable straps in the back. Y'All know these normal adjustable straps, but they also have a um elastic band that you can slide into the side see. This is an elastic band that you can take in or out of the wig, but for people that have teeny tiny heads like able to slide in this adjustable strap, and you can wear this wig without that extra cap in the back. I don't know how to describe it, but every extra cap it just be cap all over the place. So that's all the specs on this wig. Now, let's go ahead and get into this natural hair and doing our base now for v part. Wigs. Now i like to try on the wigs just to see what they're going to look like before we do the braid down, but i'm going to show y'all what it looks like when y'all know i like to do that plus. I want to see what the wig looks like before i like start to apply her, so i'm just gon na do like a little part down the middle. It'S not even gon na be perfect, because this ain't gon na look right. I'M telling y'all right now. You think i can just put a wig on top of this and nobody gon na be able to tell no ma'am no ma'am, i'm just gon na pull my hair back into a low pony. This is not to be perfect. This is just to see what the wig is gon na give: let's go ahead and plop the wig when okay, let's plot this one, this is not even gon na look right. Okay, i'm just plopping it over here friend, don't say nothing to me: okay, so the adjustable strap is on in the back ow. Okay, there's no flapping in the wind in the back. We love that this is 24 inches. So this is what i'm thinking. I'M thinking a little cut little bangation on the situation, so it matches my hair type like bangish right here and then fluffy out here right, i'm just gon na go ahead and style. It now so y'all. Please ignore this is what it looks like when i just plopped it on my head. You could wear it like this. It gives crochet. You could wear it like this. If you want to, but that's not it's not my zhuzh, but either way we can go ahead and style the wig we can get this wig together. We can go ahead and cut her and then we can add the mousse-tiana. Oh that's exciting. I need to just go ahead and cut her on the bottom and then i'm going to add some bangs in the front i like to use any shears, and the first thing i'm going to do is kind of even out the bottom. I want the bottom to be. I want it to be kind of rounded a little bit, so you already know do y'all know how i cut hair. I cut hair like i got no sense. Okay, i like to add, like a hair tie in the area that i'm going to cut it, and i pull both sides together and then i just chop it. I don't even know what that meant. Okay, let me cut, oh god. I can't see okay friend friend, just gon na cut the bottom like this. I know that's right. Let'S do oh still, not even baby. I know that's right. This part like what did i even cut y'all? Look at that. I want bangs, but i don't want bangs. I want bangs, you see how this hair is in the front. It'S a little bit drier towards the end. We don't get rid of them ends y'all. I legitimately forgot how to cut hair, because i haven't cut a wig in such a long time. Okay, so first i'm gon na cut, i'm just gon na cut it off cut off those bad ends. So that's done and next i'm gon na twist. Should i twist it i'm gon na twist it i'm gon na twist this hair together right. I'Ve seen the girlies. Do it like these, so let me see: let's do it like: let's cut um right um, am i making the right choice? Um right here, don't second-guess yourself. You probably should have but okay, okay, i ruined my hair. So now i'm gon na do angled cutting. So i'm gon na cut like downwards like this starting at top of the lip. I have to remember that this is curly hair, so it's gon na shrink and i'm gon na end up with baby hairs fashioned as bangs, and i don't think that's the look. I'M going for now we're gon na cut down this side, starting at the top of the lip. You know when i used to do my wigs. I never used to think this hard, but now i'm sitting in front of y'all and i feel like i need to think hard this part right here. This hair needs to be evened out, so i'm gon na i'm gon na cut downwards. Get rid of some of this chunk. You see that, like this chunk right here is hating okay and i'm just gon na angle cut down. Oh, this is too big of a chunk, but okay, now i'm going to take the next chunk underneath it. I think i think i'm doing too much. I really do this is starting to give mullet my angle cut downwards. Y'All told me: i need to do like bigger angles, so i'm gon na do that. Whoo girl. I think i'm wrong road wrong road now for the bottom. I'M gon na take this last bottom chunk and i'm just gon na cut into it just a little bit more and i'm doing less and less angles. There we go. So this is this side, and then this is this side just a little trim, but no like real cut, so i'm gon na do the same thing on this side. Do the same cut. I have no idea what i just did, though. So, let's see if we can recreate it, ( music playing ) y'all, see the shape of this wig. Now the shape makes a world of difference. What'S this side, let's go ahead and um add the mousse to this hair. I want to see if the natural curl matches my curl or is really close to it. We'Re going to tuck this hair away using a hair tie. Okay, y'all know i love a little space bun on the side. Okay, now we're gon na add the mousse first, i'm gon na separate the hair out and y'all know. I work in sections i like to use mousse and the evlove 572 brush y'all seen her y'all know her y'all met her say. What'S up girl wow, i need to get a new one of these because girl this is this is dirty, but i've had it for over like three or four years, and this not a tooth, has come out. This thing like baby she's, still got all her teeth. Baby, i thought she'd be toothless by now. I'M gon na go ahead and use this mousse. I'M gon na use the shea moisture coconut. I already said that let me drink some more tea, we're gon na add the mousse to the hair. Y'All have been through this routine are y'all sick of me using the same products. I hope not because girl when it works, it works. So we add mousse to the hair and lately i've been doing a finger, coil method, and i don't know if i really like it first i was like oh finger foil, but finger coil method doesn't work on every single type of hair type. So, okay, so i'm combing through the hair and detangling the curls and clumping them together using this evolve brush, but y'all see how the oh these curls are clumping beautifully. Look at that y'all see how pretty that is. Look at this curl, i'm just gon na work. In sections and i'm gon na work in bigger sections, because this hair is taking two so we're gon na work in sections all the way up to the top oooohhh ( pastel sky, music, playing ), (, pastel sky, music, playing ) (, pastel sky music, playing ) ( pastel sky, music, playing ), (, pastel sky, music, playing ) (, pastel sky music, playing ) (, pastel sky music, playing ) okay, so the hair is not completely dry but girl. It already looks good like now from here it looks like i got. Ta leave out like it looks like my natural hair, but i want leave out girl because as soon as i look down to pick up a quarter, everybody gon na see so i've styled the hair. It looks gorgeous it's about, i would say, 60 percent dry um. We have 40 percent, it needs to dry a little bit more, so i'm gon na hang it onto my wig head here and put the wig on here to dry. In the meantime, we're going to work with this leave out. So let me go ahead and take this off, but let's go ahead and ah pop that off. Oh, yes, okay, let's work with our leave out now i want to do a middle part. I styled that wig to do a middle part, so we're going to do a middle part. Oh oh girl. I just snapped off like a couple strands of hair. This is a natural hair. This is what we're working with um, but i'm gon na use a rat tail comb to part out the leave out, and i want a small amount of leave out like very small, not too much because the more hair that's out the more hair i can destroy. Okay, my hair is clean, y'all. Look, it's clean, my hair is clean baby. Don'T talk to me or really want to cut this, i'm going to leave like a little bit of extra hair back here. Leave a little bit of extra hair back here. Y'All see how small that leave out is girl, it's pinkie length and pinky length, and my pinky is about the size of like a chicken toe. So i'm going to braid down my natural hair, i'm going to section this hair away on this side and then this side we're just going to go ahead and braid the hair down. Oh, actually, let me use a hair clip. Do i have a hair clip? I do i go along the hairline a little bit just a little bit. Oh see, look at me grabbing. Oh, i can't break along the leave out and then i braid downwards, because i try and create an anchor braid and then i braid, like i start heading down the back of the head. Like that, that's the best anchor braid. I can do i can't do like single braids, because my hair is too weak, so i got ta help her out baby okay. So i'm just gon na braid down. We clipped the leave out out of the way and now i'm going to go ahead and do my baby hairs when i do my v part, wigs or u-part wigs. I don't like to leave out my hair on the edges. My hair on the edges is weak. Okay and i like to protect them at all costs - it's i'm the bodyguard over here. So what i like to do is leave that hair back, but i do like to create like faux edges and that's by doing baby hairs. This is basically a comb over with your edges, okay, so what i like to do is take eco styler gel. This is the only gel i can use girl. I can't use edge control, nothing like that, because that breaks me out as well. I like to use eco styler gel and i just brush. I do a full comb over. That'S the only thing when i do my makeup before i do my baby hairs. Girl it'd be a mess. You know i never thought about trimming my baby hairs, but i definitely need to because they be way too long. So i'm about to, i just cut a baby here. Yes, finally, i used to brush this hair back, but i'm gon na leave it fuzzy. I'M gon na do the same thing on this side and lay down these baby hairs. Now all we have to do is apply our wing. This wig has, i didn't, show you all the tea. These have shorter. Like rounded teeth. I like these sort of teeth better than the like actual individual combs, because it doesn't dig into my natural hair as much so love that for us love that, for me, let's go ahead and throw on the wig. Oh, oh, that is secure, baby! Okay! That'S this one here, oh y'all, see these curls. Oh, i can't wait to fluff them out, they're not done yet. Oh! Is it uneven? Oh jesus. There'S the elastic band at the back, i'm gon na pull it slightly tighter, but not too tight because it starts to slide down my braids. So this is the hair, oh my god. It'S so pretty. I think it's slightly uneven, who surprised girl y'all know? I can't cut hair, so let's go ahead and get into doing the leave out. Okay, let me take my leave out out. My hair has been blow-dried, so all i need to do is do some little curls on it. So um part the hair down the middle black out how you like me now it looked like if you pull a cotton ball apart like if you just did like this. That'S what my hair is looking like right now, but that's okay, girl! I love my hair. I know i'll be ragging on my hair, but i do love my hair, so anyways i'm going to go ahead and use mousse on it because i'm just going to let it curl up. Naturally, now my hair is tighter coils than this hair, but i'm okay with that and i'm just going to finger coil it so the hair, like kind of clumps together. So let's do like this: i'm gon na finger coil it just a little bit like so you don't see that my hair just blended right into it. I know that's right, my hair is on top and then that's the wig. Let'S do this side, okay, y'all! This is the finished. Look y'all see this, i'm so aggressive, but y'all. Look at this hair. Look at my hair. Can you tell where my hair is and where this hair is, i mean like it's really giving realistic look at how fluffy and curly it is and look at the little bit of frizz, i told y'all, i feel like wigs curly v, part wigs and wigs in General look girl. I got a headphone in my bad. I feel like wigs, look more realistic when you add a little frizz to it like a little pop of frizz. It makes it look like your natural hair, because my hair is like frizzy up at the top and baby. It looks amazing, so what i did do is to make it blend. Is i twisted my natural hair into this piece so, like i just twisted around a piece of hair, so it blends right in you're not able to tell like i said this hair was 24 inches. I cut off a good amount of hair because the ends were a little bit dry, but this is what it ends up. Looking like, but see how long like the hair is still very long. It'S just shrinkage. I think i cut like maybe um two to three inches off of it. What happens when the wind blows? Can the girl see it? No ma'am, it's giving baby hair? Let me show you look at that. Look! Look when the wind blows all they're gon na see is swoop. So let me go ahead and show you what it looks like in the back. So this is what it looks like from the side. Oh, it's so full and fluffy, and this is what it looks like from the back, and this is what it looks like in the part area like look at that. Oh, oh also in the back. Remember i told y'all, like some of the caps be flopping around place. The comb under the elastic band and look if you wanted to you, can leave out some hair at the bottom to make it look more realistic in the back. But you know i ain't doing that see, there's a band and if i take it and just slide it under there, the wig is on she's secure, it's mia. Oh, you can do like something like this girl. The girls will never know. If y'all ask me, i'm lying it's my hair, i grew it castor oil flaxseed me i did it where's my remote. I look so bright.
