Hey y'all, hey, so it's your girl, muffins! You know aka april and today's wig video is going to be a 4x4 closure from a company that i've worked with once or twice by the name of mega. Look. So you guys, you know the norm. It does come with the combs and stuff and also has an elastic band. So let's check it out. It was so easy when we met future ahead of us making memories only hope is to forget and keep that passage. Don'T hold me back. Don'T hold me back. Just let me go just on, i is you can't keep holding on to your past? That'S what my friends are telling me. I wish it was easy me, okay, so the first thing that you got ta do is you got ta put the wig on you guys. I already did things to this wig as you see it did come and it needed to be bleached. I used my 30 volume developer along with my bleach, and i kept it on a wig for about 45 minutes. It did lift really nice. There was a couple of spots that it bled through like in the part you can see but other than that it's super easy. 26 inches, 180 percent intensity. So here's the thing you guys it does say that it is yaki textured hair on the website, but in all honesty this week just really resembles kinky hair like a very light kinky hair. You know some i've had that are very textured and some that i have not, but this does not resemble yaki to me. I really feel like it's like a kinky, but you know hey. It still is a really nice textured hair, so i did bleach and, as you see right there in the part it did bleed through in that particular spot. I should have did a part elsewhere, but hey everybody makes a mistake, nobody's perfect, so we just don't get through this now i did pre-pluck it also just a little bit in the hairline, and what i'm going to do now is just you know, work around it. Now you guys already know you, ladies and gents, know that a 4x4 closure does not give you all the parting space in the world. So you will have naked sides and then what i mean naked sides, meaning there isn't any lace on the side. So me, i just would say you know, push the wig back just a tad bit so that way, you know you can pull out your own hairline perimeter on the sides, but if you don't want to do that, you can just leave it alone now. Today'S video is bed head, i'm just going to use bed head and i'm not even going to use a blow dryer because it's a closure wig. So i'm just spraying in little tiny spots. I'M not going to like really spray it down, but i just wanted to hold it in place. I really didn't even need this because i do have the wig grip band on so that way i don't have to use the combs. I really prefer not to use the combs because my edges are thin, so i just don't and look what's on jack, my green toothbrush, my favorite handy dandy, green toothbrush. Now i just sprayed the hairspray on the toothbrush only because i don't want to put any styling mousse in it. It'S you know: kinky yakky, hair khaki, we're going to call it that you know what i mean but kinky and yaki khaki. So it's khaki textured hair and i didn't want to like so um you know, make it so wet and with the hairspray in a toothbrush. It works just well, because i don't want baby hairs like that. I just want a couple of loose wispy hairs. So what i do is i just sculpt them in the beginning. You know what i mean just to make them look somewhat scoped to give them a little sculpt a little curvature, and i'm not too concerned about how they look right here, because once i take this band off, then i will you know kind of like place them. The way they need to go, i just kind of like want them to go in a certain direction. So that's the reason why i'm not too concerned about them, but as far as the lace, it's it, it does blend really well, but you'll definitely have to bleach. It okay you'll, want to bleach it now. I did like i said curl it already and i used my uh barrel curler set. I'M definitely going to show you guys how i did it, but i did leave the curls pinned for about uh two days only because i want the curls to say, but as you see, some of them came out a little bit. You want to be extra careful at this part because it is kinky yakky, texture hair, so you don't want to tuck too much on the curls, but you'll definitely want to pin them so that way, they'll set. So some of them. I didn't like the ends of the curls on the opposite side that i'm not messing with so once i brushed them out and then you know i went ahead and put heat to them. It kind of like straightened the ends, so this part is where i kind of like. I didn't really mess up, but i was trying to loosen the curl a little bit kind of get like the frazzle out and when i did that i put a little bit too much heat. So i'm going to show you guys how i actually curled it to get kind of like these kind of waves. It'S not like curls, i mean they are curls, but the way that i curled it you'll get like a different type of curl pattern. So i'm going to show you right after i kind of put a little bit of heat to it and i'm only putting heat to it, even though i did press it in the front, i want to give it a little volume and height on the top. So that's the reason why i'm using my hot comb, you can pick this up from amazon, it's also available at walmart and it's by the brand called andis. Now this is the hair. This is how i curled it. I use this barrel here and it has a more or less slender top, and then it gets wider at the bottom of the barrel. And what i do is i just take it and when i wrap it around, i kind of twist the hair you see. I just twist it around so that way the curl pattern won't come out. Looking like big spiral, shirley temple curls and i don't twist the end around until the end and not too tight, because i don't want the ends to be too tight and you either want to hold it until it cools or like. I did right here or you can also use hair pins. I really would say: get you some hair pins, that's a lot easier in holding hot hair. So i'm just going to continue to do that again. You want to take your barrel and twirl like twist. The hair, as you are twirling it around and just use a clip like this and it'll, keep it curled and then i'm just going to do that for the rest of the other uh pieces that i want to curl. But overall the hair is pretty. It'S a nice texture. I do like the way these curls came out in this yaki slash, kinky hair. They came out really nice, but you definitely want to set them. You can't just curl it and then let the hair go because all the curls will drop, and you know what yaki, hair or kinky texture hair. Sometimes the curls are a little bit harder to you know achieve so. You'Ll definitely want to make sure that it's pinned, you can also use flexi rods after you loosen off of the curling wand, but please my preference would be using some pins right after you take the heat off. So that way, the curls will hold they'll, dry, cool and then they'll dry in place, and this is what it looks like now after i went ahead and just curled it. This hair is really nice and i'm just going to add a little bit more heat to the top and now it's time to remove the band and look at that. The hair texture is bomb. I do like this 26 inches. I was gone for 30 about 26 inches. The prices are really good on mega look, they do have some coupons that are available on the website too. It came out real cute girl and just like in one area, i do have to touch it up where the lace is at, because the lace is not transparent, not in my eyes, but you know hey, it is what it is.
