I would like you guys to repeat after me what you think of yourself is a lot more important than what others think of you. I want you to marinate on that and while y'all do let's get into this video okay, so today i'm going to be doing an install from a new vendor. This is my first time working with them. I really don't even want to attempt to pronounce this vendor's name, because i feel like i'm going to jack it up. I think it's kalei, so today i'm going to be reviewing one of their closure. Installs closures, as you guys know, i told y'all. This is becoming my new favorite, it's so easy to install. I love when i get them, especially when the lace is pretty. So let me give you a closer look of what this unit looks like. This is hd lace, so you can see that you can see me through this lace, which lets me believe that this is going to be a very pretty install. This is their curly unit, it's kind of similar to the unit. I reviewed a couple of weeks ago. Um the curls are so pretty on this hair. Oh my god. I did co-wash this unit and i also bleached the knot. I did show you what this unit looked like in the beginning before i bleached the knots. So, as you can see bleaching, the notch is optional. I was just bleaching some other units, so i went ahead and threw this one in so today i'm gon na try a new glue. It'S been kind of trending lately and i hear that it holds your unit like no other, but i'll be the judge of that. So this is usually used on furniture, but all right, i'm joking, i'm joking with y'all - do not try this at home, okay, okay! So i think i'm going to give the um olive oil with grip gel another chance. You guys saw that i tried this a couple of weeks ago and that was an epic fail, but i may have had some makeup on my skin, so i'm going to try it again without making sure that i clean my skin before the application. So i'm just going to take some alcohol and cotton pad and just wipe this off. So there's absolutely no residue and if it turns white again this is going out the window. Okay, so it's completely clean. I did actually have makeup on my skin, so that may have been the issue before, but in all honesty i have makeup on my skin when i wear my goth to be, and it's never turned it white. But i digress. Let me go ahead and try this one. Also, as you can guys, can see this. As i mentioned, this is the hd lace. This is a 5x5 closure which mean it's going to go from. For me, it's the arch of both eyebrows, which is just enough space to lay it down. If you want to show some lace now, this unit does come pre-plugged. I did not pluck any of the hair on the front, and next i'm going to just cut the lace off again when we're dealing with closures, you want to be sure and cut the lace a little bit from the back to make sure you cut that white Piece off so, as you can see, that white piece is no longer there and you want to just do that on both sides. This one has a track right there, so be careful not to cut the track. Now i'm going to be using the olive oil wig grip. Okay, i dried it too. It'S about tacky and i'm gon na lay it right on top okay guys. So now here's a tip if you're doing a 5x5 closure and you have comparable hair now. This is important right now. My edges need to be perm, so it doesn't count as comparable here, okay, but if it was permed, it would probably count as comparable here and then you could just kind of take this out and slick these down on the side and use your own natural edges Along the hairline for a more realistic look, but as i mentioned, i'm like at the point where i kind of need a touch up. So i'm not gon na. Do that, and i'm only gon na lay a little bit of baby hairs on the top, where the laces? Now, before i tie this down, i'm going to go on top of this hairline with my faithfully asian beauty wax stick, and this is going to give me a good indication on what this lace is going to look like after i tie it down with the elastic Band before i put on my elastic band, i am going to spray in between with some of the got to be glued into the hole just lightly, because i don't really trust this gel, even though i can't it is kind of holding. But you see that you see that some of that ah yeah this is about to go in the trash okay. So while this sits for five minutes, go ahead and cut these baby hairs, see like when the baby has like that, it's too thick, it's not going to look that natural. It'S going to look bulky, so you want to like pull a couple out, but i'm no baby, hair expert. So don't really listen to me see i tried to do something a little razzle dazzle on the side, but my natural 4b won't. Let me be great, but this is gon na have to do so. I didn't put any product in this hair when i washed it and i really like how it dried. It'S not like full, overly full, it's full for sure, but it's not like overly big. Like a lot of curly hair when it dry, it gets really big. This is still a good density. For me. Y'All know i like big hair, so this is right up my alley, just not too big and if y'all want to do like little twists and stuff in the front you can like twist this here, probably - and you know, get a little creative with your little styles. Okay, so i am getting shedding with this unit just a fyi, so i'm gon na put a little bit of cantu leave-in conditioner. I haven't used this in a long time. This was my go-to still a fan favorite and i'm going to go on top of it with some of my icy hair, polish, just to add a little sheen and last i'm going to add some of my fit me powder to the parting area. Okay, so i went ahead and i applied the makeup to my forehead and that's all this unit takes. Are you guys in love with the closure units like? I am going to go ahead and give you guys the deets on this unit. As i mentioned, this hair is from kawaii here, and this is their 5x5 hd closure unit, and this is in, i believe, 24 inches. I'M gon na stand up really quickly. So it's pretty long. This is the curly texture, which is really pretty. As i mentioned, i did get some shedding with this unit. It did dry very pretty, as i mentioned, so i don't have any issue with that. I did read some reviews online. They were kind of make. Some people really loved it. Some people not too fond of it. You know you can't please everyone, but i did address those concerns with them and they did mention to me that they have a 30-day return policy. No questions asked. So if you are interested in trying this unit feel free to know that you can try this unit, and if you don't like it, you could just send it back. Of course, i don't think you can cut the lace, because you're probably going to be stuck with it for that. But if you are interested in trying it out go ahead and give it a try, the hair does appear very beautiful, but as always guys do your own research before you make any purchase and just also be mindful that everybody's not gon na like every wig regardless There'S no vendor out here that i've met that no one complained about okay. I just typically go with the majority. If i see majority, that's what i typically go with so guys. This is a couple of days later, and i just want to show you guys, because i actually did go ahead and try to lay some of that 4b baby hair. Just to give you guys an idea of what it would look like. So, although this is a closure, you can still have a real hairline and you could do the same on the other side. But since this hair is so big, it won't show. So i didn't bother, but yeah um, that's pretty much it. I just wanted to give you guys a closer look, so you guys could get like a better idea of the length if you choose to get it in this lamp. Of course, this is available in short and length as well. So if you just like the curl pattern, then i say go for it if you are interested in purchasing this unit.
