Hi everyone welcome back to my channel i'm cocoa and i am excited to be here to share with you the comparison between all of the blonde rooted wig colors available at paula young, so stay tuned hi everyone welcome back. My name is coco, and this is coco's. Hair solutions today we're going to be looking at all of these blonde rooted colors that are available through paula, young.com and there's quite a few of them, and it can be kind of confusing. But we're going to begin by looking at the different lines that they are available from you know. The we've got the versa fiber line. We have the euro line, we have jacqueline smith and then we have the standard, paula young line that has some rooted, uh blondes that are available only on certain wigs and so we'll start with the versa fiber on the top row over here we have four of The blonde rooted versa, fiber wig colors, we're followed by these three in the euro line, and then we have jaclyn smith right here these wigs down here on the bottom. These three right here are the wigs that are available only on certain wig or wig styles and you'll have to look at the drop down menu in order to find out if it is available for that particular wig and those colors are platinum, glow, spun gold and Warm honey, that's the names of these guys, you might remember seeing them around on the website. So let's take a look at the versa fiber. First, all right, so the lightest blonde that we're going to find is this blonde. Here it is wheat rooted. The number is 14 88 number eight, and what i want you to see is that it's a combination of light and dark golden blondes. Okay, that's where you get the 14 and the 88 from it has a number eight on the numbers of the colors, so you're gon na end up with an an eight and that's a warm or a medium golden brown number eight at the root. So this is the lightest shade of blonde in the versa fiber line. The next lightest color. Is this one in versafiber it's called sun kissed rooted and its numbers are 14 26 number eight, so they both have 14. But this one has 88 a, and this one has 26 a. So you can tell already it's a little cooler color, it's a little darker. They both have the same color of the root, a number eight they're going to have the same kind of rooting, but you can tell the difference. One looks like it might have a little bit more strawberry blonde in it than the other okay. I'M going to put this one back and we're going to go the next step, darker all right, so the next step darker is this lovely young lady who is heidi, oh by the way this is deirdre, and this is heidi in butter, toast rooted, and that number Here is 10 26 number six. So the 10 means that we're going to have a little darker brown a blonde along with the 26, which is a medium golden blonde and then the number six is the root. So the root is going to be a little lighter on this one because of the number six versus the number eight or the excuse me that it's gon na be a darker root at number six than it is on number eight. But look at the change in the color we're obviously getting a little more cool with our blonde, but they're both very beautiful, a beautiful blend of colors - and this is the versa. Fiber you've got the blend all the way through the wigs okay. So this is sun. Kiss rooted this is buttered toast rooted, i'm gon na put sun kiss rooted back and then we're going to get to the darkest blonde shade that the versafiber line offers - and that is our young dahlia here in the color honey rooted, and that number is sf12 28 Number six so number six meaning the roots are the same they're a little bit darker than on the prior two. But you can see where she has even a little bit more brown, more warmth in her standing back a little bit further coming forward. The blend of colors is unbelievable with this versa. Fiber line they're just gorgeous an even blend, but you can obviously tell the differences between them. This is even more warm okay, so that's the versa fiber looking at the roots again and the coloring, and we will take these ladies outdoors all right. So that's all the blondes that are available through the versa fiber line. Now we're going to look at the euro line all right. The lightest shade of the euro line is this, and this is um the swedish blonde and you can tell it's a very bright blonde, very bright blonde. Her number is 14 88a number eight. So the root is going to be a number eight, which is a medium golden brown and the 14 is a very bright honey blonde or something along something along that line. Okay, let's take a look at the next darkest blonde that we have in the euroline. Okay, that is parisian blonde right now. This is swedish blonde parisian blonde. You can tell it's getting a little bit away from the platinum shades and getting a little bit more warmth. The parisian blonde number is 14-20, so those are both blondes light and darker blondes and then with the number eight root. So we again, we have the same colored root that number eight, which is a medium golden brown for the root. But you can tell the difference. We'Ve got a little bit of darkness here. This is more platinum. Looking that blonde is very, very bright, all right, so that's the middle blonde and then the darker, the next darkest blonde that the euro line has is right here and it's called tuscany toast and compared they look like they could be a little bit of the same. But they're really not. I think what we've got is a cooler brown and less blonde. We do have the highlights on top and around the face, so you can tell that there's more blonde in this then, and there's a little more brown in this tuscany toast. Her number is 10 26 number six, so the number six root is going to be darker than the number eight root. This appears to be a little bit more. A warm. Do you see the warmth in the coloring. This looks more cool, a little more platinum in the color blend, all right, we're going to set those down and then we're going to look at the one contender from jacqueline smith. Her rooted blonde is called wildflower honey, and this has her number is 12 23 hs number eight. So i believe the h stands for highlights. The s stands for rooted and number eight is the color, the medium warm brown medium golden brown. Excuse me, but it's got 20 uh, 12 and 23., so we've got a blend of blondes and a light golden brown in here. So we've got a lot more dimension, just based on how she puts her colors together and every line every manufacturer is going to do their color blends a little bit differently, and so you, just sometimes you just have to take them and order two, two different ones And see how they compare to each other's really, not a real good way other than doing that in person, because a lot of times looking at color swatches, doesn't really give you that real, definitive idea all right. Let'S look at the other colors, the spun gold, the platinum glow and the warm honey here is the platinum glow. Now, just with her name and having the word platinum be in the name, you should already begin to understand that it's going to have that really bright. Icy color blonde, so we have that as a full hair treatment everywhere. The rooting number eight is going to be all throughout the whole wig and supported by a dark cap. So that's going to give you the platinum glow and it's going to be very icy when we take a look at the next colored wig we're looking at spun gold - and this is right next to this looking uh quite a bit different. Doesn'T it it almost looks a little rosy like there's a rose tint just slightly different, but by itself it doesn't look quite so rosy. So this is spun gold. It has the numbers 22 and 613, and those colors represent the the colors of blonde, and only different shades of them has a number eight as a root, so we have the same color root as the platinum glow. All right, let's hold on to these two for just a second i'll, bring up the last one warm honey, warm honey is very warm. She is a 27-26 blend with a number eight root. Now look what happens when you bring up all three of them. Let me stand back a little bit: okay, we're going to turn that around. So you can see this okay, there you go platinum, gold on this side, spun gold in the middle and then warm honey on the end. Look at the color range! Isn'T that something! Now i'm going to be doing a review on each of these girls by themselves, but um. I wanted to show you the differences. They all have the same color roots and um, but they have different tints, it's kind of like. Oh, it's like silver, yellow gold and rose gold yeah. Oh my gosh. We should have all of them right. Well, it just depends on which one looks best on you and maybe having them side by side will help you be able to decide that now i wanted to put these back over here and - and i want to show you something else - that's interesting about these colors. Oh, in fact, i think i'll i'll put the other. The silver rose, gold and yellow gold i'll put those girls on the side, but let's take a look at the versa fiber line again and compare it to the euro line. This is something that i found interesting on the very lightest colors of both lines: okay, let's put them side by side, versa, fiber and the euro line. I believe euro is also the whisper light line as well. These two girls, their number descriptions - are exactly the same. Exactly the same 14, 88, a number eight - so that tells me that these two factories that create these are given the same color formulas to create these wigs, but the fibers that they use either absorb the color differently or their color. Swatches are not quite the same. So that tells us a lot of difference here, so this would be something that you would definitely want to know and would be helpful when you're looking at the two different lines and obviously two different styles of haircuts but you're, trying to match the color versa. Fiber. Here in this color comparison is much warmer and euro is cooler. Let'S look at the next two wigs, okay, so the next two weeds again we have deirdre and the sun kissed rooted from the versa fiber line, and then we have the parisian blonde from the euro line. These two girls have the exact same color formulation. That'S 14. 26, a number eight exactly the same for both of them, but are they exactly the same color? No here again as it was with the first, the lightest blondes, the versa fiber is much warmer in color than the euro. Color look at those two together. They obviously look different now again, remember that we're comparing them side by side and if you like the style and want that color, you can wear this when you would normally choose the color of this because of the color family, even though they are different. When you put them together, they're likely to look similar or acceptable when you, when you're wearing them by themselves, and you coordinate your clothes and your makeup to whatever you would normally look at. They have the same rooting same color number, eight, but they're. Obviously different. Okay. Euro, shannon deirdre in the versa, fiber and the euro line all right, and it is the same thing with the next hair color. Okay, all right. So here we have tuscany toast in the euro line, and then we have buttered toast rooted in the versafiber line. Their numbers are exactly the same as well: they're, both 10 26 number six. So that means number six is their root color. So that should be the same number. Six is a dark chocolate, brown and the rest of their colors should be a blend of 10, which is medium ash brown. So that's cool with the word ash. That means it's cool and number 26, which is a kind of a medium golden brown, so you have ash and golden brown mixed or golden blonde mixed together, but their colors okay, with the versa fiber, it does look warmer. It has maybe a little more red to it than the euro line. This has a lighter blonde highlights in it, but here again, they're considered to be the same formulations when they come from the factories. Now they they're likely to come from two different factories, or at least when they're, putting the wings together and they're using this whisper light. Color family, the it's different that are slightly different than the versa fiber color family. So here is, and so this is the comparisons that i've discovered, or at least the color uh comparison differences that i discovered just totally random by purchasing all of these and having them next to each other. It was a really really big surprise to me, so it just depends because you know you can wear both the warmer and the cooler tones you can wear. You can wear whatever colors that you decide. You want to wear based on your clothing, based on your makeup. Whatever you highlight with even just changing your lip color, if you have all your other uh factors in a neutral color range, then real switch uh, quick switch with the lip color can actually make it so that you can wear the rest any any of these wigs. But let's that's kind of interesting, isn't it i was really surprised, but it's good to know it's really good to know. So if you have a tendency to be a little bit on the cool side, you want the cool colors. Then you may want to stick with the euro line choices. If your tendency is to go with the warm a little bit more, you might want to try out the versa fiber line by itself. Now, i would say, jaclyn smith is on the warmer side. We'Ve got and, of course we already - we already did talk about our uh silver gold rose, gold and yellow gold, so you can choose between all of these options in the rooted blonde choices that were given. Okay, i think that's way more information than any of us thought we were going to dive into and discover, but let's take these girls outside and look at them in natural daylight. Okay, let's go outside all right here are additional rooted blonde wigs from paula young in outdoor lighting. The lighting is diffused, so we don't have into the glare of any direct sunlight. Hopefully this will give you a much better um idea of their coloration. Now this one is platinum glow. This is spun gold and this is warm honey, so you can tell by their names that they do have a tendency to be a little warmer or a little cooler, but those are all three of them sitting side by side in outdoor lighting. All right here are our rooted, blondes from paula young in outdoor lighting, in the same order that they were on the table in the indoor presentation. So let's look at the versa fiber hair colors. First, we have wheat rooted and the wig name is jamie lynn. We have sun, kissed rooted and the wig is deirdre, we have buttered, toast rooted and the wig is heidi and then we have honey rooted and the wig is dahlia. Okay, let's look at the roots on those guys, there's dahlia and heidi and deirdre, and then jamie lynn, in the versa fiber colors you can see they do have a tendency to show a little bit of red, a little warmth. Okay, let's look at the euro line. All right, this is swedish blonde and this is parisian blonde and then finally, tuscany toast in the euro line. Let'S look at those roads of the euro line. I actually think that the euroline does a very nice job with their rooting. For that matter, i like i like what versafiber does too, but i think especially on shorter hairstyles. That'S the euro line yeah. You can tell this. One is a little more platinum looking than that, and that the euro line is definitely cooler than the versa fiber line, and then finally, we have jacqueline smith with her rooted blonde in wildflower, honey and we'll take a look at her rooting. Yep still has the rooting there alrighty so well, that's it for our rooted, blondes video. I hope you enjoyed this and it was informational for you. I know it was for me. So thanks again for joining me if you've not subscribed, be sure to subscribe. So you don't miss out on any of my future videos and thanks for being here, we'll see you next time from coco's hair solutions. Bye,

Kathy Herbert: Your videos keep getting better and better. Thank you (!) for going slow so I won't get dizzy. LOL A couple of ladies were insisting that Honey Rooted was blonde. No, it's brunette! Your outdoor side by side video helps decision making.

TinaK: Your reviews are fabulous ~ I appreciate all the time and work involved ~very informative ~thank you

Debbie Hall: I found this video extremely informative and helpful. It’s so helpful to see them side by side. And that would explain why the color may be different when you order the same color on a different wig, wow. I did find that very interesting. Thank you!

Sarah Blue: Thank you Coco!! Thia was so informative, much better than the swatch pictures online and in the catalog. I now have an idea on which I will be interested in trying. I did take a leap of faith and ordered Leslie and Rowan in the Vanilla Swirl color, thank goodness it turned out perfect but see ing the different colours like this beforehand is the best. Looking forward to your next one.

Tamara Wigs Out: Thank you so much for this! I've been wanting to see the differences of the blonde wigs just like you did. I have ordered many blonde wigs and chose some wrong ones. I can fix them to be fitting for me, but had I seen this video first I would have chosen differently. Thank you for your help! Now I'm wanting a Tuscany Toast wig lol

Jean Jacobs: My goodness, Coco! I had no idea how different the same color code could be! I know this was such an informative experience for both of us. Thank you so much! Love and blessings ♥️

s F: Very detailed and organized and much appreciated

Gervaise Christiansen: Wow! What a great video. Who could have ever known. Thanks for all the hard work you do to help us on our wig journeys ❤️

Mari: Very, very needed video, thank you so much! Generally speaking, heat resistant fibers are more difficult to be manufactured in cool tones. I don't own one, but in the affordable line, Toni Brattin seems to do a decent job with her light blond.

sharon mikawa: This was a great presentation and so helpful!

Liz Millner: Thank you so very much. That was a whole lot of work…and greatly appreciated as well. Very interesting to all who wear PY as I am certain many had no idea of the exact color numbers/different shades. Great information and again..a lot of work and time on your part….thank you very much!

Juanita: Thank you for showing the difference. Great to know you do such a wonderful way of showing everyone

Amber Bob K: Valuable info, a very time consuming task! Thanks for taking the time to present an easy to understand video. I'm sure you have saved some of us time and money. Just wondering, maybe I missed it... which wig did you wear to the wedding? Amber from Oregon

Kathy Sanderson: You are so informative and you're just a neat lady. I don't think I've seen any wig look bad on you! Thanks for the info CoCo!

Christa Stilz: I am so grateful for this video as there are very few color reviews for Paula Young wigs. Do you happen to have reviews of non rooted blondes, too? This has been the most helpful in choosing colors for my next purchase... which is right now! Great sale going on, so thank you for your time and effort put in to reviewing and editing this vid. PS, Now... how do we get them to do a lighter root, like a 12 in JR's Malibu Blonde 12fs/12?!?!

Roy&Mavis Tanner: Wow, that was a REAL eye opener for sure!! I've never had a versa fibre Paula Young wig yet, so had no idea there was such a difference in the same colour code as the Euro line! I usually order the Sunkissed in the whisperlite wigs, but I think I would lean towards the Buttered Toast in the VF, because of seeing the differences. I especially appreciated you showing them outside in natural light, which is so important! Great information. Thank you for all your work in putting this video together! :) ~~M~~

s F: Watching this again. You are fantastic to take the time to show us the colors and the differences. When I bought Juliette, I ordered the wrong color because of this color making difference. You are so appreciated

Jill Arrowood: This is so very helpful, thank you!

Vicki Hodge: Very informative. Thank you for a great job❣️

Henrietta Lazo: GREAT REVIEW so helpful. Many thanks for the education on colors of blondes.

Jill Creagh: Thank you. I wonder if you could do a comparison of the blonde shades using the rooted fibres against the same code but in unrooted? Also the same codes in HD and straight synthetic (non-HD) styles? I’ve heard that the shades are different depending if they are HD or not. Is there the same wig in HD and nonHD fibres? The colours can be so confusing

Cheryl J: You look GREAT in this wavy style!

Helen Morton: Wish I saw your video sooner. I ordered the Celebrity Whisperlite and Danielle Whisperlite both in Silvery Moon because in PY sites, SM looks warm not cool.

Vicky White: Very Helpful,

Mary Matsumoto: I would love to know the name of the wig style in the Euro wig section, the short style next to the Jaclyn Smith wig.

s F: Do you have any if the blonde wigs for sale?

robin wright: Can you steam versafiber pieces to bring them back in condition have you tried it, any thing else that works?

L N: Great Information, thank you

cockerspaniel01: Great video ver informative

Liza Rosa: Thanks for all your teachings hair prosthesis I need ash toned hair without warm I have pink beige skin naturally.
