Hi welcome to wig studio one. My name is christy and i'm with wigan with christy. Today'S gon na be a fun color comparison versus human hair versus synthetic on three california blondes by jon renau. I don't have the fourth one. So sorry, you're only gon na get three of the four california blondes in human hair versus synthetic. So let's go ahead and see the difference between human hair and synthetic, because there is a huge difference. If you didn't know already um, and so i'm excited to show you how this looks now, some of these synthetics are curly wavy and so obviously, that's gon na look a little different as well, but i think it will give you a good picture. So this first color i'm going to show you is venice, blonde, i'm wearing venice blonde on blake right now, and this is venice blonde in mila. Now with human hair, it looks warmer. Do you see that where the synthetic pulls more the ashy and the platinum, it doesn't have as much of the warmth, i'm going to go ahead and do a spin and give you the color description of venice blonde, now, keep in mind, like i said, mila is A curly style so sometimes that can portray a little differently of the color um but she's a very beautiful color, but definitely has the warmth in this human hair. Now, let's go ahead and take a look at palm springs blonde. This is palm springs blonde on kim wig. This has been a daily driver of mine for the last six months. Easy. I love this wig recently. I actually just toned it with intone shampoo from jon renau because it was getting brassy, so i have intoned it um. I kind of might want to go more um, honestly, the next time i do it. Um i've left it on there for quite a while, but uh. So this is inhuman hair. Now this is the synthetic. This color is one of the most dramatic differences between human hair and synthetic, and this to me will show you a lot of how human hair pulls warmer. This is the perfect example. As you can see, this wig has very some ashy and platinum tones to it, which i'm going to go ahead and do a spin here, and while we do the spin i'll give you the color description of palm springs blonde, but even to the root. It is a big difference between human hair and synthetic, even after putting in tone shampoo in it. Let'S go ahead and do a spin, as you can see, there's a big difference. I love palm springs bond. I love it in human hair. I love it synthetic it's just a great color and i really love it um. So, but there is that difference. I mean it's. It'S completely different on this one, and so just keep that in mind, and this is with intone shampoo, so um. I can't really say that it's brassy, because i have done it twice actually lately on this wig, so that synthetic fiber you can get a lot more of those fashion blends that you just sometimes can't get on the human hair. It just pulls warmer, so keep that in mind a lot of people love the palm springs blonde, but in human hair know that it's going to be different than the synthetic version. Now i'm showing you malibu blonde, which is 12 fs12, which it has a lighter root than the popular shade 12fs8. So it has a little bit lighter shaded root there blend. This is rachel in the synthetic version of this color, and this is kim in malibu blonde. So kim is air dried in this look and that's why she has that natural wave. Now, as you can see to me what pops out this actually looks a little bit darker and for some reason in the lighting um, but i believe the platinum stands out. A little bit more than it does in ken now. I have not put in tone shampoo in this. Since i've had this wig and i've had this wig seven months, i probably should use intone shampoo on it because it probably has gotten a little bit brassy, which does happen to those human hair, wigs uh. So actually, that's next on. My list is to shampoo this wig with intone shampoo from jon renau. So might not be the correct color comparison, but i will input in a picture here when i first got this wig uh right up here. I will say this, though it wasn't as platinum as i expected, so this is pretty close to really what it is, but, like i get again here's a picture of it new here's a seven month picture and here's a synthetic. You can definitely see the dynamic with the platinum. I believe i feel pops more in the synthetic, but remember those synthetic colors do not pull warm like the human hair, so the platinum is going to even pull warmth. So i really wouldn't consider this platinum, but that would probably be the lightest shade right there: okay, which looks very different on synthetic and humid.
