Hey guys welcome back welcome back today we are going to be doing something a little different in this video. I will be showing you guys how to dye a friend of Jack Black, what hours staining the lace if you are interested just go ahead and keep on watching this video, so where's pretty much it's gon na jump right into it. I'M gon na show you guys all the products that I will be using and I'll also make sure I list everything down below in the description box. So, of course we need our frontal, we need our mannequin head and we need a mannequin stand. This is one that clips onto the counter. I have these little application bottles for when I die my bundles, but I won't be showing that in this video you just need some regular conditioner, I'm also using some reusable black gloves. These clips are used on the plastic. What they use for processing, then I use the metal ones for styling. You'Re gon na need a rat tail comb for parting and you're, also going to be needing a bowl and the application brush to put your hair dye in I'm using the ion hair dye and jet black. But you can use any dye that you prefer to your liking. You'Re, also going to be meeting some mannequin head pins. So right now we're just gon na basically show you the secret to die a frontal jet block without staining the lace. The conditioner a lot of conditioner on the lace is, what's going to keep it from not processing that black hair dye and staining it. I'Ve made a mistake before where I literally took black hair dye and was putting it everywhere. I was putting it on the hair on the lace. I didn't care because I was like you know what, when I bleach it, it's all car to come up and it did not like my hair. Stylist was like you need to go, buy a whole new lace. Frontal like this. I barely got money to pay you for this hair appointment. I'Ve know about to go, buy a whole new friend know. So I said you know what I need to figure out something, or I need to find a way to do this, though I see a lot of people that just take their time with the actual application process of putting the hair dye on the frontal. But me I need something with. I know for sure. It'S gon na make sure my friend all does not stink, so I'm using conditioner to do so. So, as you can see, I'm just taking a whole bunch of conditioner and I'm just applying it all over that lace, just like how you apply bleach but you're, just using conditioner. So this is the secret, and this is what's gon na help you from not processing your lace or dyeing it or staying in jet-black, because once that, like it's on there, even though you reach it, it's still, I feel like it's going to be a shadow and You don't want that, so you want to make sure your lace is protect. This is protect the lace at all cost, so I'm new squeezing more. I go real heavy with the conditioner. I feel like the more the merrier and to me that's like okay. I don't know for sure my lace is not going to die. Just thought. The simple fact I put a whole bunch of conditioner on there, so I'm just applying it with a plastic fork. You can pretty much use anything. You just want to make sure it's covered. All over, like so alright, so we're gon na jump right into this application process already have the mannequin head and the front already set up, and I have the front of the body - that's a two section, because you want to work in sections. It just makes it so much easier than trying to work with the hair. All I want so I'm just taking my dies solution and I makes it get with 810 developer. I don't think I showed you guys there at the beginning of the video, but you want to make sure you use a ten, because you want to deposit the color. You don't want to lift it. You want to deposit it and with the deposit the hair can be. The hair. Color can actually sit on there for quite a bit. So that's why I use a ten, so I'm doing a one by one, basically, the hair dye solution and I'm feeling that the same bottle up with some developer and then I'm just gon na mix it all together and some people mix it for a couple of Seconds I like to mix it to actually start to turn that check by color, even though it's not going to be right away, it gets more so like a grayish, a really dark grayish black color, is what you want to look for. That to me tells me that the color is all mixed together and it's ready to go okay, you don't want to put it right away, because you want everything to be mixed up well and you want it to apply to the hair. You want it to stick to the hair the way it's supposed to, and that is pretty much the only way, so I will be making for quite a bit so now that all the prepping is out the way it is time for the actual application process. So right now I'm just kind of going through the hair, and what I like to do is support each section with the rat tail comb, so that just helps me get a really nice clean part, very precise. That way, I don't have any extra hair straggling around the hairline and I don't want to die something: that's not supposed to be dyed, so that just helps me keep everything nice and me, while I'm applying the hair dyed to the hair. So what I like to do is take really small sections and go really slow. I take my time with this process because I cannot afford to miss it because, like I said earlier in the video once that hair dye is staying to that lace, even though you Beach it it's still very hard to get out so this process does take me About an hour just to dye my frontal jet-black alone, but it's so worth it at the end with not having any stains or any hair dye on that lace and plus I like to do this, maybe a week or so prior to my hair appointment. So I'm not rushing and I'm not time crunch to do it as well. So when you're doing this process make sure you have about a good two hour window of free time that way you can dye the hair wash it give it a try turn just in case. You want to go back and actually put more hair dye on it. As well, it won't be over processing or anything because, like I said, you're just depositing it you're, not lifting the hair or anything. So the hair is safe to actually go over a second time if you like, even if you want to go over with a semi hair dye, you can do that as well. I, like my hair, to be very dead, like I do not like that natural brown color that the hair does come in it just does not suit me and my skin color, so jet black is what I always go for. So you just see me basically taking my time applying that hair dye to the hair I like to kind of brush it maybe way of the hair broke it kind of like with my hands and then brush it towards the roof. You can brush the hair dye. All the way up to the root, that is the whole point of the conditioner, making sure that all the hair can be dyed without staining that lady's, but be mindful that the hair dye does expand, causing it to have bubbles and it'll push up even further. So, that's why I tell you, God, at the beginning of the video, be very heavy on that conditioner, because that is what's going to protect your lace from any staining that the diet can cause and that can be from you accidentally putting too much on the rule Or just from the hair dye expanding, so I'm going to continue to do what I'm doing as far as my small pieces that I'm taking and applying that hair and dye all over until that lace is fully covered. So now that it applied dye on both side. I'Ma, just let that sit for about 30 minutes and we're gon na come back and get ready to wash it. So I thought let the hair stay for about 30 minutes to an hour I'll just go ahead and wash everything out with the cold water. Actually, let the cold water sit for about a minute or two and just let it run to make sure that is coldest. We wanted to shock the hair, so we can stop it from doing any processing and it's gon na actually lock that jet-black into the hair. So I don't use any shampoos or anything. I don't like to shrimp my hair at all. I just like to go in with conditioner to wash it. You can use the conditioner. You can use a co-wash, whichever one you prefer. You just want something. That'S very moisturizing, especially after putting any types of dyes and bleaches and products onto the hair. It just protects it and helps it last so much longer. So, as you can see, I'm just taking my time and making sure I have all that hair dye out any products any conditioner. I don't want to leave any of that in the hair, because I can also damage it as well, so we're just taking on time making sure everything is rinsed out properly and, as you can see, I am very happy that there was no dye left on. That least - and I got that Jack white color - I want the first go-round so after about an hour two of letting the frontal air dry, I came back to show you guys the finished product. I hope you guys enjoyed this video, don't forget to subscribe like and comment and I'll see all you guys in my next video bye
