Thank you so much for joining me and today's video is going to be all about this beautiful hair that I'm rocking is by a company called yo wigs, and this is my very first time trying them out and I was thoroughly impressed guys. I just can't believe how beautiful this HD dream. Lace wig is I've never seen anything quite like it before. It is giving me very like summertime glowy look. I am loving it. I don't want anything like this in my wig collection and I am so stunned with the quality and the color job on this, because normally when you get a wig, it takes a lot of customization to get to this point. But this wig is straight out of the box. Like straight out of the box I didn't have to pre pluck I did not have to color it. I did not have to bleach the knots I did not have to do anything. I didn't have to tint the lace, nothing, I'm telling you. It was just straight out of the box. I am absolutely stunned with this lace and I don't know if I could go back now after trying this out. So if you guys want to see how I installed this women be sure to continue watching, I wanted to show you guys how this wig came packaged because it was so beautifully done. I love the packaging cuz, it's like a small gift to yourself. They wrapped it in tissue paper. They also did have the wig safely enclosed in a plastic bag. They also included some combs as well, but I do love the attention to detail when they package this wig and sent it along. So this is what the wig it looks like straight out of the box, and it is beautiful, like this hair it has so much luster to it. The highlights are done beautifully. It'S like this really nice golden caramel highlight. Is this beautiful wig up-close? Look at the color, the color is beautiful, it is evenly highlighted throughout and it's just such a beautiful dye job and we're gon na go ahead and put this on and I'll show you how I install my wigs to get them to be really long wearing and Pretty much sweat proof, especially through December heat, so let's go ahead and put this on by the way there are some combs and it is a lace front wig as well. Just so you can take a look at the interior. It'S beautifully beautifully stitched as well. Here is the wig on my head: it's not been glued down yet at all, and I just want to show you a close up of the lace because they have something called HD dream lace and it is such a dream it blends in beautifully. It'S just like the perfect color matching technology for your own skin tone. It just is so beautiful and so delicate. You really don't see the lace detail at all. So take a look at this and take a look at my skin, like you can barely tell that. There'S any lace there at all - and this is all around the perimeter of the wig and also on the back as well. If you wanted to put it up in a high ponytail, you actually can do that as well. So this is a very first time. I am trying out the yo wigs dream lace and I was thoroughly impressed because I actually didn't have to do anything to this wig at all. I didn't have to pre, pluck it I did not have to bleach the knots I didn't have to do absolutely anything. This is how it comes to you straight out of the box, and it's never that Kate, usually wigs, take a little bit of customization to make them work for you, and this is going to work for anyone, especially if you are a beginner and especially if you Are in the mood to change your hair color for the summer or springtime? This is a way to do it without damaging your own hair, because I honestly it changed my hair as often as the weather changes. I just changed my mind so so so very often so I kept my hair really natural, been on a natural journey for quite some time, and I don't plan on changing that anytime soon. Just why waiks come in handy - and I am obsessed with them - and this lace by far will have to be my favorite lace to date, and I've tried lots of different wigs from lots of different companies. But I've never ever seen a lace quite like this. Before with this level of matching I've never seen that before and the color job on this is spectacular. It is like the perfect Beyonce like honey highlights, so I'm going to definitely be touching it up because, obviously in transport it gets a little like crimped and things like that so I'll be sure to Flatiron that stuff. But first I want to go ahead and install this wig and I do plan on wearing it for about maybe three to four days or so so I'll show you how to do that and make sure that it's really long wearing and it doesn't slide on you Or move on you in that time, there's obviously a much faster way to go ahead and put it on. If you do not want to wear it for that long, you can just use the got to be glued and just use that install it for like a day or so. But if you want it to stay on, then I love the bold, hold glue method and I will be showing you that right now, so let's go ahead and jump into the tutorial. All right. When I put on a wig, I usually don't have my makeup on so normally it would just take some rubbing alcohol, clean the area of the skin and then apply the glue that I'm going to apply. However, I do have some makeup on. For the purposes of this video just to make things a little bit faster, so I'm going to be starting off with a makeup wipe. First, you could use anything makeup, wipe you wish and then I'm going to go ahead and use some rubbing alcohol to clean it up even further. So, let's just jump in and grab a makeup, wipe and start cleaning the area of the skin I'll just clean the area, even more so with some rubbing alcohol and making sure that I'm getting rid of any makeup oil or any grime left on the skin. Because once you do that, you have a really clean canvas to be able to adhere your lace really nicely without it, looking gummy or gluey or any of those types of issues. You just want to look really nice and crisp. So let's do a good cleaning job and then we can go in with the adhesive. I'M looking for a really short term option. You could use the got to be glue. Gel mine looks a little dusty just because I use it so often, but today I'm going to be using the bolt old glue, I'll insert a picture somewhere on the screen there. For you guys, the actual label on the bottle is completely rubbed off, because I've had it for so long, but a little bit goes a long way, and although this bottle is a little pricey I'll link it down in the description box below, it is well worth In my opinion, because it's sweat proof, it's really really long wearing it dries down to a really clear consistency. So you actually don't see the glue left behind, which I really do like as well. So I'm gon na go ahead and apply one layer. First, let it go clear and then apply a second layer. Normally I would recommend using a popsicle stick but right now I don't have a popsicle stick with me, so I'm just going in with a clean q-tip to apply the glue onto the skin area. Only do not let the glue touch the hairline, because if it does, it is really hard to get out and it will snatch up your edges and you really don't want that. You want to protect the hair. I look at waves as a protective style. You want to make sure you only apply the glue to the skin area I like to glue in section, so I'm going to go ahead and place the lace down over top of the forehead area first and then we'll glue down the side flaps afterwards. So I'm just gon na gently pull this lace down and line it up with the glue that's been applied, but they were nice enough to send a rat tail combs I'm going to go ahead and push the hair line into the glue. So it gets nice and melted into that lace. I'M just gon na clip away the hair, so we could focus on gluing down the side tabs like to cut right about here on each side of the forehead to. Let me take a look at where the side stops are just so we have this area like this, and this area like this, so now we're going to be gluing down at these side tabs and just take a look at how beautiful this hair is. It is just so gorgeous, so I'm gon na go ahead and use a gel primarily for the hair portion. I'M just going in with a clean finger to glue down the hair area because they got to be glue is actually a lot more gentler on your hair. You could easily remove that with water, whereas the glue will really tug and snag at your hair. So you don't want any of the glue to touch your hair and I'm just taking that comb in-between and pushing the lace down into the glue. So now I'm just taking a silk scarf and wrapping it around my head to ensure that the lace melts in and looks as seamless as possible, just taking a hot curling iron and flattening out the top part of the wig. I want to make sure that it's as flat as possible, so it looks as realistic as possible. So, while I'm waiting for the glue to set, I'm gon na go ahead and straighten the hair a little bit more head and just practice slightly using my flat iron I'll, be sure to link the flat iron that I'm using in the description box below in case You guys are interested, so I think it's been enough time that the glue has been sitting with the lace, and I hope that it is melted down by now. So let's go ahead and see what we are working with, and it truly is remarkable. How invisible this place is? This is by far like the most thinness and like color, matching lace. I'Ve ever owned lace, details just so fine and intricate and actually doesn't look like there are little holes from the lace like you normally would see. So I am loving that I'm going to pin the hair away first before I start. Cutting here is the final result and the wig is a nice and installed. You could take a closer look at the actual hair line and it is absolutely stunning, absolutely stunning there are little baby hairs here, but I don't want to lay them down. I prefer like a much more natural look for today's video, but it is just so so very beautiful and I thought the highlights that frame your face as well, because they give you like a really nice dimensional. Look and this wig looks so realistic, like this is possible for your own hair and it is so easy to run your fingers through because, usually with colored wigs, they are drier. They do not on you a little bit, but that's not the case with this wig. I really didn't have to do anything at all other than Flatiron it. As you did see, this is a perfect way I feel like per beginners and first-timers, just because it's straight out of the box, and it requires no preparation at all. So you guys will absolutely love this. I promise you. The other thing I would recommend is check out their website because they have so many different colors of their HD dream, lace, wigs they have your natural on colored hair and then they have colorful hair and, like ash gray, this color they have some red tones. They have some absolutely stunning colors on their website and I am hoping to try out more fingers crossed I blow very very soon, and this wig is in 20 inches, but it's a great length as well, and this wig has a great density. It'S not, then, at all bit of volume, especially when you're wearing it straight. It does have quite a bit of hair and it doesn't feel very thin to me at all. Here is the side of the hair, and there are beautiful, highlights throughout and really easy to run my fingers through - and this is the other side, so they did a beautiful job, highlighting this hair cuz. It'S done so so nicely and you guys know how much I love wigs on this channel just because it gives you a little bit of versatility without damaging and having to color your hair. So you can be blonde one day you can be a brunette the other day. You could be a redhead the next day and just a whole bunch of fun to do that.
