Hey beauties, it's daisy here, welcome to my channel today, i'm going to show you how i got this beautiful gray, icy, cool color. This is a 613 wig from nadula hair, so i did the watercolor method and i'm going to show you how i got this look. So make sure you stay tuned, so here's the box, the wig came in here - is a picture of the wig before i dyed it. Unfortunately, i forgot to record the clip of me dropping the wig into um the mixture i just used um some adored dye. It was 150 platinum and some shimmer lights, so i just mixed that in my little bowl here together and just dip the water we'll dip the wig into the water back and forth until i got the entire wig saturated. So it's going to look like this purple. Color, which may scare you, but once you wash the wig it's going to be completely gray. So i was inspired by my girl, jada. Her hair looks so bomb on this instagram picture and i was trying to think what color should i dye a wig and i've tried, like almost every other, every other color but gray. So why not? I already installed this wig off camera and i'm just cleaning up around the lace. The lace was very light for me, so i go in with the pressed powder at the end, so you don't have to worry about that, but so i can cover up some of this lace. I'M just cutting out a little bit of baby hairs, but i'm not going to do any swoops or anything i'm just going to have like some smaller hairs in the front. It helps to cover up that lace and give a more natural look. So i know what you're thinking like. Oh my gosh girl. I can see the lace but just trust the processes we are going to cover up those edges, i'm just trying to brush out a little bit of hair. So i can get an understanding of where they are and then i am going to use my wax butter and just lay this wig as flat as possible. Um. The one thing about this ring light is: it shows just about everything. So in the back, you can kind of see the tracks, but once i comb everything down you're not going to see them or once i'm out of that bright shining light, then you can't see any tracks at all. It'S just kind of steeping through because the wig is so light. That'S the only thing i didn't like, and i had to make sure that i got all of the glue off of my forehead. It was a little bit tough because i didn't want to lift the lace, but it worked out okay, so i'm going back in with my hot comb and we're just pressing this down until we get as flat as possible. So i just let the lace melt and then i'm just going to go in with my pressed powder from fit me i'm going to fill in that parting space and trust me. Oh, my gosh, you need this, especially if you have a colored wig, so just use you some pressed powder because sometimes concealer gets it's too liquidy and it'll just like get all over your wig. So you don't want to do that. But this pressed powder makes a big difference in the wig. It gives it that more natural look and i'm also going to fill in my edges as well, and here is the final look. I know what you guys think i'm like. Okay, the lighting isn't the best. I'M in my kitchen, but i wanted to show you guys that this wig isn't super bright like how it is in the ring light. It looks way more natural in natural lighting, and i just love this color and the way it turned out something different and cute. So i hope you guys enjoyed this watercolor method, make sure you check out the doula hair. They have some balm, 613 hair and there's nothing bad. I can say it doesn't shed or tangle. I wish it was a little bit more thicker, but other than that. We'Re good thank you so much for watching and until my next video later
