#VitaminCTreatment #RemovingColorNoBleach

Hey guys, it's a sling, so this videos different I'm doing out my camera because I made it on whether or not I wanted to even film this. I have so many other videos on my channel of me doing the vitamin C method. So I wasn't sure if I was even gon na film it, but because I used a new color and it's black and there's not a lot of videos about removing semi-permanent black out there. I figured I would go ahead and make this video of me doing. The vitamin C treatment on Transylvania and Purple Rain by arctic fox okay, so here, is what my hair currently looks like. As you can see, the black has faded a lot. I'Ve been using really hot water, dandruff shampoo in the shower and then washing it like three times every time I shower. So it's been washed a bunch. It'S really really purple now, so I'm gon na go ahead and do the vitamin C method I'm very curious on how much it's gon na strip out, because it's such a dark color. I feel like it's actually gon na, do a lot. I'M gon na go ahead and do it on this side of my hair, no specific reason, just because it's easier to lather everything all over and not have to worry about like sectioning and then not getting it on this side. So I'm just gon na wet my hair and put it all over my hair. If you don't know what the vitamin C treatment is, it's basically crushed up vitamin C tablets, dandruff shampoo and I like to add some Dawn dish. Soap in there here is my vitamin C powder. I just take tablets and put them in a blender, it's way easier than like trying to smash them with a hammer. Then I just use this equate everyday, clean, dandruff, shampoo and then I just add a little bit of Dawn dish. Soap. Any dish. Soap works. It'S just super harsh, so it's gon na like strip off the color, even more alright. Now that my hair is damp, I'm gon na go ahead and mix everything up. I'M just gon na show you how much of everything I put in there this much vitamin C powder in there and this much shampoo, and then I just drizzle a little bit of dish soap. On top, I am going to be doing this mixture like anywhere from two to four times the first time you do it. It might not seem like it's faded, your hair, that much but like the more times you do it, the more you're gon na notice, your hair color fading here is my mixture, like I said, I've washed my black hair, a lot with hot water and every single Time, it's like really really dark purple and black, and it's still staining my bathtub. So it's gon na take a minute for this to fade out. That'S why I'm just like you know giving it a little bit of a boost and my roots are coming in. I'M gon na have to bleach them, so I want to try and start stripping out this black color so that way by the time I need to bleach my roots I'll, be able to go ahead and do a new color and not have to worry about quickly Stripping up the black I'd rather make it a gradual process. You know and remove the black little by little, then not washing it and not doing anything right now, and then it comes time to bleach my roots and my ends are still super super dark. This is why I helps if your hair is already wet because it Frost's up and gets really sudsy way easier. If your hair was dry it would you would need a lot more of the vitamin C mixture, and I told you guys that I was going to film the process of it fading out and let you guys know how it's fading. So that's another reason why I wanted a filmer is so that way you guys can see how good this works and I couldn't find another YouTube video of someone doing the vitamin C treatment on like black semi-permanent dye. There'S a lot of videos out there. People doing on what permanent dye, but I couldn't find one on the market Fox Transylvania and remember, I did add a lot of purple rain into my black so that way when it faded it faded purple, which is exactly what it's doing. Thankfully, normally, if I'm thinking about making a video and I haven't decided if I'm gon na, do it or not I'll, like search the video on YouTube and if there's not any other videos out there I'll go ahead and do it because, like I wish there were Videos out there, when I'm searching to do stuff so I'll, go ahead and put them out there for other people if they need it. I love the way that this black is fading. If I wasn't so indecisive and like you actually want a commitment and you want it to be black for a long time, I would definitely recommend putting like a lot of purple in there because it fades so pretty to like a midnight blue black violet color and As it gradually fades more and more, it turns more of like a beautiful violet shade and, as you can see, the suds are purple. So what I like to do now is put on a shower cap, and then I put a heating pad on top of my head and then I just draped the towel over everything and I'm gon na leave it on anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes and then Rinse it out in hot water, and I'm gon na shampoo in the shower a couple times with the dandruff shampoo just to further the color removal and to strip it out even further. I like to use the heating pad because it does make a big difference I'll either see you guys after I get done washing this out or I'll, see you when I'm completely done with the color removal you so I get to vitamin C's and here's what it Looks like I'm gon na go ahead and do two more rounds of the vitamin C. It'S lifting really really good. It'S now purple and like pastel purple and a lot of areas in this side is fading, a whole bunch too. So I'm just going to do this. Two more times today and then I'll come back and show you what it looks like after those two times. I am so excited to see how much this is gon na fade. So far, it's been a super super easy process. So let's continue the vitamin C all right, so I did that treatment two more times like I showed you now. Let me show you what my hair looks like it is getting way lighter, which is amazing. Here is what my hair looks like it's. Turning more into a lavender - and there are very many different purple tones, there's some pink purple, some blue purple, some lighter purples. It is all over the board, but it's fading. So much I'm sure you guys can tell how much is faded and the rainbow side is now all gone and pastel the only spot dyes clinging to is, of course, by my roots, it's always more prominent there, but for the most part, this is working really really Well, I'm going to go ahead and do it two more times right now I've been doing the treatment two times in a row and then waiting a few days and then doing it two more times waiting doing it again. So I'm going to go ahead and do it two times right now, and I don't know if this is gon na be the last time I do it or if I'm going to do two more rounds, we'll see how well it lifts, because I feel like now That it's getting lighter, it's lifting out easier I'll, see you guys on a different day to show you the results. Alright, so I wound up only doing one vitamin C treatment. At this past time, the suds did come out pretty bright purple still. So I think I could do it a couple more times and I would continuously see more and more fading, but after I did it that one time I was just like, I'm done I'm over it. My hair feels dry and I just feel like it's a lot of effort for not a lot of results. I'Ve done it like what six or seven times - and here is what my hair looks like. So this was black a little over a week ago, and now it's like a lavender, bluey purple tone. There'S some blonde up here. Peeking through you can see some pink tones here and then other areas are more blue and I think that's because that's where I had the rainbow blue at right here is pink, because that's where I had rainbow pink at here's, the other side. This side has faded. So much it's insane, it's like pretty much all platinum blonde and the only color that's left is up by my roots. I love the way that this looks. I think it's so pretty. This color is also pretty. So I'm really glad I added some purple in there because it's made the fading process so much better. This is the result of the vitamin C treatment. It definitely works. You just have to do a whole bunch of times, like I said my hair does feel dry, but it's nothing that a deep conditioner won't fix I'll, just use deep conditioner. Every time I wash my hair and maybe do a mask and leave it on for an hour, and that should make my hair feel way better, but it doesn't feel chemically damaged at all. It just feels dry. That is all for today's video. I hope you guys enjoyed it. I wanted to record the process because you guys wanted to know the fading process of the black and you guys said please document it. So I wanted to make sure and include all of the things I'm doing to remove the color. Don'T forget to check out my Instagram link to that in the description down below i post way more of my everyday life on there give the video a thumbs up. If you enjoyed it, I love you guys so much and until next time guys stay weird right.

Bonnie George: Girl...i want to see you remove your hair color EVERY single time, just chitchatting and removing your hair dye is so fun for me please never stop

LoriLou Who: I will watch whatever you put out. Something about your energy always makes me less stressed. I love watching you do your hair stuff especially ❤️❤️ I’ve watched multiple videos several times because it relaxes me. My point is, if you film it, we will watch it

TheSim1derful: Honestly I don't care how many times you've done this before - I always love watching the process and love watching you talk. Your vibe is so good and your hair vids are so calming - kind of ASMR-y!

sking0707: You’re so beautiful with and without makeup and also beautiful on the inside. Also I just realized you washed your hair in a few days time more than I did in 6mos lol. Love these types of easy sit down and chat with us videos!! ✨

Aldiasma Estrada: Yes!! Ever since you dyed your hair black I've been patiently waiting for a removal video. You're the best hun!!

J. R.: So you’re telling me I wouldn’t be sitting here with this mullet right now if this vid had just come out sooner lmao XD

Florence Cao: This is the exact color I need to remove!! Thank you for making this video

lacey olsen: i wish i could dye my hair D: anyways so pretty with and with out makeup

Stephanie: I can't get over how good you look! Your hair is so long and you just generally look really healthy. Love the videos! Wish I had seen this before I killed my hair taking out this same dye

Hannah Olausen: I've been doing this method for the last 1 week-2 weeks on permanent black and it actually works super well! Gradual process for permanent black and is turning slightly orange (obviously). Trying to go back to my natural blonde when I can get in with my stylist (and my roots are 10 weeks grown out naturally blonde). Just so people out there know how it works with permanent black as well!

Emily C: I can’t even tell you how EXCITED I am for this video I dyed my whole head withTransylvania and have been trying to get it to fade, I hope this video helps me mine is fading much more purple though, which is interesting. Must be because I had red hair before I dyed it black.

Alexipie18: I am very glad you made this video. I was able to dye my hair rainbow because of your videos and I have never been happier. I did the Jawbreaker technique and it turned out so amazing! My roots are coming in and I used red instead of pink and I want to redo my rainbow. This video is helping a lot with how I can start that process! THANK-YOU!

NYTE FRYTE: I love that you make all these color removal videos, even if they are kind of the same I think it's always cool to see the before and aftershave and experiment with different versions.

Layla Lopez: Hey girl! So I had my hair dyed purple rain, a couple times over bleached blonde hair. I used equal parts baking soda and 20v developer (I used a cup- only the top half of my hair was purple at the time) and then a couple table spoons of dish soap, and dandruff shampoo. I left in on for only like 25 minutes and my hair was completely blonde. Seriously it was crazy! The developer does dry out my hair but not as bad as bleach and I just use coconut oil every week.

Cami Keiser: I am LIVING for the natural makeup and lashes at the end!!

sweet nonh: her : removes and fade really dark black hair.. me: tries to remove semi permanent purple*, fails* hair turns green, Chops hair*

Leah McClain: Your hair inspired me to get my hair done in rainbow!! My cousin is a licensed cosmetologist and is gonna do it for me! We talked about doing a rainbow balayage with my natural color at the roots so I can grow them out! (I live in northwestern Ohio and it's very uncommon to have rainbow hair but I'm so excited to get it done!) ♥️

Khassara Ennis: Oh aislinn you saved me, I've been working really hard to get to an even lvl 10 before I get to my hairdresser so my vivids are amazing...I just did a wella t18 toner after using color fix...and that ion repair stuff made my hair feel a million times better. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!

Joanna Uppin: Pro Tip: Neutrogena T-Gel also strips out your hair color *A TON* if you need to use a medical clarifying shampoo. It's about $10 at Target but if you wash your hair every other day with it, it fades out w/in 6 washes. Head and Shoulders makes my eczema flare up (especially if I use the Tea Tree Oil one )

Marilyn Doyle: Your hair is getting loooong! Thank you for sharing the fading process. Very informative stay weird! We love you! Xxx

Ash C: I personally love watching your color removing videos they're so satisfying. And I like seeing the process.

Egg Gorl Comics: My six year old girl wants black hair so bad but also loooves purple! I’m def getting Transylvania for her to play with black to purple hair this summer

Caitlyn Ihnat: Thank you!!!! I used purple rain a few weeks ago. I watched your other vitamin C removal and bought everything I needed. Was planning on starting the process tomorrow!! Wish me luck!

Tania Argueta: I’ve been seeing your videos for a few years now and legit you have helped me soooo much on my hair journey and I just want to say thank you!!! I love all your content and your just an amazing soul

Tubylubrx: I did the Transylvanian on its own, and it was fading super purple, once I gave up on just letting it fade and bleached it, it was BRIGHT pink. Bleached it one more time and was able to dye it a pastel orange (in my profile picture). Best semi perm black dye I’ve used, really loved it.

tvgubber: Thanks! I used your tip of putting a lot of conditioner with a little of the dye and the color went on bolder than I thought but it came out after going swimming and a shower and now it’s the color I wanted! and my hair was protected from the chlorine with all the conditioner

Mikayla Golden: I’ve really fallen in love with arctic fox dye, I messed up trying to dye it electric paradise and porange, long story short I didn’t have enough bleach and I still had blue so the pink turned purple and I wound up with purple, pink and orange in my hair....I faded it and put sunset orange mixed with some cosmic sunshine over the top and it looks flipping amazing even though I had some leftover color from the previous mess up. Definitely won’t be using any other dye brands!!

samls: Girl you know we will watch whatever you put out, I'll watch vitamin c removal videos till I turn blue

Brooke Nielsen: Heyy, i love your video! I am having some issues with my pink hair colour. It takes on the roots and ends but not in the mid length. I have been doing Olaplex treatments to keep my hair healthy after bleach but its not helping with the colour fall out. Was wondering if you had any tips/advice as your hair is always so vibrant and even. Love you

Beth Mills: Any hair color looks great on you! You can pull off ANY color and love your videos :)

Janille Butler: Your videos have been very helpful to me. I'm 42 & recently decided to get a wild hair(pun intended) & start coloring my hair vibrant colors & found your channel. So glad I did! THANKS!

Hannah C: I will literally watch you use the same methods over and over haha so I’m happy you filmed this!

Inna Panayotova: you look so beautiful without make up , your skin looks really good

T PolarBear: I find doing a deep conditioning or repair masque (using heat for 30-hr first) overnight really helps, it also (in my experience) removes some pigment when I wash or rinse (Depending on what I'm doing that day) it the next day.

Kristin Leigh: I love that you lost these videos they are so awesome and helpful! Thank you so much!

Roxane BP: Aislinn, I had this very purple, I wanted to change to pink, so I used a lush shampoo bar (the yellow one) and it stripped the colour right out in like 10 shampoos. When it comes to stripping colours, Lush shampoo bars are the best!

DarkUprising: This is the first time I've watched one of your videos without make-up and I have to say, you are absolutely gorgeous! I love your make up looks, don't get me wrong but wow. You're beautiful with or without it.

Winter Shadows: I’m so glad that you posted this, I’ve been looking for ways to strip out semipermanent black dye ❤️

Catie Katz: So glad you decided to make this one! We needed it!

Cc: You are stunning! I am amazed how you can keep your hair long n healthy with the amount of colour changes

Luh Nonato: 6:14 but can we just say how CUUUUTE these colors look on you? Marshmallow vibes

Amy Dsc: Can we take a moment, and say she looks so good without makeup.. Like just wow.. Ur really beautifull with or without makeup

M: I have one of those little bullet blenders that i no longer use for food so now whenever i need to do specific hair treatments or this vitamin c mixture to fade out color the mix always always always turns out sooo smooth and for me works even better

Emily Clark: Oh my gosh the end result is SO gorgeous. I love the pastel, rainbow prism type platinum with the lavender. Amazing.

natalie g: you are the most unique and talented hairstylist on youtube.

xMourningStar: The before is gorgeous. So is the after, considering you started with black, weeks ago.

Salicylic Acid Milk Rinse: you look great without makeup i knew this video was coming

Ashley Graham: This method really helped me! I thought I was dying my hair dark blue (box said "indigo"), but it went full on black instead. Ok, but not what I was going for. I had bought ColorFix, but before trying it, the comments on the smell really made me not want to do it. I saw your video here on the vitamin C method, and I went and bought the stuff (so cheap!). I tried just ONE round for 30 min, and it removed a lot of the black. I am back to almosssstt the brown that I was before. It didn't take all of it out completely, since it was only one round. But for such a cheap, easy, non-offensive smell technique, I will definitely do another round or two like you recommended. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

𝓢𝓸𝓯𝓽 𝓑𝓾𝓷𝓷𝔂 ♡︎: I love this! Probably will be using this method if I get my hair dyed again!! Man, I really miss my bubblegum pink hair earning money to get there again soon hopefully!! Totally love your content <3 keep it up

Elayna Terrell: I just did my hair half Transylvania and half Electric Lizard. I even put the Purple Rain into the Transylvania and I'm obsessed with how yours faded.

tdv wx: I did this on my alien-grey-manic-panic-dyed hair and it took it back to ash blonde in one go! Thanks for showing us this method.

Chloe Pyper: Always want to see your vids, it brings peace in this time especially you're very naturally pretty also Stay safe!

Leedya: You're just so pretty, and I've never noticed how gorgeous your skin is before

Circe Diaz: Watching this video totally reminded me on how hard it was to remove this color! loved the color but never again

thefisherfreaks: Yes! Thank you I need this to get the black out of my hair before my wedding in august.

Ok Dude: Is this method damaging? I dyed my hair pink and purple split dye like 2 weeks ago and I really want it out, I love it but it’s waaay too much maintenance

Meme Machine: thank you for this! i'm thinking about doing split dye black and blonde for halloween. I haven't done it since I was in high school and I had a pixie cut

clarissa barnard: my salon is closed due to covid lockdown, so this really helped me! definitely trying this

Leah Lovely: I love how it's fading! The black over the rainbow made it so rad, you are completely right!

Amanda Wheeler: Completely off topic but you are absolutely stunning without makeup.

SANGRIASTYLE: Please show us whenever you're on your journey to fading color because I don't see enough of it and as someone who does their hair at home I plan on doing pretty much every color in the rainbow at some point and I always go back to your videos to help me.

Ana Avakin: lil question: does this work also with not dyed hair? great video btw ❤

Chronic Rachel: I've been using Artic Fox Transylvania for the last few months. It fades ridiculously fast. I get to wash my hair twice and then I have to redo my hair. I was using store-bought permanent dye for years and it would last two months before I had to redo it. But the semi-permanent dye is only worth like a week, which for the price is just not worth it. I know that's basically the point of it though. Anyway, I've never considered adding purple to the mix so it fades to violet instead of a gray. But I wouldn't be allowed to work with purple hair. :( I'm going to try Manic Panic when my Artic Fox dye runs out. Maybe that's the better alternative.

Alejandra Ferreiroa: so helpful as always!!!!!

Angela Johnston: I love your hair vids so much! I want to watch them all!

AD: omg that black faded into such an amazing color

Daniela Guizar: you can rock all the colors i thought you had half pink half purple and it looked amazing!

Atlas Bazilian: How much damage does it do to your hair? I want to try this but I don't want my hair to be dead

Allen Pallen: You are my favorite! You helped inspire me to post some of my own hair coloring videos!!!

Casandra Lemons: Wow, your simple makeup is absolutely beautiful I wish I knew if this worked on permanent red dye or if you could just dye purple over red. Ugh

ihzzi: Thank godddd, that same black has turned literally pink after I tried removing it, bleaching it, etc and won't come out lol half my hair is platinum the other is pink

Elida: I currently have half blue half natural(abt lv 4) and have been contemplating doing transylvania on my blue half but I was worried about the fade, thanks for this!!

mellohikay: Upload everything you want as long as long as thats whats best for you to do! Ill be here to watch it.

ArtWorkOfDR: I just changed my hair it's always a wonderful feeling

Jamie Check: Thank you for doing this! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nicole Taylor: Whyyyyyyy is your skin that effing perfect with no makeup??!!!! Jealous!!!

Denise U: Thank you for doing this video. I was literally wondering what you were gonna do about the black

gooberbrighid: I've said it before, but... I know pastel isn't your thing but I think you look so so good with it. Every time you fade it looks good on you.

Dayan Russell: I'm going to send this to my daughter. Thank you!

Jordan Evans: I looooove you without makeup on!!! Obviously your makeup is STUNNING but you are so naturally pretty girl!!!

María Trinidad Estupiñán Méndez: Was needing this. I dye my hair blue two months ago and I'm donee

astrid m: thanks for making this video! there really isn't any video like this on yt but it's describing my situation rn!! thank you!

Cassi Tomlinson: You’re so pretty with and without makeup

Maddy: Oh my gosh thank you so much for this! Was curious how the black arctic fox would fade.

cap: i love the way the rainbow side looks faded it's so pretty

Hesitant Alien: I've been wanting to do a temp black on portions of my hair, but worried about the bleeding. When I used transylvania in the past, it bled everywhere even with cold water and sulfate free shampoo. Did you find it made your rainbow dingey?

Wicked Weird Wednesday: You are so beautiful without makeup!

harleymoone: I wish I would have thought to mix Purple Rain with Transylvania when I had my black hair, my fade out with just Transylvania was absolutely awful and turned a swampy teal color as time went on, but yours faded so well!

Jaime Mckinlay: Wow that has stripped out so well, I can’t wait to see what colour you do next

Emily Mae: im glad you made this! I was looking for videos to see how transylvania fades/removing it but there wasn't many out there at all, im definitely going to add some purple to mine too :)

Love//ly: I always learn so much just by watching ur videos keep um coming

kyle bleich: Your doing the baking soda peroxide next right.... Btw thank you so much you help my colour switch I had purple to blue the green/yellow the baking soda method completely removed the purple and faded the blue and yellow.. I cut the yellow bleached my roots added red to my roots and it looks amazing thanks to you

Loesli: You're such a natural beauty. I really like your face without makeup. It is soooo pretty!!!

CircusVegan: Does the vitamin c method lighten your natural hair as well or just the dyed portions?

PewPewCat: Purple rain sticks so hard. I had the hardest time ever getting it out. Has kristen put out their dye remover yet? I've been waiting for that ever since she announced it, what feels like a million years ago. I haven't been to sallys in ages so I'm really out of the loop Edit: also, these types of treatments NEVER work for me. I have tried so much youtube shit on my hair and ruined it so many times, I'll keep watching but I'm never doing anything like that again.

TaShawn LOVE: The way this faded was gorgeous

NYTE FRYTE: I would have never found out about the baking soda method if it wasnt for your video and I'm so grateful because I avoided loosing my hair

pizzah00ligan jess: okay but... your eyes really pop with just liner and lashes im truly shook they’re insanely beautiful

surulia: Omg the heating pad. Idk why I've never heard you mention that before but that seems like an ENTIRE game changer!! My arms get so tired using a blow dryer lol

R K: Love this lady, hope to take the rainbow plunge when my hairdresser opens up after lockdown x❤
